Adobe Acrobat Online

Everytime I upload a document, I can see the title at the top of the page, but nothing is actually opening in the edit tool. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve?

Hi, We make Print design in Indesign then convert to PDF but we need our clients to have the ability to edit the designs, we think Adobe Acrobat online might be a durable tool to help us achieve this. The challenge is we do not know the capabilities of Acrobat Online. Please we'd like to know if the following are possible1. Change Background [Color and Size]2. Text [ change of text, color of text, size of text, orientation of text (vertical or horizontal)3. Image [ability to add image and edit said image size]4. Create link to share document with our customersThank you so much! 

Does anyone know why I am not getting the audit page attached to my documents that come back with signatures?

I am attempting to create a fillable form with a paragraph option. The length of each paragraph will vary per submission. I have utilized the text field in the form, but the size of the text field is not flexible. As a result, each submission has a differently sized font, and sometimes format. Is there a resolution to this?

‌iI'm trying to share a number of edited files and sending one at a time is too time consuming. How do I share multiple files at once?

I'm trying to fill in form fields in acrobate pdf online (cloud).Fields with Latin characters work fine. Fields with Greek characters during the edit are working fine.When I reopent the document they are disapeard. (The fields whith latin fonts remain there).

I just purchased Adobe Export PDF, but when I try to use it I get a blank website with a never ending loop as if keeps trying to access but unsuccessful. I imagine that because this is set up in the cloud, my company security systems are stopping the access. Can I please have an actual attachment I can install to bypass this ? Or can you advice how to access the app without using the cloud?

I have been using Acrobat Document Cloud for a long time without issue. However, in the past two to three months, I've had users (who were able to acceses files before) get an error message that the file has been deleted (it has not) or they don't have access (they do). For some people, clearing cache and cookies from the web browser works - but not all of them. I imagine all them are Windows users (I'm a consultant/not in their corporate environment). Does anyone know what happened that this has started popping up now? 

When I try to convert a PDF document to either word or excel, the resulting document contains an image within the document. For example, if converting to excel my converted document contains images pasted in the cells of the spreadsheet, rather than straight text. Same thing when converting to word, I get an image that I can re-size and move around, but it doesn't just display the text for me to manipulate. I have the adobe PDF pack with an active subscription to Export PDFs. I'm on a windows 10 machine, using internet explorer. I just wnt the plain text to be in my excel or word document, but it doesn't seem to be exporting properly?? Any ideas are appreciated.

Hello everyone,I have contacted adobe support about this but we didnt find a way to solve this.I get internal error everytime i open any pdf file.Then my pc becames unusable for a while. I am running windows 10 and this is the latest acrobat.Thank you

I purchased a subscription to Adobe Export PDF three years ago (April 2016), for $25.31/year. At the time I was in desperate need of it, since I had a school project which was approaching the deadline.Today I received a notice that my subscription could not be renewed, since my payment details have changed recently. I somehow hadn't realized that the subscription had continued for another year, charging me an additional $25.31 in April 2017. Hello-This one has me stumped. When I convert a Word doc to PDF, the PDF shows this blue shaded text box that I don't want to appear (see below). I've tried everything from deleting all track changes in Word, to ensuring "convert comments" is unchecked in the Options when printing to Adobe PDF. I even uninstalled/reinstalled Word and Adobe. I matched up my Adobe settings with a colleague, who has no problem converting the doc to PDF without the blue box showing. Both of our Adobe preferences matched.I am not sure what else to try. Does anyone have any idea or have seen this before? I should note that in the Word doc, you cannot see the blue box until you go to the Print Preview.Any and all help is greatly appreciated. HOw do I print pdf files downloaded such as forms?

Signed up to adobe export PDF, go to export doc and it takes me to pay for subscription again and again. Have waited a fair few hours now and still same issue.Account is showing that the subscription is active. I upload the doc in the online account and select export to excel and it takes me back to pay for it. If I go through the purchase process, it tells me I already have the feature. Same issue when attempting to load direct from PDF doc or from online account.

My macbook which had all of my adobe files saved onto it has recently broken and I am unable to get to my files, how can I recover these adobe files on a different computer? The files aren't shoeing up in my recently deleted folder or on the cloud or in the archive folder but is there a way that I can get them back?

I've already saved the document, so I hit print, it asks me to save as... I press cancel, nothing happens. I press save, nothing happens. My printer is working fine for everything else. Any help?

Hello,I'm writing my thesis and every time I create a PDF through the Acrobat tool in Word, the text in the PDF is slightly different: it adds one extra line per page (as in the attached, before and after).This might seem like a very minor issue - but it completely messes up my structure and page layout.Is there a way of converting the file to a PDF while faithfully retaining the format of the original Word document?Thanks so much for your help.Yannis

I created an adobe form and sent to several clients. They filled it out and I have tried to combine them and when I do all the documents are there but they are separate docs in one file. I need ONE scrollable document with all the files one after another.  I'm using Adobe DC and I'm VERY irritated and frustrated about this. Please HELP!!!!
