When you use the 'company' field from the bulk upload spreadsheet - it gives the signer the ability to edit the field when signing - is there a way to make the fields such as title, company etc. uneditable by the signer? Thanks,Drew

Hi, I'm using the trail version of Adobe Sign. We have a requirement where signer/approver should be able to see history before sign or approve. When signer/approver opens the agreement in their windows browser, there is an option "View history" (just below the Delegation and Decline options) which downloads for them audit report. That is perfect. Attached picture of WindowsBrowser.png But when the agreement is opened from any mobile device (mobile browser), "View history" option does not show up. Shouldn't it be available in mobile browsers just like the windows browsers? The interface for windows and mobile browsers should provide the same user experience. Why it's not showing up in mobile? Attached picture of MobileBrowser.jpg Note: I have set the authorized access to audit report from the settings already. Because I want all users to download audit report from "View history" option.

adobe sign and send has been down for days , we run our bussiness from sign and send when will this be fixed. i also can get any signed contracts either because its down. 

Is there a way to send a lease agreement to tenant for signature, then have tenant attach a copy of a void check?

I haven't been able to use acrobat Sign on the new iPhone with IOS 16. I've been using Adobe sign on iOS 15 and I used to:1) generate a pdf using a document from photos and then2) editing the photo (cropping etc)3) adding signatories and cc's4) specifying fields for signature and text entry 5) and then sending it to the signatoriesNow with the upgraded iOS 16, it seems I'm stuck with just viewing it as if the Acrobat sign app is just an acrobat reader.  See screenshots of the Acrobat Sign home page. Weird. It's asking me to download the app when I'm already supposed to be in the SIGN app. 

I have a user who was CCed into lots of agreement - I am not sure if being CC is related to this issue. Some of those agreement apparently get stuck in the "In Progress" section.  For example one of them show it is "Waiting for signature" and "1 of 2 signed" in the list view.  However when you click in to see the detail, you will see Signed as the status   This agreement has been stuck in the In Progress view and despite already signed long time ago.

As a result of several tests I have over a ahundred unused agreemnts in the Adobe Acrobat online "Sign" thingy.It is impossible to delete them How please do I delete the agreements?1. It is my property. Adobe has no right to unallow me from deleting my own stuff2. I found https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/to-delete-a-document-from-manage-Page.html, yet it is written so that it cannot be followed. First, no "Adobe Sign Privacy Admin" exists anywhere, second, there should be a link "go here and do that", and not a bunch of instructions that leave the user - who by the way pays almost one hundred dollars monthly for this software (adobe) confused.3. Please someone clearly explain how we can delete any agreement stored on the thing. It is not only my right to delete them, it is also the a and o of every good business to keep things tidy, and given the messy interface of adobe, it seems that is simply not possible. Thus, please, also improve the product.

Hello,  I am creating a template in Adobe Acrobat Sign to be used as a template for our clients to sign.  I have added the signature block to our form, however when sending the form out to be signed - the persons signature and name are overlapping in the same box.  There is only been one signature box added to our template and each time you sign the form you are also asked to enter your full name. Unsure if there is a way to turn off the enter name function?  You can see in the first image - the form asks you to sign and enter your name and in the second screen shot, the typed name is sitting under the signature.  Have tried quite a few times to disbale certain settings but nothing is working.  Thanks in advance - hoping someone has gone through the same issue?  Cheers,  Karena 

I would like my customer to complete a waiver, sign it and then have a barcode or QR code that is generated when the form is submitted.  I would like to be able to scan that code to quickly view their completed document or at least see the information in the form fields.  Is there a way to do this?  I appreciate the help.

Hi, I am using API 5 and have yet not switched to WebHook. In regular callback Adobe calls the specified URL in certain intervals unless we send a 200 or 201 responce.  I tried to search on web and documentation and could not find any document related to retry policy of Adobe for Non Hook callback. I want to understand that if my CallBack endpoint server is down and does not send 200 or 201 response till what time will adobe continue retrying the callback? Kindly Help! Regards,Vijay Soni 

Hi, We are trying to embed Adobe sign agreement in a IFRAME via the /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrls api. We get the esignUrl and are able to load it into the IFRAME which is great. But when we try to set the locale by passing additional paramter &locale=fr_FR it doesn't seem to work. https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/apiesign?pid={pid}&client_id={clientId}&refererApiEsign=true&noChrome=true&locale=fr_FR The IFRAME always loads with en_US. Could you assist us on this ? Thanks,Pallav Kumaria

Hi,  I am designing in Adobe Sign a document that must be signed by 2 signers. The first signer receives the document in Spanish (as it is setup), but the second siger receives the doc in Danish language. I suppose my company is setup as Danish but i cannot find any way that the 2nd signer receives the doc in Spanish. Also when sharing accounts with other users it comes in Danish. Any help? Please and thanks

Hello, is there anyone who can advise what tsid is and where I can get it?I am hoping that I can generate a hyperlink that navigates to each agreement using the tsid to give everyone on my organization the access to all agreements. It seems the only way to access the document that is partially signed while it is still in progress is to sign in to Adobe. But only the people associated with that agreement (as reviewer/signer/approver, etc.) can have access to it and they have to be an Adobe user. I need everyone on my organization to have access to all agreements even while the documents are still being signed without having to sign in Adobe. For example, on the email you receive from echosign@echosign.com once a document is fully signed, it has this 'Open agreement' button in the email and if you hover over it it gives you this address (please see below, in red). I am thinking if I could grab tsid somewhere (hopefully in bulk) I could try generate this address myself

Hello, I'm testing out Adobe Sign in my Salesforce sandbox but cannot get it to preview a template, as I get the error:Something went wrongPlease try again later.Contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support if this persists.Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable" If I continue with setting up the template I can send an agreement but the dynamic fields entered do not show data but rather just the tags themselves. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I have a text field in a form created in Acrobat Pro DC which includes roman, bold and italic text.This all is coverted to roman text when I request esignatures with Adobe Sign.Is there any way to keep this formatting?

With the addition of Adobe Sign to Acrobat, it would seem it has become a document management system BUT:I can only share one doc at a time. I can only see current activity and size as far as metadata columns for sorting.Others cannot log in to my Acrobat cloud storage? Does this change with Acrobat for Teams or Enterprise versions? 

I recently keep getting errors that a thumbnail cannot be created and my agreement is automatically cancelled.What is the solution?

We are attempting to create a 10 question form.Each question has a group of radio buttons. When the form is sent to be filled-out, the "Next" flag that indicates which question the signer is on remains on the old question after a response is selected. Once a response is selected, we'd like the "Next" flag to go to the next question/radio group.  Is this possible?thank you.

When I send a document to an email I've previously used - the WRONG receipient name is populated in the document. how can this be reset / removed. This meant that the document signed has the wrong receipient name.
