my account is active and paying per month for Acrobat Pro. Why I cannot open files and the screen asks for serial number?

Don't know if the above got through or not.When I scan in documents do I scan as jpg or tif when I want to convert to PDF then to MS Word?

I am trying to convert an existing pdf file into a MS Word document so I can make minor changes. Any help appreciated.  Thanks.

Is there a way to associate an email address with my Acrobat.com account and then send PDF attachments from that email address, such that they will be added to my online documents?  Other cloud-based services have this feature (Concur, TripIt) and it's very easy to manage files.  Typically, the receiving email address is documents@adobe.com or files@adobe.com or similar. 

hiNumbers in the original pdf file got comma ( , ) as decimal point and point ( . ) as thousand separator. Converting it into excel file the ( , ) is not recognised and the ( . ) is been used as decimal point. As example 11,76 is converted 1.176. Is there any solution?
