Bonjourje viens de télécharger la version gratuite pendant un mois mais je ne peux pas modifier les pdf, pourquoi?

Every time I want to cancel my subscription I get this:"First we need a few details"But in the menu the word "cancel"does not appear.If I go to support options it takes me back to contact options and the to the "First we need a few details" pages, and so on in a vicious circle.If I want to contact customer support, the vicious circle starts again!!How can I truly cancel my subscription??

We purchased the Adobe Export PDF, annual subscription in January and used it on my old laptop. I am now having trouble using it on my new laptop and wandered what I should be doing to enable it to offer me the opportunity to transfer PDF files straight to Word as the old system did before please.

The product I bought on September 20, 2015 was worthless for my purposes and I want my money back. The fact that it is impossible to talk to anyone over the phone or even in chat is more than sketchy. REFUND MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

People send me attachments via email which I can't read properly, ,it seems you have to pay to get these converted so I have subscribed to Adobe, but now I still need help to find how I can convert these attachments to readable Microsoft Word documents

I have a number of images created in cs6. These images are in different page layouts (some portrait and others landcape). I'd like to create one PDF file with all this file in it....how can i do it?

I am unable to save scanned documents. I also cannot scan both sides of my documents. It's probably a compatibility problem, however, I'm stuck with DC PRO because I'm committed to a one year subscription.

Hi there,I just back from the official product launch of Adobe Acrobat DC in Hong Kong.  During the launch, one speaker said that he got the job from Adobe in eight months ago and the witness of his employment contract is signed by his wife during office hour and is signed through her mobile phone.  I found that the app is quite convenient and so, I try to download the app to see the real power.  However, I just found an app called "Adobe Fill & Sign" for iPad. After that, I search here and check what is going wrong.  I found a user that facing same problem with me. One of Adobe staff replied the app "Adobe Fill & Sign" can use in iPhone & place a link of that app Q & A sheet to that user.  I also checked but no any solution on the page.  After a while,  there have another staff from Adobe and told the app is just for iPad with no any reason for explain on the issue.It totally mess.  Can anybody clarify the issue?  If there h

I wish to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have found it impossible to do so on the website. When I finally got through to a chat line to discuss this the chat was mysteriously discontinued. I read on the internet that many people are finding it next to impossible to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have wasted two hours on their website trying to unsubscribe. I am extremely angry with the situation. They have it all very cleverly set up so you can't in practice unsubscribe. In my 20 years using the internet I have never come across a case as bad as this. Adobe should be sued for wasting peoples time. It is a kind of veiled extortion hoping people will become so frustrated that they will give up. Any comments or solutions out there. I need to print a document I downloaded, but do not see a printing option.

On Windows it was default, when you right clicked on a file you had the option to "Convert to PDF". This doesn't appears so on OS X Mavericks. I'm using Acrobat Pro 11, is this an option you can turn on? I know this isn't the best forum to post in but for some reason Acrobat Mac and Acrobat Windows are both "Read Only", I don't know why the two most heavily forums are locked..fcuking Adobe. They make great products, but their usability is so abrasive and difficult.

Help.I'm trying to create an order form that consists of a large amount of product numbers and descriptions that can be electronically sent to warehouse.

I'd like to use Adobe Document Cloud to build proposals on, but I would need the ability to save content blurbs/snippets that someone can use/reuse.  I'm assuming it is a feature but I can't figure out where or how I'd go about this.  Anyone have any help?Thank you,Megan

I have a PDF form that has places where one can fill their information. However, because many people are going to change what text on the form is, I was wondering if there was a way to make a survey question (where they can insert information) and pass those responses into a PDF every single time the question are submitted and fill it automatically?

Hi, I often save word documents as PDF before sending but recently my PDFs have come up as massive files (350MB). It's only a little text and 1 image! Cannot find anywhere where I can set /amend my saving preferences. Can anyone help?Tks!
