Adobe Acrobat Online

Adobe Acrobat X has both of these features 'intertwined'.  I feel that they should be separate components because of with any Optimizing of any text (regardless of either Setting- being high or low)- the optimizing makes any text "blurry" in the end-result & the alignment always removes any existing 'tilt' in that text.  So if the user wants no text optimizing but still wants the alignment done, then he/she has the exclusive right for this to be done as a separate component.  Can any re-construction of this Optimizing Tool be done now (*to make it a separate component) on this outdated Version?I'll also ask the same question for the Adobe Acrobat 2017 (latest Version)? .

Hello Adobe Team,Adobe Export is not working...i would like to cancel my Subscription,but the thing is that the site won't open the manage subscriptions...it shows me a blank page...Please Cancel my subscription...just like the title says..I don't need to pay for it while it broken !

I have a membership that's good til May but when I try to edit a document, it says I need to purchase a license. The only reason I pay is to be able to edit documents. Any help with this problem would be appreciated

Hi, I'm intrigued in on the Send & Track page there is a box that says "Add your Logo & Colour". If you click on the edit it takes you to the web based pages but I can't see where to do this. I'm clearly missing something obvious - but a help search didn't produce anything. Any help gratefully received.Cheers

I pay an annual subscription for adobe export. I want to download it onto a new pc, having first deleted it from my old pc. I saw no option to do so from my adobe account but I was promptred to download Creative Cloud. I assumed this would include Export but it turns out it for creative people to play with stuff. It's of no use to me.Where is the software I pay for? Come back simple lists indicating bundle contents.

I am trying to reduce the size of my PDF file, but when I reduce the size through the Optimize tool it gets too small and blurry.  I am trying to reduce 50MB to 30 MB, but it reduces to 8MB

I subscribed to the online pdf converter and the first pdf file I tried was a complete mess in both word and excel - unusable.I then tried a free web service and it was able to correctly (with a few easily fixed extra spaces) convert the pdf file for me.I wish I had tried this first before paying $23. HI, new to the forum and newbie in many ways to Adobe (and a computer novice).  Several years ago I paid to get the pdf reader/converter on my work computer; it was fine for a year and then when I had to renew the licence I couldn't use the program again... it just didn't work  I am still having the payment taken from my credit card, but I don't know why I cant use the Adobe pdf reader/converter, and I don't know who to ask.  I have a credit card statement that says that I have paid for the licence again - but when I logged in to my account on-line - it says it expired 41 days ago.  Any advice please?  Also - do I have to log into this forum to see the replies - or do I get an email link?

When I try to convert a pdf file (which consist of columns of numbers) to a excel file, the excel file is missed 16 rows of number from each page. I tried high lighting the entire pdf document and then converting it to excel but it still is missing some info. Any help would be greatly appreciated
