To a document cloud not Debby auto correct
hi, I am a college student and all I am interested in I's having something available to me that I can E-SIGN forms that are emailed or sent to me from my college, I want the cheapest thing available for just that purpose, I would maybe like a free monthly trial to see if I like it and if it fits the purpose. I need help understanding....I have several forms that are currently in just a PDF read only format. I want to convert them to a form that users can fill otu online and submit. A few questions:1. Does the user need to have acrobat DC to even use the "fill out form" service?2. Can I create a form that users can fill out with the exception of the signature? Once filled out they would have the ability to print the pdf form from desktop to sign and fax back in. My client needs to be HIPPA compliant and is cautious of the online sig.
I have downloaded and installed the free trial for Adobe DC yesterday. My colleague has already started their free trial on their own separate account/email address however when I try to login to use my free trial, it has not activated correctly. I have logged in with my account and selected 'Continue Trial' however when I go to use features such as Send for Signature, it requests that I upgrade to continue. Furthermore, when I log into documents.adobe.com, I cannot view my dashboard for sending docs and I am once again prompted to upgrade. Why is my trial not activated and how can I resolve this?
I cannot edit text or drawings on existing PDFS!
The preview function is nice for some purposes, I suppose, but it's a nightmare for sending links to files that need to be seen in a high-res or a high zoom level. It keeps making people--extremely computer-literate people--who receive my links think that they're looking at the actual file when they're really looking at the preview of it. Much more often than not they want a higher-res view but do not download the file in order to get it. Either they don't see the download link to the right or they think that downloading the file will do nothing but give them a duplicate of the same awful resolution that they're currently seeing. (I'm pretty sure that DC isn't downsizing the actual files when I upload them because I tried an upload-download test of that, but if I'm wrong about that, please let me know.)Is there a way to turn off the preview function? Or alternatively to set it to a higher resolution and/or set the default zoom on the document within the preview of it? (Yes, I know that
Is anyone able to help
What features do you receive with Export PDF subscription other than the ability to convert a pdf file to Word?
I am soooooooo frustrated !I previously had Creative Cloud (via a university), which was way more than I needed. That expired, so I've been shopping tonight for something less. All I want to do is be able to right-click a doc on my computer and have the option there to convert to .pdf or combine files into .pdf. What in the world do I have to purchase so I can have this functionality again? I purchased the PDF Pack tongiht, but it looks like I have to work in the browser to convert, which is not what I want.
I am trying to pay, but it says that my credit card doesn't match my address. How do I fix this?
I am trying to unlock a book for school that I have the ebook copy too, I can do it just fine on my laptop but when I open it up in the app (acrobat dc) for ipad it won't let me fill in the password, therefore I cant see the book? Am I doing something wrong or can this not be done in the app?
I have been editing some pdf's for a few weeks, most of them where notes in class or during studying, I have an adobe.com account and I edit the pdf's on my iPad. I just discovered that everything I've been editing is gone. The pdf's are still there, but all my notes and marks are gone... I don't know how this happened, there is nothing wrong with my iPad and I didn't do anything. I just opened Adobe and a message came up that I wasn't connected to the internet and that I was logged out. When I logged in, I discovered they where gone. I am very annoyed by this and I don't think that I will keep using the adobe cloud if this isn't fixed... All my work of the past few weeks is gone... Can someone please help? Thanks in advance,Kelly
My name is Michelle, i m from Brazil and i dont use my account . I really want to cancel ,cause i m paying in dollar ,its too expensive. How can i do this ?
@I need to cancel my creative cloud account, simply because I do not use it anymore. The links that you provide to cancel my subscripton is useless. It keeps sending me around in cirlces. Every time I log in, I click on "manage my account", then underneath highlighted in blue, I click on "cancel my subscription". Only to be looped around after consistantly clicking on "Customer Support" then to click on "Still Nedd Help? Contact Us." over and over again. This company needs to create a system where its consumers could easily contact customer support, not to be swung around in circles.
Hi. I was reading and highlighting a very long textbook stored in my document cloud for several months. Yesterday I downloaded iOS 9 (unsure if related) and I went to open it and it said its corrupt/damaged and cannot be opened! Moreover, this file is 35+MB at least and now it says it's 33KB?! This is so frustrating bc I have put a lot of time into this document in terms of highlighting and notes and trusted that it would be properly saved into my document cloud but now I'm afraid it's all gone. All my other files are fine. Any thoughts? My one thought was to call them and see if the can restore it from their server.
I just installed DC yesterday. When I open a pdf I cannot fill & sign. I get screen that states logAPI.startLogSession("OneAppIsReady"):https://rna-resource.acrobat.com/fillsign@font-face {font-family: adobe-clean: local('Segoe UI'):}@font-face {font-family: adobe-clean: font-weight: bold: src: local('Segoe UI'):} logAPI.endLogSession("Requiring:main.js"); What can I do?
HELP!Je viens d'acheter ADOBE EXPORT PDF, mais elle ne me permet pas de convertir un document PDF de 266 MO. Quelle autre formule choisir, par exemple PDF PACK. Est-il possible de changer mon achat? merci!
Hello,I was wondering why I got charged 19.99. I had cancelled the PDF export thing after i used it for a week.
Does anyone know how to cancel their adobe acrobat account?
my files is deleted accidentally, Are there anyway to retrieve the file i deleted? are there any trash box?
First of all, I am SO frustrated that I was taken on a ridiculous customer service path only to wind up in a forum. If I have a problem with an order, I want to talk to someone. I don't want to leave a message in a forum. Yet, a forum is my only "contact us" option. As if an entire CC subscription doesn't warrant any authentic shred of customer service.I paid $25 to convert the documents I design in InDesign into Word Documents via the PDF converter. And this is what it spits out? Original on the left, converted Word on the right. I don't think so. This doesn't work for me at all. And it's virtually un-editable. The word doc freaks out when you try to work on it at all.I want this subscription cancelled immediately, and to be refunded. It took 3 minutes of having this service to realize what an incredible waste of money it was for my needs. The free PDF to Word converter on the internet did a better job than this. I don't want any resolution besides an immediate refund and cancellation
I just purchased PDF Export with the intent to export my bank statements into an Excel spreadsheet. I can't do it. Does this even work?
Whenever I edit a document, and want to save as a pdf file, the program hangs and presents a blank screen. I receive a dialog box saying "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working". After which "Windows is looking for a solution....". What can be responsible for this, and how can I get over this? It is costing enough money to not have this difficulty. Please advise.
I am using a pdf form that was created with Acrobat DC on a PC that I would like to be a 'master form'I fill the form from acrobat ipad mobile and send it to myself. (Customer1)When I view the file the information is correct.I then try to edit the form a second time save and send to myself. (Customer2)I view the second file and the information is correct however when I view the first file the first file information is overwritten by the second. I assume this is because the file I am editing is the same file.Is there a way while using Acrobat mobile on ipad to 'save as' which would change the current filename so the master pdf is not overwritten?
How do you edit scanned pdf documents on adobe document cloud?
