Hello,I hold a Business VIP licensce, with permissining for Acrobat Pro, Adobe Sign and Admin rights. I have successfully created a Template for re-use and sent it out - it works like a charm. My question is how to I share the Template with users in a Group that I've created so that we can build and share Templates and save them to the "Library"? Also, if the template I created says that I am the sole user can it be coverted to the shared Library or do I need to re-create. Ultimately, I cannot figure how to Create a Template and have it shared. Thanks in advance. JG
Hello all, we recently spun up the integration into our Dynamics CRM environment and have the integration key setup. When I attempt to request signatures and during the creation of the agreement, I am getting the attached business process error. Has anybody else received this error and know of a solution?
I use Adobe Acrobat DC with Adobe Sign feature.I tested the password function when creating a document for signing. When you choose a password protection for the document, I assumed that persons to whom the document was sent to, do not get to do any of the required actions without the password. Password to prevent viewing of the document happened only after all the parties had done their actions. How password protection should work?
I would like to know how to tell that the March 2023 build was put in place. With my company being in a regulated industry we need to be able to show we remain in a qualified (validated) state. To do this we use change control and testing when needed. One of the tests is to show the version we are on matches what the release notes say we should be on. I know there was an update/patch in March 2023 and the changes show up but what I can’t seem to find is the build identification. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Im so confused. Is adobe sign included in pro DC? It seems to be but I cant get it to integrate with salesforce
I have validated the signature and saved it but when I send it in the mail or open another application the digital sign (Green tick mark) isn't there. Are these digitally signed pdf files showing only in adobe or am I doing something wrong?
I want my first participant in my Web form to fill out the emails of the following participants but Adobe is saying I must enter all email addresses when I create the form. Is there a way to change this? I also have no counter-sign option available.

I am having issue with adobe E-Sign.1. Document is not uploading in 'Resquest for E-Sign' 2. Document upload stuck at 72%Tested with Adobe Web and Desktop version. when contacted with Adobe support agent, the solution they gavce was to reste user accounts.but with this soulution it resetd all user signed documents.Same user having the same issue after reseting profiles after some time.and new users facing the issue randomly. Is there a better way to fix this.
We have created a routing e-signature template. Said template includes prefill at the top, and several "Signature" blocks - with associated Date blocks, as well as "Text" blocks for each signee to comment. In document cloud, these blocks appear as "Signature" blocks if you click "Edit" to inspect the elements. However, when sent out - several of these Signature fields render as Signature Blocks in the completed document. (Inconsistantly with signatures 1,2;5 showing as Signature blocks, and 3&4 rendering as signatures.) This is not what the end users desire, and there is no obvious way to fix it.
I have what I think is a simple template. Some fields are set as Sender (Prefill). I then have two participants / signatures on the template. When I try to create the web form I set the first Participant Role as Form Filler and then add two more participants as Signers. I add the template and then when I create I get a server error. If change the template so that the fields can be signed by anyone it will let me create the webform, but it opens up wanting the first participant to sign, even though the first role I listed was a Form Filler. In the end I want the web form to open up, a peson to fill it out, and then submit and it to ask for the information for the two signers. I just can seam to get this to work.
Hello, Is there a way to send documents for an electronic signature without security/encryption/password protection of any kind? I did not check the password box, and the signed document that came back to me was still encrypted. I couldn't do anything with it. Thank you!
Hi Team, Currently, we are using "Adobe Sign for Salesforce" package to send an email to 'Review & Sign' the document. However, our client wants to use the same package for "Salesforce Community Cloud", so that no email send would be required and the community user will "review and Sign" the document at the Community portal itself. Please suggest any better solution or approach to achieve this. Thanks,Sudhanshu.
I have a email address that I cannot send an esign request to. If I use other email addresses it works fine, even other gmail addresses but this particular address gives this error. I tried clearing my cache and cookies but still persists.

HelloThe connection with Salesforce was established by a previous admin but the Adobe Sign was not really used for a while. I got asked to put it back.In adobe sign Admin, we have a linked Account. I can create a agreement and add a file. When I click next below Preview & Add Signature fields, we get the message: Error refreshing access token: invalid_request : invalid refresh token All users get the same in both Sandbox and production. What needs to be updated ?
Hello together, we want to integrate adobe sign into Salesforce. It is already set up and now we want to automate stuff. For example it is important to use phone as verification method. When we create the agreement via flow/apex, we can already set a recipient by contact/user id, but verification method is email. We want to change it automatically to phone. But how? Inserting recipient records does not work (they will be created once we send out the agreement). And doing it manually is way to error prone. Adobe is not able to recognize phone numbers correctly. Example: '+491612345678' is split to country '+491' and number '612345678' (should be '+49' and '1612345678')or '+49(0)1612345678' is split to country '+(0)1612345678' and number '49'. so totally useless My goal: In apex I create the agreement, assign the recipients (contact or user), set verification method to 'Phone' and fill country code and number automatically (phone number format is easy to s
Hi, Initial situation:I am using Adobe CC and have my signature saved in Acrobat so that I can place my signature in PDF documents if I want.I did not change anything in my account settings in the signature preferences, everything there is on default. I am also not signed on to Adobe Sign, I do not have an account there. Today a business partner sent a contract to sign; this was done via adobesign.com. The mail with the signature request was sent to me, but I am not the one in our company who has to sign and did not sign it (this is important!).The proper way would have been to delegate this via a link in the mail, but instead the mail was simply forwarded to the correct signee. However, this can't be an excuse for what happened then:The recipient (the correct signee in our company) clicked the link in the mail to the contract, the contract opened and the signee was presented with MY signature from Acrobat already in the signature area. They could not change it or sign themse
Hi,I struggled to get any informative google results trying to search for this in the D365 community. We have enabled adobe sign in our D365 CRM environment. This appears to show 2 ribbon buttons that are enabled by default:Request SignatureSend report for signatureIs there a setting in adobe that I can disable/enable these buttons from. I know I can disable these buttons in the ribbon itself in D365 but I will manually need to do this across 20+ entity's and do it for any newly created entities in the future and looking for an easier way.Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Hi, I keep getting the system maintenance error. It has been a few days now. Is there an issue at Adobe end? The link i am using is https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

For testing purposes to decide whether to go with this I am at this moment using the free-trial period.I am trying to get the OAuth token on :https://secure.na3.adobesign.com/account/accountSettingsPage#pageId::API_APPLICATIONSI tried also other scopes, like user_login:self+agreement_sendApplication ID: CBJCHBCAABAAXqV7X4WPuQ-Lf-9sJg9Bpey1_mXg7HR4Client secret: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxhXCRedirect uri is set the same as it is set in the API application settings. I tried in the browser in Postman and in ARC and get the same result: 'Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request'Scope settings:
A professor at my college has reported that documents sent to student emails through Adobe Sign have been bouncing with error messages since about February. This issue occurs with documents sent from multiple accounts, and to multiple students. Other non-Sign emails sent to those addresses arrive just fine. This does not appear to be affecting our staff/faculty emails, which are configured differently. Other posts on here with similar issues have been directed to directly get in touch with a representative to whom they can send more detailed troubleshooting information. Hope to hear from you soon!
