Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello,When I use the Flattener in Acrobat DC, I get blue, sometimes red boxes or lines around images or text. How do I correct this?

I've paid for the plan: I'm being invoiced monthly. But when I ask Adobe to export a document, I'm repeatedly taken to the pricing page to buy a new package. When I tried that, I was informed I already had the right package for the function I need.I've downloaded the latest version of the software. Adobe makes it near impossible to talk to a human being. What can I do?Thanks!

Trying to convert a PDF to PPT using Adobe PDF Pack.  Getting a message saying source file (PDF) is not an option.  I just purchased PDF Pack for the sole purpose of converting PDF to PPT.

Hi, I had a problem with my macbook pro and i reinstalled all my softwares. I don't know how to reinstall my Adobe Pdf Pack

Unable to export to excel for some reason, subscription is up to date?  Any ideas what the problem could be?

My current plan is Adobe Export PDF. I've been having issues for the past month  - any time I look to convert a pdf to excel, I'm receiving the message 'conversion failure' How can I sort this?Thanks

Does Adobe Send make it possible to receive large files?

I need to convert multi page pdf to jpg files.  Used to be able to due with online conversion which would easily do and save each converted page within a zip file for downloading to my computer.  However for some reason when I tried it this week, it converts to a single jpeg fle that is corrupted when I try and open it.  Did they chnge the service in some way that no longer convert  a multi page pdf to jpeg files?   

The pdf he sends out has two slides a page, and currently when i import it the format is really aggravating. I would prefer to keep the text rather than the powerpoint format. Anyone have any tips to do this easily?

I have paid the yearly fee to convert a pdf to Word.  However, when I try to convert I keep getting the page that asks me to sign up and pay for the service.  Very frustrated.  It worked yesterday, but not today. 

My PDF files are no longer showing the tile images and since they are art files, these pictures help identify them much more easily than the file names.  How can I see the image of the PDF again in my file collection?

I cannot seem to access this program or use it to edit or type on my PDF files? Trying to convert PDF document to Word. Even though I am logged in, I still get an error message that says there was a problem logging in.

I have a Military id that i use to sign form, this worked with no problems before i upgraded to DC how do i make it work ?

I am currently having issues when I try to convert a PDF document into a .xlsx spreadsheet.The file is only  5,000 KB but has over 4,000 pages, is this too large and complex for Export to PDF to handle?I have attached a screenshot of the error I get when I try to export the PDF. I have tried to export the PDF using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox, I have also tried using Acrobat reader DC to export. All of these come back with the same error message.If there is no way to solve this issue can I please get a full refund, as the entire reason I purchased this software was to convert the file.Thank You,Rob

We were previously using pdfCreator to print several Microsoft Management Reporter reports to the pdfCreator queue and then combine them. This was an easy process in pdfCreator that did not require us to save each file individually and then combine.We switched our employees to Adobe Acrobat products and cannot find a replacement method to complete this process with the ease or even close to the ease that was possible with pdfCreator.I have selected 'Adobe PDF Output Folder' and am sending the output to a folder. I also unchecked 'View Adobe PDF results' because that is not necessary in this process. This gets us part way to where we need to be. The problem I have now is that each report overwrites the one before using the name Document.pdf each time. Is there a way to print all of the reports and then combine them without the need for the user to choose a filename for each report being printed.

HiI have bought Adobe Packs for Mobile and I paid  for 1 year subscription.Its not allowing me to convert word into pdf. Its requesting me to pay an additional monthly subscription when the pack I bought and paid for clearly stated I could. It worked for a month or so, then I have to pay additionally? ??Sorry but its not correct and I do not want this subscription and want my money back.Either solve the problem or refund me.Thank youRegards Paulo
