Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello, Recently I have been having an issue when trying to send an adobe pdf file to an email. I will push submit and it will bring a pop up and have the recipients address and my email address with the subject and file attached. But when I push submit the recipient will not get the email at all. It doesn't pop up in any of my folders in my gmail account. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix? Thanks

Hi, I am testing a fillable template on adobe sign.  Suddenly,  when completing the sender prefill portion, the program keeps redirecting me back to a previously completed sender prefill field.  Then, it will not allow me to continue with the remainder of the sender prefill fields. So far, I have done the following, to no avail:edited the problem fielddeleted and re-created the problem fieldre-created the problem field without any conditions, and made sure no other fields are dependent on it for conditionssigned out and signed back in Can anyone please offer some suggestions? Thanks, Lindsey

In Adobe Sign templates is there a way to link 2 drop down list so if a signer selects from one drop down list another list will select information based on the first drop down list. I want to be able to align 2 drop down list that have different wording in each basicsally drop down 1 has 3 options that allign with 3 options in drop down 2 and based on what someone selects in drop down 1 the options will change in drop down 2.  Thanks Rachel

I need a document to be sent for signature to 14 people. When I add 10th, there is a message appears that says "Reached maximum number of recipients: 10". How can I send the document to more than 10 people?

I recently shared a PDF to be signed (e-sig feature in Acrobat). Upon recieving the signed document back, I downloaded it. I tried to finish the rest of the fourm, but it stated that I had limited permissions. How can I fix this so I can continue to edit the document?

Documents have been sent by me for signature, but the signers are not receiving the automated email requesting signature.  The emails do not appear to be landing in spam.  I have received the email confirming that the document has been sent for signature, and all looks proper within EchoSign.  Others within my organization are able to send documents for signature without issue.  Suggestions?  Thank you,Mike

I've been using Acrobat Sign app on my iphone for a few years to send a contract to sign.  I sign it first then send for the other person to fill out and sign.  Suddenly, within the last few weeks when I go through the process and finally hit send it comes back with an error stating that the first fillable field (meant for the other person) doesn't have a value as if I'm supposed to fill it out.  It works fine when I send the exact same document via documents.adobe.com.  It just won't send anymore via the app.

How I can Make a copy of the signed document (via Adobe Sign) without signtures? When I copy such document now I got a document with signatures and I cant edit and comment it

I've used the basic Power Automate flow to save a copy of a signed document to either a Sharepoint location or a OneDrive location.  Connecting and setting up was easy.  Once the document is approved, it creates a file in the location.  However, the file cannot be previewed or opened at all. When I try to open the file from Sharpoint or OneDrive inAdobe Pro, I get this message: "Adobe Acrobat could not open FILENAME because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog." I've tried this with numerous documents, and the result is always the same.  Any ideas on how to make this work?

Hi all, Wondering if you can see where you have placed the sign here stickers after you have sent the Adobe Sign? Also can you add stickers once the documents have been sent/complete if one has been missed?

HiI got a basic workflow running via the API which entails uploading a doc, sending to 2 parties and getting signatures - all good. The problem is that the final confirmation email containing the doc signed by both parties, contains my own account details (the Adobe sign dev account) as well as theirs as participants in the agreement:As example, the final message is "{Document Name} between {My name}, {Party1} and {Party2} is Signed and Filed!" where I would expect to only see Party1 and Party2.I cannot find a setting for this - or am I missing something? So far my only solution is to disable the final email and "manually" working around it in my application, but I'd prefer to use Adobe's built in mailing if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Thanks in advance.Emile

I keep getting an error message saying "enter a web address in a valid format" but it is correct as we are trying to register a www.****.com.jo domain.  It keeps saying it has to be www.***.com.  Thanks.
