When I create a link with 2 files, 133MB and 325MB in size, the link works fine.  When I create a link with 2 files 180MB and 325MB in size, and try to download using that link, I get the following response:{"error": {"code": "TooBig", "message": "Total size of assets exceeds limit.", "details": {"total_size": 529672703, "limit": "max_total_size"}}}Clearly, there is a (new to me) 500MB asset limit now imposed by the server.  The error JSON is uncaught by the client code.My question is, is the 500MB now Adobe Document Cloud policy?If so, it greatly limits the utility of the service for me.  I have used this service for years, transferring many GBs of data.  So if Adobe is going to impose new limits, say so in an email.  And please, fix your client to catch error messages and display them properly.BTW, a single file of 539MB works just fine.I just did a test where I zipped a file and uploaded it to Document Cloud--1.2GB.  As a single file, I could create a l

I send pdfs for review on acrobat (document cloud) and the people who are making comments on the shared document have reported that some of their comments are disappearing. (Example: They've said that 6 comments will be made. The comments show up as they normally would when comments or highlights are posted. Then next time they open the document, only 2 or 3 out of the 6 comments are saved.) Is there an explanation for this? They've also mention they don't see a connection warning or pop up error notification when this happens.

We are integrating Adobe Acrobat capabilities into MS Dynamics 365. We can do it all except that the redaction tool in Acrobat DC Pro is not available in Adobe Document cloud services. Any ideas would be a big help.

It has not been password protected by me. It was a document created in Quickbooks. It's been downloaded to my PC and when the PDF is opened it doesn't ask me for a password. However, when I try to convert it, it tells me it's password protected! If I look in the bar at the top of the open document, it states (SECURED) in brackets at the top. As I have stated, I have not created a password for these documents. The first I knew about this was when I tried to turn one into a PDF. Please can anyone help. Been on to Adobe chat and they say only the forum can help, they cannot!????

You can type that you are getting "Encountered an Unexpected Error" error on signing into document cloud. You also tried changing the web browser and clearing the browsing history. Still not working. Hello folks.  I have filled and signed a form in Adobe Cloud but it will not close and it will not allow it to be shared.  When I click on Ceate a Link I get told "Sorry, cannot create a link at this time. Please try again later." I've been trying for two days.  When I try and close the document ( and presumably save it) I get a dialovue box that says "TypeMismatchError"and it won't close.  Any súggestions? Cheers. Malc

Hi,We have been having an issues with some documents. It seems that when we upload a document into the Cloud Document storage depending on the size of the document sometimes we have issues. It seems to be the larger documents we have issues sometimes with uploading them into the document cloud. One example we have is uploading a 115mb document that constantly comes up with the following "An error occurred while trying to access the service" after the Virus Scan run for over 5 mins. But contrary to that we have been able to upload a 420mb combined document without any issues a few days later. Any ideas on why this might occur would be great.Thanks in advance!
