Help with changing PDF portfolio folders from old plan look like adding a picture to front cover of folder. using a mac, i can change the folder look on desktop but when i add to portfolio it changes back to old plan look.

I am new to PDF convertor. Was wondering how secure my documents will be. Have had a few security issues with cloud services before. Hence this question. Will someone else be able to access/ view the documents I convert?Thanks.

This is ridiculous i updated my adobe flash player in order to open important documents. Now it is asking for a password to open them, first of all i never made one and there is no information on how to help me. Second of all i've never had to do this before i am seriously pissed.

Hello - why is there a limit of 12 documents to combine files?

The conversion has shown great lumps of text as a series of upper case letters and symbols. Is there a solution to this problem?

I have a book that was professionally formatted and saved as a PDF.  I need to make a few editing changes prior to my next printing however Adobe cloud says I cannot edit because it says "this document has been signed and cannot be edited." I am trying this program for the purpose of editing my PDF books.  What can I do?  It could be the person who professionally formatted the doc that signed it.  I don't recognize the signature.  It isn't a name but says "Invalid Signature. Signed by Pre-flight Ticket."I have tried saving the PDF to another name and reopening but the same signature issue is there.  I have no idea what to do about this. I can convert to a word doc but it completely messes up the formatting I already paid for and it would take a lot of work to reformat it.Kaleah

Have been using DC for months with no issues.  Suddenly my files have awful, electronic looking font when I open or create a pdf.  Settings look okay.  Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

I have already exported 5 tables to Excel successfully. Went back to do some more - 5 in all in one go from a website I am allowed to download from. Some of the formatting was fine other bit totally WRONG! Any ideas please?ThanxP

Hello there,We have multiple users reporting issue of getting Adobe Software License Agreement popup coming up on terminal servers every now and than. This is happening with at least 10 users.We have restarted terminal servers, have applied group policy using Adobe ADMX files and enabled Accept EULA policy within this ADMX files. This is becoming very frustrating now.Terminal servers are running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1.How can we look into resolving this issue once and for all..?? Is this some bug with the software?Need urgent help..

I upgraded my Reader to the Acrobat DC and now it will only open one document at a time.  For clarification I understand how to manually open a new tab so multiple documents are open but it won't do it automatically.  For example if I have one document open and then click on a PDF attachment in an e-mail the document won't open.  I have to either close down the existing document or save the attachment to file and open it manually.  How do I fix this.  Previous versions of Reader never had this issue.

I have created a folder of some 40 files that I want to share with a group.  I cannot seem to select them all or send a link to the folder.  How do i allow the group to access these files

Why can I not print pdf's?

I made several files with excel and converted them to PDF files without issues.. when I open them they look exactly as they should... however when I upload them into adobe cloud, the font changes. The PDF files I made from word stay exactly the same as they should. Do I need to do something special with the excel files?

I sometimes have clients who do not understand how to sign electronic documents I send. I was wondering if there is a mobile app or program they can use on their cell phones?

I made comments and highlights on a samsung tablet. it autosaves to cloud. I look at the document via my pc go to cloud and the comments are not there. I have had nothing but trouble with adobe and accounts.

I am capable of understanding the form signature document process with Acrobat DC. I just can't work out how I can have a document ask for attachments. Have read some pages where people say you need to do action scripts on buttons ( ouch)I have received a online sign request document from an echosign user and it asks for attachments so I know it can be done.

I am trying to collect paperwork for new employees prior to their first day on the job.  I'm wanting to create a form that they can fill out that includes the basic personal information that we need to hire them (SSN, Date of Birth, Full Legal Name, etc.).  It is easy enough to figure out how to securely send these forms to them, but I don't really care about the security of the blank forms.  How can they send the completed form back to me securely?  I'm pretty sure this is within the scope of Adobe DC, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.  Help!
