People send me attachments via email which I can't read properly, ,it seems you have to pay to get these converted so I have subscribed to Adobe, but now I still need help to find how I can convert these attachments to readable Microsoft Word documents

I am unable to save scanned documents. I also cannot scan both sides of my documents. It's probably a compatibility problem, however, I'm stuck with DC PRO because I'm committed to a one year subscription.

Adobe Fill & Sign for iPhone

Hi there,I just back from the official product launch of Adobe Acrobat DC in Hong Kong.  During the launch, one speaker said that he got the job from Adobe in eight months ago and the witness of his employment contract is signed by his wife during office hour and is signed through her mobile phone.  I found that the app is quite convenient and so, I try to download the app to see the real power.  However, I just found an app called "Adobe Fill & Sign" for iPad. After that, I search here and check what is going wrong.  I found a user that facing same problem with me. One of Adobe staff replied the app "Adobe Fill & Sign" can use in iPhone & place a link of that app Q & A sheet to that user.  I also checked but no any solution on the page.  After a while,  there have another staff from Adobe and told the app is just for iPad with no any reason for explain on the issue.It totally mess.  Can anybody clarify the issue?  If there h

I wish to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have found it impossible to do so on the website. When I finally got through to a chat line to discuss this the chat was mysteriously discontinued. I read on the internet that many people are finding it next to impossible to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have wasted two hours on their website trying to unsubscribe. I am extremely angry with the situation. They have it all very cleverly set up so you can't in practice unsubscribe. In my 20 years using the internet I have never come across a case as bad as this. Adobe should be sued for wasting peoples time. It is a kind of veiled extortion hoping people will become so frustrated that they will give up. Any comments or solutions out there. Unwanted XML tags in annotations

How to enable right clicking to convert document to PDF

On Windows it was default, when you right clicked on a file you had the option to "Convert to PDF". This doesn't appears so on OS X Mavericks. I'm using Acrobat Pro 11, is this an option you can turn on? I know this isn't the best forum to post in but for some reason Acrobat Mac and Acrobat Windows are both "Read Only", I don't know why the two most heavily forums are locked..fcuking Adobe. They make great products, but their usability is so abrasive and difficult.

Somehow I've downloaded theDocument cloud program. I thought it was just a regular adobe acrobat update. I don't need it and it's preventing me from viewing my documents in the regular format. How do I get rid of it?

Somehow I've downloaded the Document Cloud program (thinking it was just a regular Adobe update).  It has overwritten the Acrobat program I use all the time. l I don't need this document cloud program and want the old one back.  How do I get rid of it?

Adobe Sign in error

When I sign into my Adobe account while trying to export a pdf file I get a dialogue box that simply says "error".  When I try to use the help pages, the chat icon does not respond.  Is it too much to ask for a number to talk to an individual.  At the rate I am going if there is another service out there that can export a pdf to word or excel I will gladly use it.

ExportPDF used to work perfectly to convert PDF to XLSX, now for the same exact same file, it no longer works

I purchased this ExportPDF option for Adobe Reader, and it used to convert my PDF files perfectly to XLSX files.  I went back to old files that I have previously exported, and the tool no longer works to export my PDF.  Please help!
