Adobe Acrobat Online

I have a Japanese language PDF file I want to convert to a "live" Word file. In the past, this has not been a problem. I have chosen the Japanese language and during the conversion the OCR software has read the Japanese and has created "live" Japanese text in a Word file. I then purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, required by a client for a project. That software also had the capability of changing image files into live Word files. When I started that subscription, Adobe automatically cancelled my Export PDF subscription. When I cancelled the Acrobat Pro subscription, I then re-subscribed to Export PDF. When I attempted to use Export PDF after this, the image PDFs became Words with images in them. In other words, the OCR functionality had been loss and there was no longer "live" text. Can someone from Adobe help me?

Why won't it let me convert PDF after I have paid for the service? Is there a trick?

I have Adobe pdf Pack, Annual version and want to save the pdf to open in full screen mode.  Checked online and I am not seeing the options which to follow the instructions.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi there! I hope that you can help me, I could not find a phone number to call Support. I am trying to merge 12 PDF files into 1 PDF file and each time I merge the files I receive a "Conversion Failed" message. All files are below 100MB. Do you know why this keeps happening?

I just subscribed to the PDF conversion plan. When I convert, the resulting Word document (.docx) is a total mess. There are symbols all over the place and the spacing is all messed up.What can I do to straighten this out?

I have an online database where users pay for and download pdf reports. I was to keep track of the pdf reports to know if they are being forwarded to others. Can Send and Track work for this?

I purchased the monthly Adobe pack and started converting files then it just stopped letting me convert the Word docs and is taking me to the page where I need to purchase it again. Is there a maximum amount I can convert per day?

I have an annual subscription to Adobe Pack and this includes Creative Cloud to convert pdf files into Word. I do have the Creative Cloud icon on top of my screen but no option to convert pdf files into Word. Strangely enough, this does function show up on another computer - am I allowed to have only one computer running the apps? Is there a licence issue?

My pdfs have a blank page inserted between each page of text.  How do I fix this?

When I try to combine more than 1 set of files at a time, I get a message saying operation in progress.  Continuing will cancel that operation.  Then whatever I select, kicks me out and I have to close the tab and reopen.
