Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi thereI've been trying for weeks now to sign up for a trial of the Adobe Sign product. I work at a college in the UK and have been asked to look into purchasing the software. For some reason, my establishments account always comes up saying I'm in the US though, and therefore I can't sign up for the trial as it rejects my postcode. I've spoke to support and also my reseller and neither seem to be able to do anything. The reseller claims the account is definitly set to the UK, but whenever I log in, I'm taken to US pages. Any advice or help would be appreaciated.  

Hello,We have some weird issues with contract reminders. Right now they are not consistent and working in about 2 out of 10 cases, even when everything else is the same in input parameters.At this moment we are using legacy SOAP API (version 20): https://api.eu1.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService20 . When we create and send contract via SOAP API - everything works fine (signing, delivery etc.), except of reminders.In the AdobeSign portal of the person who send contracts I can see the "bell" near contract date (which means that reminder has been successfully created for the contract). But when I click on that bell it says that "Reminder Not yet scheduled", which is very weird (look at the screenshot below).Interestingly, in those 2 out of 10 cases when reminders works fine, after clicking on the bell I see the date when the next reminder will be sent, which is works as expected.Here is example of confusing reminder which is not working:In the code, during contract creation in

When sending out agreements in bulk, there is an option to sign them first or last. When using this feature of signing the agreements first without Digital Signature it works, but it does not work with Digital Signature.Will there ever be an option to sign outgoing agreements in bulk digitally or are there any legal bindings why this is not possible due to time stamps etc.?

Hi, We are a letting/Leasing agency who use E-sign to get our Contracts signed between tenants and landlords. However, in most circumstances the landlords pay us to speak directly with tenants on their behalf and the landlords don’t want the tenants to contact them. However, when we send contracts out to landlords and tenants to sign, it sends the final completed document back to all signed parties. And therefore giving the tenants the landlords email address with sent To them. Can we make it so the documents are sent out via BlindCopy? Maybe they are sent to our email address and then blind copied to the clients that are signing in there? Is this possible?

I received a contract to sign, specifically an independent contractor agreement, and I want to forward the email to my attorney for review. Will the sender be notified if I forward the email to a third party? If so, will they be able to see who received it? Thanks for your help!

Adobe sign acts like a trail license on MAC computer.  User is shown as a free trail user even though they have a paid subscription.  When logging into another computer it works fine

Anyone experiencing duplicate agreements created ocassionally?I am currently experiencing this when creating agreement automatically.My logs shows it run once but agreement was created twice at the same datetime.This is kinda urgent, hope someone can help.

We have been receiving the error message echosign_dev1__SignatureType__c, echosign_dev1__Opportunity__c, echosign_dev1__Cc__c, echosign_dev1__Recipient__c when attempt to send an agreement. My company uses the Adobe Acrobat app for Salesforce and this message appears when we hit send. I have contacted the support team asking if we can have a rep join us on a call to help clear this error. Apparently, that cannot be done unless we upgrade to a higher package which we are not willing to do. What do we need to do to clear this error? We are in the middle of updating our composer software and this is preventing us from moving forward with it. Thank you in advance.

When we use adobe sign is it possible that our cutomers who fill in the forms get not only a confirmation but also some moere documents of our own we can send with it?

When processing a legal document for execution, our signer is provided the legal document and a cover sheet that outlines the deal--both documents require his electronic signature.  I would like the signed documents returned to me so that I may remove one of the signed documents and add another document for the 2nd signer to electronically sign.  Thank you. 

We have a use case where two participants need to sign the document. However, after the 1st participant signs the document, I don't want them to be able to download a copy of what they signed. Also, after the 2nd participant signs, I don't want the 1st participant to receive the copy of the entire signed document, 2nd participant can. Could you suggest configuration setting? Also, we want to have this configuration based Agreement level, meaning, I should be able to configure only for some agreement templates because the use case applies to few.We also have a Salesforce to Adobe Acrobat Sign integration, if there are any configurations we could achieve on Salesforce end, suggestions are appreciated

Hi all, I have a Power Automate flow that uses an Adobe Sign connector to Create an agreement from a library template and send it for signature; then, by using Form Field Value, I can fulfill all the data fields. The problem is that when I send the attachment, the attachment control shows the file as a string instead of the files. I'm not sure if the issue array because of the data format for the attachment or if that is unsupported by Power automate. Does anybody have an idea of how to fix it? I appreciate any help you can provide. 

Hello all, I'm quite new in both Adobe sign and Power automate, but I need to create a flow to request signature from multiple users for a single document. My problem is that I can not send to multiple emails(Dynamic number). Number of Emails are not fixed so I need the flow to take the emails that will be stored inside of the responsive variable.I have done the following:1- make a string from my dynamic variable:2- The use the string variable in my email: But it doesnt work, Can someone plese help me solving this issue? RegardAngela 

Our office works with a lot of the older folks and we get numerous calls a day on how difficult Adobe Sign is to use.When they have signed the forms, why doesn't the button read as "Complete" or "Finish" Instead, it is the same exact words of "Click here to sign" which they had to click in the first place and they don't realize they need to click that to finalize the pages instead they think they've already signed there's nothing left to do. 

Hello,I have a User sending out a document with 300 pages. On each page the signer must place his/her initials. The User would like the signature added automatically after the first field is completed. I have contacted Adobe Support for a solution with no success. I would like to recommend a feature that can automatically apply one signature to the same position on multiple pages. It is possible to clone a field to all pages but I have yet to see how a signer can clone his/her signature to all pages within a field. Thank you. Sheronda

Hello, I'm trying to create a flow that uses Adobe Sign and a few participants to sign a document.For example, I have max 5 people for signing, which can be chosen in corresponding columns: Author, Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, Reviewer 3, and Approver.  But Reviewers are optional, and if I leave those columns empty the flow stops, and shows me an error "Email is missing"  My question is: How to make Participant 1, Participant 2, etc in the flow optional, so if those columns are empty this step just skips.Thank you.

I have been encountering issues when Requesting Signatures via AdobeSign. I am able to specify where to add their signature, date, and printed name.  Once "signed" the document only shows their printed name and date - no signature, even though they did in fact sign the document.  What's the solution here? Thanks

 On the Adobe ID page the First & Last name of my profile are correct. On the Adobe Sign profile the First & Last Names are wrong and the fields are read only so I can't change it. How can I change my name in Adobe Sign? I already tried changing the profile name in the Adobe ID page, logging out, closing all files and reopening Adobe Sign but there was no change.  The Adobe ID page did not sync with the Adobe Sign Profile. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi, I have a power automate flow which uses Adobe sign. During dev i used a test adobe account. For live i want to switch this to another account however, when i 'Switch Account' onm the coonector I am given a popup to signin. The popup is always prepoulated with the test adobe account and redirects immedialtly without giving me a chane to enter the live adobe account creds.
