Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello.  I have a PDF of a brokerage statement which appears a many pages of rows and columns of information when I display it in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  But, when I to an ExportPDF to XLSX file, the result is completely unusable.  The rows are not split into consistent or useful columns, and it's a mess.  How can I get help with this?

We have an issue when trying to export file in adobe reader. The window populates (An error occured while trying to access the service). From there we tried to access the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?trackingid=KLFWY  the error Unable to fetch_uris from files tierwe verified our fire wall settings.  Nothing has changed with that.  Standard login to portal and connection to cloud produce different errors.  The first image occurs when accessing the URL the second is exporting to the cloud.  The message board work around hasn't helped.  We just want a definitive explanation as to why this error populates in two areas. It's been a week and nothing seems to rectify the problem.

I signed up for Adobe PDF Pack to be able to edit pdf files. Then I saw a notice that I needed Acrobat DC to edit PDF files. So I changed subscription to PDF Standard DC and received a confirmation. How long does it take to complete the change? Will I receive download instructions?

I purchased an annual subscription for Export PDF to support my Acrobat Reader in Apr 2017.  It has worked fine until today when I attempted to use it.  When I go to Export PDF it just presents a blank page not the expected options.  Grateful for a fix to this problem

I had to reset my computer after a Windows 10 problem. I have had to reinstall every program I use. I could not find any download options on Adobe's website for my PDF Pack (including Pro DC). When I finally managed to find one it demanded a serial number. When I followed the "where to find your serial number" link it took me through a process, but when I looked at my account page that option wasn't available - there was no serial number listed anywhere. I have paid for this product, but apparently my subscription cannot be used. What is going on?

Exporting is taking forever? Is the system down? I've tried to export a document to Word (of a type that usually takes about 30sec) but it's not finishing.

As a newbie to Adobe Send & Track, I clicked 'yes' when asked if I wanted to use the feature, not realising that this would upload my file and generate a URL link to it.  I thought that it would be similar to the 'read receipt' feature in email, allowing me to see if anyone accessed my file, rather than actually uploading it.Obviously, I was wrong Can I now remove the entire file from its current home in cyberspace?  The file has a lot of personal information which I'd rather not have floating around on the web.  Perhaps I'm overly cautious, but identity theft is so rampant these days.Any help is appreciated!

Hi,Can someone please advise how this works? When I convert a PDF to excel, it is in a terrible format. I wanted to use this so I can save excel as a CSV file, therefore I need one transaction per line. This converts it with one transaction per line for some, multiple transactions per line for others, it really is all over the place.A scanned PDF also doesn’t work, it doesn’t detect any data.Anyone help?

I converted my pdf to Excel after buying into adobe's convert option. After the conversion was finished I'm unable to open it in my excel program. I get an "no more new fonts my be applied in this workbook." then the ok button, after pushing the ok button a number of times with no excel worksheet.

Every time i press convert the program says no internet connection, although I am clearly connected to the internet. Anyone know how to trouble shoot this?

When I export pdf into word, I get the right text in Dutch but by control my computer says that acrobat gives it in English because it underlines every Dutch word with red as I control it, while my language stand on Dutch and NOT English

I have Adobe Acrobat DC perpetual license.I added Adobe PDF Pack so I have Adobe Sign.A couple others here are adding Adobe PDF Pack so they have Adobe Sign also. I would like to share templates I have setup.I cannot tell from the documentation if I am required to upgrade from PDF Pack to Adobe Sign Team in order to do this. 

I try to import my signature from image after I scanned it but adobe reader show gray photo rather than my signature . I try diffirent resolution and differenet supported formats and still have the same result.My OS :Windows 7 64bitAdobe :  Adobe  reader DC 2018.009.20050please advice.

We have several users who are utilizing Adobe writer and when accessing the Sign icon in a fillable form using Sign and Fill, the system fails to find their signature. The signature has been registered but the 4 little 'busy squares' just keep going round.Has anybody else experience this kind of behavior and do they know a work around?
