Adobe Acrobat Online

Adobe Acrobat Professional 11 : OCR failure           Despite reinstallation twice, I cannot use the OCR of Adobe Acrobat Professional 11.I have used the OCR under the Windows 10 64 bit environment for 5 years without problem, but not now after updating the Windows 10. The error message indicates that the file "OCRLibraryInf.dll"  cannot be found.             I should be most grateful for any advice to solve this technnical problem. Many thanks Alan  

I have 2 Adobe accounts and neither one of them have any active plans or payments, I also have no direct debit showing and yet I have a charge for Adobe pdf pack subs that keeps happening .. how the hell do I find out what this is linked to and cancel it from taking My money!

Why can't I compress my PDFs any more? I could - and did - do it last week, but today I can't: unless I pay heaps of money for this 'free' service! Why? Has this already gone through? It just keeps telling me to 'Post' without saying if it has gone through or not! Nuisance.

When I try to protect my document using a password, the dialogue box that pops up where I input the password I want to use is blank. It is completely white and there is no option to put in a password or even "x" out of the box. I have to hit escape to make it disappear. I have looked and there are no updates that I need to install. 

I have a pdf I'm working on and I put it in the document cloud to keep it constantly updated. When I booted up my PC this morning all my work has disappeared. I can't seem to access previous versions, nor is there any local saves on my PC. Can I still access this lost work?

Hi,Just so I get this stright. The difference and available functions logged in with a user with an Acrobat Pro licence and not logged in is rather small. Is this as it should be? Anyway to get more of Pro experience online?

I am trying to export a pdf-document using either the export function on Adobe Desktop or save as but both produces an empty word document. It tells me that it is a scanned document (which it is not - it was generated with overleaf). How can I overcome this hurdle?

Any suggestions to keep my form flowing onto the next page?  I've been creating mulit page PDF forms without issue for weeks, but today it seems the PDF will not continue past the first page. There is a hard stop at the bottom of the page and the scrollbar is at the bottom.  I've tried zooming out and making sure no text boxes might be extending beyond the page. It's as if there is a page break, but there is nothing to remove.  Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to compress a PDF that was created with Adobe illustrator using Adobe's Free Online Compression tool. On the whole it works, but there is one Block/Section that is White on the design, which turns Black when it's compressed. This happens regardless of the High, Medium, Low compression choices selected. Any ideas? Thanks Em

why wont it let me combine files?  tells me I need to purchase, but then when I purchase it tells me I already own it (as I already knew)

I received a document with a signature on it with a field for my signature but I cant sign it.  When I click fill and sign I get a signature panel telling me that at least one signature has problems and it wont let me sign it.  How fo I solve this problem.

Hello, I would like to sign a PDF-File in the Adobe Document Cloud. If I klick on the sign-button a loading-animation appears which doesn't finish. I'm not using a license and I don't have a subscription. But it should be possible to sign PDF's without that. I'm clicking this Button:  

Previously I was able to import one pdf into another pdf, creating a new pdf file. Now I am unable to merge them at all. Additionally, I'm unable to export either original document as a pdf to create a new version which has been a workaround for other issues in the past.

I've had a monthly subscription since 2018 and now I'm getting a message that my trial is ending. What is this??

‌is it possible for deleted files to be restored?

My Acrobat DC Send for Comments function stopped working last night. I've been using it for a year and its never happened. See attached for the error message I'm getting - it says "Unable to share, this file can't be sent for comments" My team and myself have tried sending different PDF files, repairing Installation, making sure all software is up to date, restarting computers and uninstalling and reinstalling. Anyone have a solution to this problem? We use this function A LOT to review drafts with our partners.

How do I use my subscription on my new computer? I have Adobe PRO that I purchased a few years back. I don't have a download key or anything. 

We've configured the Adobe/SharePoint Online integration so that PDFs within SharePoint open in Adobe automatically, which has been great! But, when I initiate a workflow on a SPOnline PDF, the link that gets sent to the approvers in the email and the Teams Approvals App doesn't open in Adobe (which is problematic as we want them to be able to add Adobe Comments and sticky notes). It opens in the Edge PDF viewer. Here's what the URL looks like when opening a PDF directly in SharePoint online with Adobe. Here's the URL for the same document that gets sent out with the Approval Workflow. Is there a way to have the Approval workflow send out the first URL?

I have had Adobe for years and I paid for continuation of my account.  I am familiar with Adobe but every time I try to convert a file I am rerouted to purchase again. I have received a message from Adobe thanking me for subscribing again.  Any help most appreciated.

A white box pops up and then freezes the program. I have to use task manager to close it. I tried uninstalling to reinstall, but it keeps saying I need to close either powerpoint or word - and neither of them are open.
