Adobe Acrobat Online

When I open a .pdf file that is stored inside of a SharePoint docuement library, add a page to said file, and save the changes, it is not overwriting the file. Instead, it is saving a new copy back to the SharePoint appended with a " 1". ("OriginalFileName.pdf is turning into "OriginalFileName 1.pdf") This is a functionality that we had approximately 2 weeks ago, but now it no longer works. The only workaround I have been able to find is using the desktop application, while disabling new Acrobat. Any suggestions are appreciated.

When you are reading a document in the acrobat.com browser-based reader with scroll pages enabled and reach the end of the page, the document will jump downward, so that the next page is at the top of the screen.  I suppose it's my subjective opinion, but I find this behavior very annoying. It makes it difficult to scroll through a document naturally. This is because I have to remember to read all the way to the end of the page before scrolling far enough to allow the next page to come into view. Otherwise, the last paragraph or so won't be visible because the reader moved the view so that the previous page is not visible and the top of the new page is positioned all the way at the top of the viewer.I don't think I've ever used any other word processor or document reader that does this. The desktop-based reader doesn't do it, but I don't always have access to it.  Is there an option to change this behavior, so that the document scrolls smoothly through pages?

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat. When I open a PDF file, instead of displaying the content, Acrobat shows a blank grey screen/overlay.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf files into 1 file.  I keep getting this error -"page extraction is not allowed in the source pdf documents"How do I fix this please?

For the past week when I go to download a file and rename it before I download it it downloads blank.  How can I fix  this? 

Let me preface this by saying I'm just learning out to create web forms. My question is: how do I know if one's been filled out? Is notification automatic, or do I need to set that up? Any assistance would be MUCH appreciated!

When I try and convert a pdf to word all I get is referred to Adobe pricing options when I already have a subscription

I was sending signature requests in Adobe Sign - Send in bulk and it keeps getting stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. I've also cleared browser, cache, signed in in a different computer and keeps happening.  I have to send out 600 and was able to send out 150.  I have Adobe Pro and it states the transacation limits are unlimited.  Please help. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

I work for a small office that had thousands of folders, word documents, and PDFs vanish from the Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud overnight. This all occurred on August 1st and 6+ hours with the abomination that is Adobe's customer service has yielded no help or solutions.We have tried just about everything, including downloading older versions of adobe, but all the contents in all of our folders have vanished with no trace of them existing anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has ever had such an issue or could help provide any potential solutions. Thank you.

I have purchased an annual subscription to convert PDF to word.  I am currently trying to convert a PDF document to Word.  It uploaded but  it has been trying to convert for an hour!  I stopped it a few times and tried again, but it is still trying to convert.. could this be to do with a weak Wifi signal? I am using my lap top computer.u

Hi, I have sent paperwork to one of our cohorts for them to sign but none of the learners recieved emails from Adobe, they have checked in their Junk and their Spam folders but they weren't in there.  They all work for the same company and have the same domain name, we do however have learners from the same company who have recieved these.  I have spoken to their IT department and they have said the following.  Adobesign isn't seeming to follow standard email security practices, and with the referenced rejected email this shows that they are not honouring their own email verification methods.  This means that the mails sent in to LCC are failing the DMARC checks as seen, however this isn't something that we would simply allow as a bypassed security measure due to the nature of the content which can come in via adobesign.  As an organisation, we are subject almost daily to phishing and scam messages which often use methods such as AdobeSign,

I'm trying to add a date dropdown menu for my form. However, after the update, there's no options to format the date dropdown, and it only has a text option for people to write the date. Can anyone assist?

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro.  When trying to combine 1,000+ files, it only will do 335 files.  the size of the 1,000+ files is 756MB.  The size of the combined file is only 74.1MB.  I've been able to combine large numbers of files in the past but there seems to be some sort of limit now?

I'm a schoolibrarian I wan't all of my students to be able to read e-books, but in order to download them in Digital edtions they need the create an Adobe ID. The only problem is that there's an agelimit. Most of the students are under 13 and not allowed to create an Adobe ID. Is there a way around this?

Why Adobe Pack is only available online and not on desktop or mobile, I paid $119 year and every time I need to edit a document asks to subscribe and I can't edit, so complex.  Please advise. 

I converted a PDF to word in order to copy the text out to a new blank document and now I cannot delete the document. The PDF is in a shared folder. Did the share access stay with the converted document. It tells me it is locked and someone has it open. the word document is in my working folder which is not shared.

I have a form that has to be signed by multiple signatories who then also have option to add comments. The problem occurs when the first signatory signs - all the fields are flattened and the form is no longer fillable. Is there a user-friendly way around this?

I sent an esign from my account To myself and two others. My email is [personal information removed by moderator] when I click on the document that was sent my personal email address [personal information removed by moderator]  to sign it, it says you must sign in as [personal information removed by moderator] I don't have an adobe account with this email that I'm aware of. I need to get this document signed within Adobe so all three can agree to the terms of the agreement on one page.  How do I sign this document?
