Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello all, I'm quite new in both Adobe sign and Power automate, but I need to create a flow to request signature from multiple users for a single document. My problem is that I can not send to multiple emails(Dynamic number). Number of Emails are not fixed so I need the flow to take the emails that will be stored inside of the responsive variable.I have done the following:1- make a string from my dynamic variable:2- The use the string variable in my email: But it doesnt work, Can someone plese help me solving this issue? RegardAngela 

Our office works with a lot of the older folks and we get numerous calls a day on how difficult Adobe Sign is to use.When they have signed the forms, why doesn't the button read as "Complete" or "Finish" Instead, it is the same exact words of "Click here to sign" which they had to click in the first place and they don't realize they need to click that to finalize the pages instead they think they've already signed there's nothing left to do. 

Hello,I have a User sending out a document with 300 pages. On each page the signer must place his/her initials. The User would like the signature added automatically after the first field is completed. I have contacted Adobe Support for a solution with no success. I would like to recommend a feature that can automatically apply one signature to the same position on multiple pages. It is possible to clone a field to all pages but I have yet to see how a signer can clone his/her signature to all pages within a field. Thank you. Sheronda

Hello, I'm trying to create a flow that uses Adobe Sign and a few participants to sign a document.For example, I have max 5 people for signing, which can be chosen in corresponding columns: Author, Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, Reviewer 3, and Approver.  But Reviewers are optional, and if I leave those columns empty the flow stops, and shows me an error "Email is missing"  My question is: How to make Participant 1, Participant 2, etc in the flow optional, so if those columns are empty this step just skips.Thank you.

I have been encountering issues when Requesting Signatures via AdobeSign. I am able to specify where to add their signature, date, and printed name.  Once "signed" the document only shows their printed name and date - no signature, even though they did in fact sign the document.  What's the solution here? Thanks

 On the Adobe ID page the First & Last name of my profile are correct. On the Adobe Sign profile the First & Last Names are wrong and the fields are read only so I can't change it. How can I change my name in Adobe Sign? I already tried changing the profile name in the Adobe ID page, logging out, closing all files and reopening Adobe Sign but there was no change.  The Adobe ID page did not sync with the Adobe Sign Profile. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi, I have a power automate flow which uses Adobe sign. During dev i used a test adobe account. For live i want to switch this to another account however, when i 'Switch Account' onm the coonector I am given a popup to signin. The popup is always prepoulated with the test adobe account and redirects immedialtly without giving me a chane to enter the live adobe account creds.

When a checkbox or any element has a read only it will be under the elements in the pdf, As you see, the black half circle is under a square that the PDF have from the start, if the checkbox has readOnly false it will be above the square and that's the right thing, but when gets the readOnly true it will be under, why is this happening?, there is a property from the z axis to put them above?

Guten Tag,ich suche nach einer Lösung für folgende Situation.Bei diversen Besprechungen über Angebote werden Fragebögen mit den Anbietern erstellt. Die Besprdchungen finden häufig im Büro statt wo sich beide Parteien gegenübersitzen.Nun soll am Ende der Fragebogen von beiden Parteien unterzeichnet werden. Per Papier ist das kein Problem, ausdrucken und beide Parteinen unterzeichen am Tisch und eine Partei erhält eine Kopie des unterzeichneteten Dokumentes in Papierform.Wenn ich das ganze digital machen möchte ist das von meier Seite mit der UNterschrift kein Problem da gehe ich einfach auf "selbst Signieren". Was ist jedoch mit dem Gegenüber? Muss das Dokument diesem mit dem Befehl "Unterschrift einholen" geschickt werden, oder gibt es da eine Mglichkeit das dieser direkt vor Ort unterzeichnet und per mail eine Koipe erhält? Besten Dank für Eure Hinweise. FG Carsten

I have a document linked on our web site for new members to fill out and sign. When they complete the form, I need it to be sent to two people. My searches lead to answers about sending documents to multiple people to sign, which I don't need.  I just need our Finance and Membership departments to both get copies of all signed forms. I can do this now in Citrix Rightsignature.  Is this possible with Adobe?  Thank you.

How could I create initial fields where, when one initial field is completed, the other one no longer needs to be? For example, if they choose one option, they put their initials next to that option, and the next initial field will disappear for the other option. I would like to make it where they can only enter initials on one option.

That post seems to be for everyone in a company. I send the confirmation seperatly already with some additional information.  Can this be done? Thanks

I only see the option to download form field data for one completed Web Form at a time. As a user who needs to 'Download Form Field Data' for many Web FormsI would like to have the ability to download 'Download Form Field Data' for mulitple Web Forms at one timeSo that I can bulk download the Web Form data into one excel spreadsheet

Hi there, I am running Adobe Sign from a button on a Salesforce record after the doc merge in Conga Composer. Occassionally our signed contracts are returned without a signature block. I've been unable to recreate the situation, but there are several contracts that have been signed but they do not show the name and signature on the document. I'm trying to identify a cause or get some assistance with troubleshooting it. Obviously, it is embarrassing when we have to resend a contract to the client. The signature is returned like this, a bit is there but overall missing. The signature link is there and when clicked it takes you to the Adobe site and verifies that the transaction is valid. Salesforce is also recording the transaction as "Signed" and complete.   When reported by the user, I ran the document again. But with a different result. No issue. I tested from a few records with no issues.  Any ideas on what could cause this intermittent issue?&

I've created a form in Acrobat and added all the required fields. The document also contains the standard signature block. When the document is sent to the customer for signature, the signature block covers other text on the page which isn't acceptable. What can I do to ensure the signature block stays where I've placed it?If it's a size issue, what size is the standard signature block because I can't find this information anywhere! This is what it looks like in the document:  This is what the customer sees when they complete the document. Hallo, ich nutze in Outlook das Addon "Adobe Acrobat Sign". Jetzt kommt beim anklicken von "More options " folgende Fehlermeldung:   ERROR Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Wenn ich mich beim Addon neu anmelde geht es genau 1x dann kommt wieder diese Fehlermeldung. Hat jemand eine Lösung ?   Gruß Daniel

i am increasingly confused by the ldv functionality. how does one ensure that internal documents are never sent to external signers, but internal copied individuals get notifiation that documents have been signed?  my entity uses ldv for including an internal checklist and agreements, assigning internals to the checklist; internal and external to the agreement. settings were that signers get all documents assigned to them. but recently found out that externals are getting the internal checklist. so now have unchecked the all documents setting. now concerned about those copied not getting notificaitons that documents are available nor will they be able to download in order to save, while absolutely making sure that externals never see the internal checklist. thanks for any guidance.
