Adobe Acrobat Online

My Adobe Acrobat Pro Reader says I have a trial version that is expired although I have an active account. I installed it on my new computer and for some reason it installed as a trial version and I can't seem to change it. Any suggestions?

I am trying to edit a document that I have scanned, saved it as a Word doc., but cannot edit the text.  Do I need to upgrade my plan?

I have multiple photoshop pdfs i'm trying to combine into one. First, I receive an error message that I can only do 12 pages at a time (and found out then I can combine THOSE), even though I have over 200 pages to combine. THEN i cannot combine ANY of them because they exceed 100 mb! My error message won't even tell me which ones! What good is this program?? I can't seem to cancel it and I can't get any answers! Can ANYONE help me!!?? I'm about to put a fraud on my PayPal credit card because I am not getting the services which I was promised! There is NO WHERE in here that said: COMBINE FILES (less than 100 mb and 12 or less at a time). This is BOGUS. HELP PLEASE!!!

purchased the prepaid year  export pdf and have not been able to access the program itself  even though i showed logged on

Using pdf export to word, the word pages, most are empty and where there is some text, it is just a bunch of garbage.  Please help.

The dropdown option does not get rendered, works fine when using desktop version of Adobe Fill & Sign and also iBook on iPad. I have seen other posts regarding the same issue, but none of them seems to have a solution.

I'm trying to create a hyperlink a PDF I have stored in Adobe DC. When I create the hyperlink and then activate it (that is, click on it) I get the following error message in Adobe DC when it goes to retrieve the document: "There was an error with this action. Hello, its more than difficult to get support (> simple answers to a simple questions from a customer).  Me, I am a german and I cant talk to no Adobe service in my country. A simple formular to fill and send would be easier (if its easy to find). So here is my question:I would like to test the Adobe PDF Pack before buying. Is this possible? I just saw that the Adobe PDF Pack has auto-renewed from my bank account. I was told from the beginning that I could edit pdf's with this PDF Pack, so I downgraded from Acrobat DC in 2017, which was much more expensive. I cancelled my pdf pack account today, hoping I might get a refund. I can't seem to chat or email anyone, so is it not possible to get a refund?

Hello, i'm new to Document Cloud. I'm mostly using Acrobat Reader in combination with the Document Cloud for university studies. I wanted to collect all my lectures in several folders. Those folders should be named: 1. semester, 2. semester,... and so on! When I reach the number of "10", the folder with the name "10. semester" is not sorted correctly after the folder "9.semester"! Instead it is sorted after folder nr. 1 ?! By the way, this sorting problem only exists on my mac, my iPad/iphone shows the correct sorting!Can somebody help me? Thank you in advanceChristoph
