As a few months ago, the icons in Adobe Chrome Extension (for Mac) are way too small to read. Enlarging the font with Command + does not increase the size of the icons, such as edit or print, but only the size of the document. I have removed the extension and reinstalled and the problem still persists. See photo for an example. Please advise.
Hello, when using Acrobat Online in M Edge, changes to text in a PDF file do not save, despite the interface indicating that changes are being saved.I've tried refreshing the browser, making additional changes to force a save, changing the name of the file, saving a copy, et cetera. Nothing resolves the issue.

Is is normal that my recently install online version of Acrobat Pro opens up Acrobat 2020 as the desktop version of the software? The online version look new and modern, but it still seems to be using Actobat 2020 to open up PDFs on the desktop. I previously had Acrobat 2020 installed before I installed th enew Acrobat Pro I aquired for our charity.

Hello everyone!I'm relatively new to web development and I've set up an online form for my audience (who are mostly Brazilian and non-technical).The current flow is:The user fills out the form.The system prompts them to enter an email address.They receive a confirmation email in English to validate the submission. What I'm looking for:I'd like to drastically simplify this process. My ideas are:Option 1 (Ideal): Completely remove the email collection and confirmation step. A simple "Thank you! Your form has been submitted" message would be perfect.Option 2 (Alternative): If confirmation is absolutely necessary, how can I customize the confirmation email to be sent in Portuguese?Can anyone point me in the right direction? What technology (PHP, JavaScript, Google Apps Script?) would be easiest to implement this change? I'd greatly appreciate any tips or resources you can share!Thank you!
I've shared dozens of files with other pople for their review but not all of them appear in my Shared Documents list. I upload a file to share, then copy the link and send it in an email. Multiple people make comments in the document, but the file is not shown in my list of shared documents. Why? How do I find ALL lthe documents I've shared?
Hallo, ich habe den FileOpenInstaller-B990 installiert, um passwortgeschützte Dokumente auf dem Mac zu Öffnen (Benutzername und Passwort funktionieren), erhalte beim Öffnen aber immer eine Fehlermeldung.Ich habe schon die Einstellung "nur zertifizierte Plug-ins verwenden" versucht. Da werde ich immer, wenn ich die Dateien öffen will an Safari weitergeleitet, um dem Plug-in wieder herunterzuladen. Es ist als würde Adobe Acrobat den Plug-in nicht registrieren. Gibt es da eine Lösung für?

I'm getting the 'error 500: Internal Server Error' when trying to review Indesign creative review comments. I've read all the 'try this' on here and other help websites but nothing works and it all points to problems at Adobe server end so there is nothing I can do! As I'm sure Adobe will apreciate, the creative industry use these products and time is money and we work to deadlines. Please get this fixed or this 'creative review link' option is useless and we'll stop using it.
I built documents to send for e-signature. The documents are complete when I send them, when they are returned after being signed, all the data that I entered is missing. This started happending last week. At first, only a few words or phrases were missing. Now entire pages are missing data.

I am trying to merge 14 small-ish pdf's together and I keep getting the same message. "Could not organize." I tried merging only 5 together, 4 together, etc and I still get the same message. It is so frustrating!! What does this message mean? How can I fix it?
I have a small problem with the Autocomplete feature in Adobe send & Track. My problem is when a user type an email address wrong there is no way for me to get rid of it from the autocomplete. I've tried the clear all tools and nothing seems to work. Cleared all the browser setting and still doesn't work. Now we have 10 different versions of an email because and 9 of them are wrong because of a typo on each of them. How can I delete the wrong email addresses from the autocomplete list? I looked everywhere and there are no options to do this. This feature is convenient if the user could clean/delete the messy email addresses, this way the list won't show the incorrect addresses when 9 of them are totally wrong. But at the moment is not a user friendly tool and a very frustrating option.Can you provide instructions on how to do this if there are any?Thank you,Jose
1. When using Export to PDF in MS Word, it defaults to the last folder exported to instead of the original .docx folder location. This used to work under Windows 10. 2. Also when using Export to PDF there is a View Result option to open the .PDF. I dont want this, so I uncheck it, but the selection does not change. I have to uncheck this each time. This also used to work under Windows 10. I have done a lot of Google research on this to no avail.
When trying to open Adobe Sign it gives me an error message.
From a corporate standpoint, We do not want our users storing IP related documents on the web or cloud storage. This option would violate our internal ssecurity policy. We would like to lock this down in Adobe Reader DC and not give our user the option to do this.Also, we will be deplying this to a large group of users so the package will need to be editied to do this.I have already looked over the options in Admin Studio and haven't found a way to switch this off.Any thoughts?
We have an online application that is limiting the PDF download to only once. We've found that users have been complaining of the attachment not being downloadable. Further investigation showed that the issue is only happening when users are accessing their PDF via Chrome with the Adobe Acrobat Extension. From what it looks like, the extension is doing multiple calls to the file thus resulting to the file not being accessible due to the limit. Can you please check on this and see what can be done to mitigate such problems. The only solution we ahve so far is to have users uninstall the extension and try to download their file again.
