When using AdobeSign in Salesforce and making a call to echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess to create a new agreement via a custom button, is it possible to specify the account, contact, and contract? We can pass the master id of the primary record, such as the contract id or account id, and the template id, but I haven't been able to figure out how to specify all three values, though you can set them in the UI that opens up.For example, this specifies the contract id and template:{! URLFOR('/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess', null, [masterId=Contract.Id, templateId='a091x000006eGNdAAM']) } ... but I would also like to specify an account and contact.
I need to edit a few things on the underlying PDF after I have pulled it into Adobe Sign. Can I do that? If that is not easily done, is there a way to copy and paste all the fields from Adobe Sign into a new COPY of the Adobe Sign document? In other words, can I re-create the Adobe Sign document (make a copy) and then paste all the Adobe Sign-modified fields into the new COPY in order to save time by not having to recreate all the work done in preparing all the fields once the PDF has been pulled into Adobe sign?
Is there a way to edit the signature block field to include multi-line text? We are using adobe sign to get department head signature approvals on scanned invoices and would like to include a requirement for general ledger account #(s). Due to the sheer volume of invoices we process, we are looking for a quick and efficient solution to requesting and obtaining electronic signature approvals.
I have a document with the same user assigned as signer 2 times, when I call the enpoint to get the signingUrls, and I access to the link it works fine the first time, but when I try to do it again for the second signature, I get a "Please login as an authorized signer in order to view and sign this document." message, if I use this link in a incognito window it works fine, so the link is correct, but I can't see the document assigned to me again even when is the same user. Also if I click the email link works fine, does anyone has an idea why is this failing?
I'm trying to assign specific people to fields to route for approval. However when I assign a person to a field it assigns them to all the signature fields. It doesn't allow to assign different people to different fields.
Is Adobe retiring Echosign or is someone trying to scam us?
Hi,We are currently having some issues with the delegate feature. If we allow the delegation of signatures, the sender has zero control over who signs the document when the receiver of the document delegates it to someone else. Can we please get a feature that if a requested signer delegates the document to someone else that the initial sender receives an approval task for this? This way we stay in control of the document and ensure the document isn't completed with (for example) the signature of a secretary who isn't even allowed to sign contracts. In case of a rejection or as an alternative as sender it really should be possible to delegate a specific signature field to someone else to avoid a document ends up unfinished when the original indicated signer is no longer available. I hope you'll take this into consideration!
I would like to be able to create a web form and have others received the completed form. In the Help article about creating a webform. it states "The web form creator always receives the completed agreement (unless settings are in place to suppress the notification).". I do not see an option to supress a notification for a webform. Can someone tell me how to do this?
Cordialement. APL
Hi thereI have a template agreement that is sent out to a customer for signing, returns to me to sign and date and then a copy of the agreement is emailed to both parties. I have a message that I cut and paste when sending out the document. Is there a way that I can attach a different message to the email that is sent out with the final copy of the signed document? Thanks.

Hello,I'm trying to figure out how is working the merge process while creating a multi template agreement using REST API, my scenario is the following:Using the website I create two template(template1 and template2) with two readonly data fields type "Text Input" named respectively, customerName and customerSurname (in fact I do have the need of repeat that fields value in more than a template) Using API I create an agreement using both templates and passing a mergeFieldInfo array with customerName="John" and customerSurname="Doe" [Here come the problem]Only the data fields on the first template are correctly replaced/updated and all other fields are completely ignored. After a brief investigation I've retrieved the agreement fields (using the API https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/getFormFields) and I've observed that the name of the second template fields are change
We tried ParticipantSetInfo in the JSON but it’s not completing if anyone signed. The expected result if anyone in the group signs then the agreement should be complete. "participantSetsInfo": [ { "order": 1, "role": "SIGNER", "memberInfos": [ { "email": "User1@mail.com" } ] },{ "order": 2 or 1, "role": "SIGNER", "memberInfos": [ { "email": "User2@mail.com" } ] } ] Regards,Hari
When I send an email from AdobeSign, my old email address associated with the account still appears in the body of the email. I have changed my AdobeSign and Adobe Account MONTHS ago to reflect the new email address for the account, but the old email address is still showing up. The highlighted part is the old work-related email address that has no reference to anything in my Adobe Account. Please help! Thank you!
Yesterday I sent a document for signature but instead of it sending from my business email (note I was logged into Adobe with my business mail ID), it sent from my personal email. Please advise on how I can correct this going forward because this is an issue. Thanks.
We cannot send any new agreements and all we get is the following message You cannot send new agreements because you don't have sufficient transactions available in your account. Please contact your administrator. However, we just renewed our annual subscription last month. Any suggestions?
Using AdobeSign for SFDC and selecting a "user" record type as a recipient.Everything is working great except when I use one particular user I get this error:Error in $A.getcallback() [Cannot read property 'recipientWrappers' of null] Callback failed: apex//echosign_dev1.AgreementComponentController/ACTION$loadaAgreement failing descriptor: {markup://echosign_dev1:AgreementEditor}I have checked EVERYTHING on this particular user's record compared to other users that work with this agreement.I have changed user to a SFDC user with same profile and role in SFDC and agreement works fine.I have to be missing something, but I cannot figure this out.Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?
I have been trying to follow these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-electronic-signature.html But I just dont see where I can add a signature to my account. I have 2 already saved (mine and my business partner) in my account so I can drag/drop them into documents when we need to sign something on the fly. I would now like to add my wife's name to the list. I am getting off track when the directions tell me to navigate to the "create" section and then type or sign the name ... any help appreciated
Just as the title says, the attorney at our company uses Adobe Sign very regularly, and this functionality has ceased to exist for him. He owns a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC along with many others in our Enterprise plan, including myself, who do not experience this problem. I have re-authenticated his license to verify that all functionality should be available, and have also repaired Acrobat Pro DC and verified we are on the same version. This is not a spam/filter/quarantine issue, as the email confirmations do not send across multiple recipient domains, eg our own and Google. I have verified this functionality works on an Enterprise, and a non Enterprise Adobe Sign account with my own separate logins. I have verified that the E-signature requests are indeed sending from his Adobe Sign account, and are "in-progress" when checking the status online. In addition, the recipients successfully receive the E-signature requests in their Adobe Sign profile, but there is NO MEN
I have an application that dynamically generates a PDF which I need to have signed by two different people. If I add both signature fields to the PDF, the first person I send the agreement to has to sign in both spots before the system will consider that person to have completed their signature. I only want them to sign in one spot and then the second signature is a final approval that should be done by a second person. I have no trouble setting multiple participants, but how can I require only the first signature for the first recipient?
Hello: I have contacted Adobe Customer Service via chat and phoncon many times regarding various questions and issues with Adobe Sign and my latest about Adobe Sign Text Tags. I have been unable to get a straight or educated answer from Adobe on how to use text tags to program my Adobe Sign form. My Adobe Sign form requires 9 separate signers to upload documents before they sign the form. I have tried to look for a step-by-step tutorial or video that could simplify using tags to accomplish the complexity of my Adobe Sign form with no luck. Can someone provide me or help me with text tags with Adobe Sign forms? Thank you much! Shan
