Adobe Acrobat Online

I have been to this link  "https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html" and because there is no "Cancel Plan" button I was direct to "contact us". Please end my subscription.

My abobe icon appears on the bar, I can hover over icon and see thumbnail of the opened document but I cannot click on the image to see it on the full screen.  Also, when I download it shows as thumbnail of open document when I hover but it does NOT automatically open like before

Anyone in my accounts department seeing the invoice will not be able to identify what it is I have purchased. I've tried lenghty customer service chats and phone calls to get this sorted out and I was informed it was 'company policy and cannot be changed' the customer service guy was also unable to send me an email describing what these letters on my invoice mean,EPDF,ALL,OTH,WHST1,MUL,001,N/A,23.88. I find it absolutley ridiculous that invoices are sent out in this way, sheer 'gobbledygook'.

Can anyone help with how do to reduce the file size of a pdf we have created in word using pdf pack? Thanks

Can anyone help please?  Having upgraded I cannot access Adobe as a printer from Word and other applications. It keeps says that my ID is invalid. Desperately need to fix this and can't find anything online to help.No physical people at Adobe.... Message was edited by: ANAND SRI BHATTACHARYA

Hi All,I have a technical document produced in Office 365 Word with high quality images with it.Using word to either save as PDF then selecting best for printing, or print as PDF for adobe, then selecting High Quality Print, I can create an document that has the required image quality. However, this method does NOT preserve the TOC and links.If I use the Adobe Tab within word it will work by uploading the file to the Adobe Document Cloud Service then there it converts to a PDF with the TOC and links preserved, then download it back to Acrobat Pro DC. However the quality of the images is the same as for converting in word using the standard setting. This is completely unacceptable for this technical document.Is there a way to increase the quality of the convert in the cloud service or is the Adobe Document Cloud Service only able to convert at this lower quality?When I upload the docx file to the Document Cloud it arrives at 20mb. I have just signed up and paid for the Adobe converter from PDF to word document.  But ever file I try to convert it ends up saying unable to convert.  What do  I do?

I have not been able to access the Adobe converter for days. I keep getting an error message that the site is not available, they apologize for the inconvenience and say to try back shortly. Help...Urgent....I tried calling their 'Help', but could not understand a word the girl was saying....I had a product that allowed me to sign contracts and change pdf files to excel and word...A couple of weeks ago I was charged $25.46 for my annual fee.  I really don't know what the name of the product is, I have had it for years.Everything was fine, then I got the notice to upgrade from adobe...I did and it was horrible...all of my regular things were gone...I was trying to figure that out and accidently uninstalled it...I can't work...and need my previous adobe restored...How can I do that?
