I made annotations to a pdf and was able to retrieve all the info two days ago. I checked back today and the only version in recent and document cloud is the original one with no notes. I made edits in using my laptop and tablet in the course of three days and each time the comments were saved. Why did the file revert back to its original content?

I'm trying to convert a PDF in Japanese to a .docx Word file. When I try to use the OCR function, the Word file produced shows only hiragana and no kanji, and the formatting is all stretched and weird. I check the box for a Japanese original document etc so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

ho provato a reinstallare Adobe su un nuovo pc in quanto il vecchio pc si è rotto, e mi fa scaricare solo la versione DC che nulla ha a che vedere con il vecchio adobe che ho usato fino ad un mese fa, mi salva tutti i documenti non in pdf ma in un file internet explorer. cosa posso fare

While in Reader, when I try to export to Excel, it asks for login info. It doesn't take my username and password via the Adobe reader app. Doesn't recognize it.  However, when I go to Adobe.com, I can log in with the same credentials with no issues and confirm that I have the annual PDF Convert subscription.Please help.

Hi,I requested Document Cloud API Support team (doccloud-api-key-support@adobe.com) to send a unique client ID and secret key for DC pdf service integration few days ago but still not getting any response from them.Also sent email to "doccloud-api@adobe.com" but no response.Please let me know how much time it will takes to provide me required info? or is their any alternate ways to reach them? --Thanks

I'm trying to combine files and keep getting 'conversion failure'. I have tried many files, even ones I have combined in the past and know should work but this error keeps occurring. help?

I have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF which is expiring in June 2018. When I try to convert a PDF to word, it takes me to the subscription page. I am logged in while doing this, so obviouly not recognising that I am a paid-up subscriber. I've done a conversion a few months ago and it worked then. Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to combine 3 PDF files but keep getting conversion failure errors. I have tried selecting all files to be combined together and I have tried selecting 1 and then adding the other 2. I have completed this operation on a number of occasions in the past, using Internet Explorer, without difficulty. However, I have tried following the advice on the forum and cleared the cache on my browser. I have also installed Google Chrome and Firefox and tried using https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf. None of it has made any difference.These are not large files (453 kb or below) but occasionally the smallest file (174 KB) will load successfully. It takes several minutes for each file to upload whether it works or fails, so I wonder if the operation is timing out.The facility to combine files is the only reason I purchased this application, so it is very frustrating that it has stopped working. Can you help?

When I'm combining files (cloud), only the first page is coming through.  This is a recent problem (less than a week.)  Any suggestions or fix action?
