PDF text is not accurately exporting into Word. It looks like this: they :::JC.lude emotior.a: mat:.i:ity, Why? I paid for Adobe PDF because I need PDFs to export correctly into Word. It's useless if it does not work correctly.

when I share a file from my cloud documents in Adobe, it's asking for a password/login for the recipient.  It didn't used to do this and I'd prefer them to be able to open the link without a password.  Can someone advise?  thanks

I'm using Optima, Forum and Josefin Sans fonts in a document. This would seem like a no-brainer to upload a Word file with these fonts and convert to PDF. However, these fonts are not supported, and convert to standard fonts. How can I add / upload my custom fonts for this conversion?Also, formatting and images don't look great.

I have had nothing but bug after bug after bug.First, I cannot upload more than a handful of files at a time.  If i want to upload 1000 pdfs, at least let me upload a zip file containing them all.  Do not make me go through doing a batch of 100 over and over.Your converter is God awful.  When attempting to convert even a moderate amount of pdfs it chokes.  This is a design flaw, you are trying to show the status of all the downloads in the link bar and it chokes on a thousand pdfs and won't even start.  Why not just send the IDs of the pdfs to the server and do it as a background task on the server only.  Why choke the frontend.   If I want to convert my 1000 pdfs let me do it without having to do batches of 100.Guess what!  I cannot download all my converted files at the same time either.   Whenever I do, I just get a 400 error.   I have to download batches of 10.  You are zipping the files already, why not just zip

At work, I can use all my tools without the browser opening as a cloud service. But at home, I am forced to use a cloud service for all my adobe tools. Why can't be the tools be native to the actual adobe reader itsself?

I just bought Export PDF annual subscription so i could convert my PDFs to Word and it DOESN'T WORK! I tried it on my phone and i tried it on my computer both using the browser AND the adode app. Neither way works!! I paid $24 for a service that doesn't even work. What a rip off! I want a refund! I tried going to the contact customer service link but all it did was bring me here.
