I have just purchased Adobe Export PDF.  I have tried to convert a pdf to excel with no luck.  I am wondering if the correct files got downloaded

Adobe's service is horrible. I signed up for their PDF export to help a friend w a resume and have been trying to cancel the subscription ever since, FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. I was billed last April, i cancelled the service after i somehow miraculously reached a phone agent. I also disputed the charge with my CC company. Sure enough the authorization is on there again today. And sure enough, no phone support available - not that it did any good last time.

Can I chat or talk with a human on the phone?  I have an Adobe ExportPDF Annual.  So, if I cancel today, I still have to pay half of the fee?  I only used the service once or twice.  I was looking for a phone number to call.  But, I seemed to have been in a loop.  I kept getting directed to this forum.  I would have really appreciated a quick link to a phone number.  Much more efficient on my end.I expected to be canceled in a few short minutes via a phone call.  Instead of have been in this endless and frustrating loop to this forum.Help please.

I have  been trying to cancel since the cost is too much and Acrobat Reader is OK for me. I can't find uninstaller.I have had to erase my disk since then with trouble with Apple Store not recognising my machine and the reload from Time Machine has given complications . ‌I have just purchased the adobe package to allow me to convert a pdf to a word document on my iPad.  When I try to export a pdf for conversion within the adobe iPad app I end up on an adobe screen trying to sell me the package I have already purchased.  That screen just stays open.   It won't close or allow me to proceed further.   I have rebooted my iPad, but to no avail.  What do I do?  Or, how do I get my money back?

I'm asking myself why I purchased a one year subscription to Adobe Reader to convert PDF files to Doc files, when it NEVER WORKS and no one seems to be able to help me!!! I am on a Mac Book Pro with Yosemite (don't upgrade it slows your Mac badly) and whenever I try to convert a pdf to a doc I get 'an error occurred when trying to access the service', can anybody help me please?
