When I convert large floor plans from PDF to an image file such as PNG, even if the setting is set to high quality, the picture is not very clear and the room labels are not readable.

I forgot my password for a password protected document.  How can I fix it?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 64 bit and since then PREVIEW PANE is stopped working. Thru google I tried to correct this problem but in vain. PLEASE HELP.

Hello everybody! I am inquiring about the Adobe version that allows to Sign at a time multiple pages of a Document.Say there is a 500 pages document, each page of which needs to be signed by one click. Could you please advise if this is possible?And if, yes, which version is capable of doing so: is it Adobe Acrobat Standard or Adobe Acrobat Pro? Thank you in advance,

Is it possible if I can get proof that I did make the cancellation, as I do not understand why money was deducted in my acount. 

I'm using the fauture save as pdf in printing dialog of Google Chrome to print the file. Why one of the paragraphs on the file has smaller font than the others? Let's say all paragraphs(but one) has font size of 10, then, there is one that has 9,7. Just one paragraph. Checked on Acrobat and Wondershare PDFelement and both confirms eachother results. Export to Word file also shows difference but with 0,5 of difference between that and other paragraphs. The file itself consists an AOL email trail and messages are in rows, one under another.

Hello, Whenever I select a file to edit on Adobe Acrobat (online), it takes extremely long to load so that I can actually edit it. Is there a way to speed up the process?

Hi - having some issues viewing PDFs from Oracle NetSuit in the Chrome Acrobat Extension. The PDF renders properly on all other browsers (natively in the window), and locally on PDF viewer applications - it's just the Acrobat extension that's giving me grief.  The PDFs are created in Oracle NetSuit using the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates. My browser is up-to-date, as is the extension. As you can see from the attachments, it's just the body of the PDF that isn't loading. This blue box also seems to persist and not ever 'load' the content. There is some faily complex logic in the template generated from NetSuit, and unfortunately simplifiying the template isn't possible.  Any insight would be greately apprecaited.Thanks,Shaun.   

how do i erase a signature?

I want to change the default settings (font, font size, color) for the "add text" editing tool in Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I've read suggestions about adding the text, highlighting it, changing it to the specifications I want, then inputting the command of CTRL+E to get to the "properties bar". However, when I bring up the properties bar, it indicates no text was selected, even though the text was definitely selected. That's where I get stopped and can't proceed further. HELP!

Adobe have renewed a subscription for adobe exportpdf sub which I have no recollection of signing up for.  When I go to my account there is no record of my registration.  How can this happen and why do I need exportpdf?

Hi,   Since the recent update to the Adobe Document Cloud PDF for Microsoft sharepoint there is no save button.   It seems to only auto-save now. I experience errors when it does not autosave when I close the PDF, and I lose all my changes. Is there a button or way to manually save the document? Thank you.

Hello,Have some user at our organization that all of the sudden have this addin in their outlooks:  Even after disabling this , it automatically turns its self back on. Clicking 'remove' tells me I do not have administrative rights to remove this , but I do I just do not see anywhere else to delete this add-in. Where can i delete/remove this add-in compeletely so it stops automatically turnings its self back on?thank you  

Adobe Acrobat OnlineChromeSelecting "Documents" Expected Result: To view a list of documents created and/or organized in separate foldersActual Result: Being navigated to a blank page, with only a navigation bar on the lefthand side. Last week (July 17, 2023), all of my documents were available, along with the folders I had organized them in when I navigated to the "Documents" portal in Acrobat Online. When I logged in this Monday, though, all documents appear to be gone. When I clicked on "Documents," I was led to a blank page, with only the navigation bar on the left hand side. All of my e-templates still exist, my signed documents and webforms are functioning as usual. I am only missing the individual documents and am unable to load new documents.  I have never used creative cloud, but I did search there for my docs, and they are not there, either.

Is it possible to lock or stop additional comments from being added to a PDF that has been uploaded to Adobe Document Cloud? I use Adobe Document Cloud to share PDF documents with my customers so they can add feedback. Once they have completed this, I would like to 'lock' the PDF to stop it from being edited further. Is this possible? I've tried to 'unshare' the document and re-upload it with 'commenting' disabled, but this means that none of the previous comments are visible. I want my customers to see the previous comments, but not allow them to add any more after an agreed cut-off point. Thanks, i 🙂   

I have an old Windows 7 I had to keep using. Adobe customer service put a trial of Adobe Pro on site.(online) I can't believe I cannot find " Underline and Bold." I am using Chrome and editing a pdf document. Looked everywhere and time running out.Can someone please help? Going crazy and cannot see very well. Plus getting very old. Will put Adobe on my site if I find it easy.Can manage text in and out. Typesetter didn't have time to complete the last draft. regards Kaila

I have already read the document linked below. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-do-i-update-a-pdf-from-version-1-3-to-1-4/td-p/11223357 According to Dov Isaacs, "By definition, a PDF 1.3 file complies with the PDF 1.4 specification except being labelled as a PDF 1.4 file."   I wonder if it is applicable to the 1.4 - 1.7 case as well.
