I'm not able to save changes made to a template that I've created. It seems that the revisions I make don't save when I'm done and I have tried to log out/in after saving. Adobe doesn't recognize that I've made changes to the fields and even added other fields in the version I save, and reverts back to the old version which is incorrect.
So, I choose only availabe for me. I assumed that meant that only I could see it. Is that accurrate or can anyone in my organization see the templates anyone else creates? It matters as it's private information needed for signatures with different staff that should not be shared. I was hoping since it's the same request each time to make a template but not if it's going to be seen. thank you, D
Hi all- This relates to Acrobat Forms and Sign: I teach a class which is court ordered. That means there are multiple documents that need to be filled out and then signed by each student and then signed by me. Other forms need just the student's signature. Example: Mary has to fill and sign the Agreement form and then I have to counter sign it. Mark has to fill out the same form but it is for just him and me to sign. I would like to send the form to each student in the class for completion and signature. Mary fills out and signs her form. Mark fills out and signs his form, etc. Each is a separate form for a single person. Is there some way for me to distribute one form to 5 people for each to complete, sign and return for my signature? I need the complete pdf back as each document must be filed in the student's masterfile. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Hello, I have recently been added as a licensed user to help the office in sending out contracts that need to be e-signed. However, when requesting an e-signature, it is coming from my personal email account (the one the administrator used to get me my licence) not the business email. Is there a way to have the requests generated from the only other license, which happens to be the business email address and belongs to the administrator? She asked me to sign in using her credentials which I did. I was then asked to remove the license from one of her other devices and this is not something she wants done.
Hi community members,Could someone please tell me if the Adobe sign biopharma setting meets the local requirements in countries other than US?I know Adobe says it is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 as stated in the link below, however couldn't found about other countries regulations.Especially I would like to know about ER/ES guideline in Japan. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/bio-pharma-settings-configuration.htmlRegards,Soichiro
Good day, When I send a contract to the internal approvers and signers and to the supplier approvers and signers. I want internally (for example) the purchasing manager to initial the contract summary and to be able to see the rest of the documents without having to initial or do anything else so that this person only sees the documents and does not have to do anything with them. But I want the supplier to not see the contract summary and only see the rest of the documents (contract + attachments). How can I make documents invisible to external parties? I just don't want a role approver and signer (external) to see the internal documentation.

Hi,We have a platform (developed with php laravel) which will use adobe acrobate sign to send documents to be signed.According to the documentation, we have created a new application and configured for a few scopes and trying to get the authorization code before getting the actual access token. All is going well. we tested the APIs and we got the right answer. My question: How can I retrieve an access token from our base account to send these documents without exposing any type of login UI?Because our application is mainly an external application and I didn't want to add a redirect URL to get the code!Is there a way to get the code without going through the Adobe authentication page? do you have a login API or if I'm not going to use the free version I would have a unique code.Help me, it's urgent.
Hi, I have created a Webhook and wanted to read the document as soon as the signature is done from the recipent. I am using C# code to capture this detail. Please send me POST request code sample for my reference. Thanks
I am new to Adobe Acrobat and am struggling with an issue that I need help with. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro with advanced e-sign, but when I add the url link to our website, the form is requiring the submitter to enter the e-mail address, of which they then have to go into their e-mail to validate their signature. Then, it comes to me as the approver. How do I format the form to be submitted directly to me without the person filling out the form to enter their e-mail address?
Hello,I am a Group Admin, within Adobe Acrobat Sign, for 2 groups. The first group ("Restricted Group") is for sending sensitive data requiring additional security. The Second Group ("Private Group") is for sending non-sensitive data internally, only requiring a password on the document sent to email addresses within our company. The security issue occurs when I submit an agreement with the group id of the group with more security requirements ("Restricted Group") using the Acrobat Sign REST API (Version 6) but is using the security requirements of my default (“Primary”) group which was set to the second group ("Private Group"). The reverse is also true when update my profile to default at the first group ("Restricted Group") and need to submit an agreement via second group ("Private Group") causing API to return a bad request security error. Error Message when Submitting an Agreement as a group with less restrictions when your default (“Primary”) group is set to another more
Tried to email document and screen froze. Can't use Docusign. How do you unfreeze? I deleted app and went back in and that didn't work.
When using AdobeSign in Salesforce and making a call to echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess to create a new agreement via a custom button, is it possible to specify the account, contact, and contract? We can pass the master id of the primary record, such as the contract id or account id, and the template id, but I haven't been able to figure out how to specify all three values, though you can set them in the UI that opens up.For example, this specifies the contract id and template:{! URLFOR('/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess', null, [masterId=Contract.Id, templateId='a091x000006eGNdAAM']) } ... but I would also like to specify an account and contact.
I need to edit a few things on the underlying PDF after I have pulled it into Adobe Sign. Can I do that? If that is not easily done, is there a way to copy and paste all the fields from Adobe Sign into a new COPY of the Adobe Sign document? In other words, can I re-create the Adobe Sign document (make a copy) and then paste all the Adobe Sign-modified fields into the new COPY in order to save time by not having to recreate all the work done in preparing all the fields once the PDF has been pulled into Adobe sign?
Is there a way to edit the signature block field to include multi-line text? We are using adobe sign to get department head signature approvals on scanned invoices and would like to include a requirement for general ledger account #(s). Due to the sheer volume of invoices we process, we are looking for a quick and efficient solution to requesting and obtaining electronic signature approvals.
I have a document with the same user assigned as signer 2 times, when I call the enpoint to get the signingUrls, and I access to the link it works fine the first time, but when I try to do it again for the second signature, I get a "Please login as an authorized signer in order to view and sign this document." message, if I use this link in a incognito window it works fine, so the link is correct, but I can't see the document assigned to me again even when is the same user. Also if I click the email link works fine, does anyone has an idea why is this failing?
I'm trying to assign specific people to fields to route for approval. However when I assign a person to a field it assigns them to all the signature fields. It doesn't allow to assign different people to different fields.
Is Adobe retiring Echosign or is someone trying to scam us?
Hi,We are currently having some issues with the delegate feature. If we allow the delegation of signatures, the sender has zero control over who signs the document when the receiver of the document delegates it to someone else. Can we please get a feature that if a requested signer delegates the document to someone else that the initial sender receives an approval task for this? This way we stay in control of the document and ensure the document isn't completed with (for example) the signature of a secretary who isn't even allowed to sign contracts. In case of a rejection or as an alternative as sender it really should be possible to delegate a specific signature field to someone else to avoid a document ends up unfinished when the original indicated signer is no longer available. I hope you'll take this into consideration!
I would like to be able to create a web form and have others received the completed form. In the Help article about creating a webform. it states "The web form creator always receives the completed agreement (unless settings are in place to suppress the notification).". I do not see an option to supress a notification for a webform. Can someone tell me how to do this?
Cordialement. APL
Hi thereI have a template agreement that is sent out to a customer for signing, returns to me to sign and date and then a copy of the agreement is emailed to both parties. I have a message that I cut and paste when sending out the document. Is there a way that I can attach a different message to the email that is sent out with the final copy of the signed document? Thanks.
