Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi all, have been using an editable PDF form for over a year and since last week, once I close the form (and not save). It comes back as clear ready to fill BUT when i go to print, it prints the last text I typed before closing.  Not sure how this happned, its like there has been some sort of an update but if anyone can please help!!!! thank you so much in advance Ps attached two pics one when I open it and the second when I go to print (without typing anything)

Hi, So i sent out a document to be electronically signed and I have received the final copy with the audit report that it has been completed. However, the final document now has missing pages and I have this pop-up message that says error. Is there a way I can retrieve the missing pages? what is the cause of this problem? Thanks. 

hi, i am a student and on my internship i have to convert from pdf files to excel they are some kind of order lists from the same company so a lot of data and text. Your program works quite well with mini files. only i have a file of 1481 pages to convert to a single excel file and i keep getting an error message what to do? via adobe cloud it doesn't work either!

Within Adobe Document cloud, a single file was shared directly to one users' email address. That desired user was able to open the file successfully. I found out that if that user forwards their shared file invite email on to other users, then those other users are also able to open that file. Is that normal? I thought that a direct share to email address process was more secure than providing an "open public share link". Thanks in advance for any comments.

Hi,I'm frequently using the Adobe Document Cloud as file sharing platform. In the past days there was an update on the UI and I noticed that the progress bar when uploading file is gone. How secure is the exchange of information between Adobe Document Cloud PDF services and Office 365? I read that Adobe Document Cloud meets very high security standards, like ISO 27001 and NIST, but I'm not clear how secure the handshake is between Office 365 and Adobe when I give Adobe Document Cloud PDF permission to access Word docs on SharePoint, convert them to PDF files, and then place those new PDFs back in our SharePoint folder.Thanks

I am a yearly paid member.I am trying to convert a PDF file to a Word document. In my membership plan, it is included that I am suppose to be able to do this feature.My steps:1. I select Export PDF2. I then select the PDF file that I want to convert3. I see the page that has the selected file, and the option below that "Convert To", and Microsoft Word is already selected.The problem.When I selected "Export to Word", I am taken to a page that wants to me to pay AGAIN. Why should I pay again if this feature is already included?ML

I saved my pdf after filling it in, but now some of it is wrong and  need to go back and edit it. I can't move any of the fill and sign X or check marks nor can I edit the text boxes it wanted me to fill in, or any of the other elements. how do change what i filled in? it has all the correct permissions in security to edit, it just wont let me. and prepare document only lets me move the documents fill and sign content around it doesn't let me change the content inside.

The PDFpack product description said explicitly that PDF combining can happen in Adobe Online, AND in Adobe Acrobat DC on my device. See here:  Get online PDF tools you can use in a browser, with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your computer, or with the Acrobat Reader mobile app.However, when I try to merge a PDF on my device, it takes me to the web portal instead of doing the merging in the software itself.  I have no interest in having Adobe have access to any files I am merging or my data, in any capacity.  I have no interest in giving Adobe the rights to use my data or files once they are uploaded to the cloud.  In fact, I do want them uploaded to the cloud at all.     What is the solution to this?

So is there other options? I want to remove my credit card from my account as well with cancelling my annual subscription.

As the subject says, I am trying to find the tool to insert new text, most likely in bold format,  in the original document to comment on the original text. I don't want little squares and arrows etc. I should rather be able just to print the text on the actual document.This is the main reason I started my subscription so I hope there is a way to do this. / Michael

I have been trying to cancel my plan for 2 months now because I simply do not have the funds to pay for it anymore. I used my school email because I was using this for a school-related project. When I first tried to cancel it said I had no plans so I thought I canceled it. However, when I saw I was charged this plan popped up. This is not even the one I chose when I was doing the free trial. I have looked everywhere and cannot contact anyone for customer service. This has been incredibly frustrating coming from a college student who cannot afford this anymore. I tried to look up ways to cancel but they all say to come to this page ^^ and click manage plan... you can see this is not even an option. Can someone please help me? I don't know what to do anymore. 

I created a PDF document in 2016. It had some sensitive information that needed to be forwarded to my insurance company so I created the document with a password that I sent to my insurance company. Now, I need to open the document and do some edits. However, I can not remember the password and the insurance company was not help. Is there a way to remove the password so I can open the document in Adobe Acrobat? Thanks in advance.
