Adobe Acrobat Sign

Salutations,I'm creating my document starting from a template using the API https://api.eu1.echosign.com/api/rest/v6/agreements The whole operation is successful ... all fields are populated except the fields of type image. I am trying everything, for example"mergeFieldInfo": [.....{"fieldName": "xxx","name": "xxx.png","mimeType": "image / png","url": "https://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx.png"}or{"fieldName": "xxx","name": "xxx.png","mimeType": "image / png","defaultValue": "data: image / png; base64, iVBORw0KGgoAA ....."}or{"fieldName": "xxx","name": "xxx.png","mimeType": "image / png","default": "data: image / png; base64, iVBORw0KGgoAA ....."}How do I resolve?

Is it possible to pre-populate or "mergefield" images as either an in-line image or a file attachment with the API? We already have all of our fields and have images that we need to include (drivers license). 

I have an adobe account throught work.  I recently got married and updated my name at work.  Work updated my adobe account with my new name and I lost three years worth of design work.  I am not able to access my old account.  Is there anyway to retrieve all my lost work? Thanks!

I created a pdf, set up pre-fills, and saved it as a template and named the template "2022 contract template". Now, when i use the template, I can enter all the pre-fill data (client name, order details, etc.) and send it for signature - but when I send it... it goes out named "2022 contract template". Where is the "save as" option, so I can call it "John Doe's Contract" instead of my client seeing it as a template?  It also shows in my "Agreement list" titled "2022 contract template" so I assume every one thereafter will have the same title? I have to missing something here!  

Hi, I've been experiencing several issues with Adobe Sign after updating Acrobat a few days ago. The most pressing issue is that the signing process is not working. Information is not submitted correctly, either by no info at all or by a flawed iteration of the same info and signature placement is off. (Signature blacked by me)Please see the two attached images below. Thank you!

HiI am trying to activate NemID for our organisation to sign with Adobe Sign. I have received the following popup from adobe when trying to sign.How do i activate this? I have been in support with and Adobe Tech but did not get any closer to a solution. ThanksChris

HiAm I the only one who considers Adobe Sign to be an illogical UX mess?I use the function perhaps once or twice a month, and each time I visit the program I become confused, lost and irritated. The process from start to finish for me is trial and error.

Hi,I have installed the Adobe Sign Add-In on my SharePoint Online environment and have a couple of questions about using Adobe Sign templates on SharePoint Online.I can create a new template using a SharePoint document with the "Library Template" custom action. This template is then saved in the Adobe Sign Library. Is it possible to save or copy this template to a SharePoint document library so that the signature process can be started directly from SharePoint using this template? Or do I have to then start the signature process from Adobe Sign Library and not SharePoint document library?If I start the signature process from Adobe Sign Library, can I save the signed agreement to a SharePoint library?\Thanks a lot for the answers.

Please make it so, as an Adobe Administratior, I can create a dropdown list of acceptable signers in a workflow. Currently a workflow either allows an email to be entered by the admin while creating a workflow, or it can be left blank to allow the user to fill it in while sending a workflow. We have multiple use cases in our organization where a user needs to send a workflow to someone, but depending on where they are at in our orgainzation that someone is different. Many times they do not know who this individual is, so we end up putting a list of acceptable signers in the instructions (Which are easily skiped over by the way, please make them more pronounced.) and then next to the title of the signer "Budget Officer" I put a note to direct them how to figure out who their budget officer is; (Click blue “More” button to see list of appropriate signers). It would be great if instead they could click on the line where they would typically enter a signers email, and see a list of people

There is a default maximum of 100 pages for a document sent for signing. Can this parameter be changed in Adobe Sign - Business and if so, how - either for invididual docments or as a global setting for the account?

My subscription is active and I am either signed in or able to sign in using my adobe ID and password for all other services and apps, but Adobe Sign on iOS will not accept my login and tells me my login credentials are invalid or my account is locked, neither of which is true. Have force closed, uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. I have a DC subscription, this seems to be a problem on both my iPhone and iPad.

Hi, I have been using Adboe Sign for several years, no issues.  Using the same login credentials that I have used in the past, I perform and receive the following:1.  Input email address at Adobe Sign login screen.2.  Select 'Continue'.3.  Select 'Personal Account'.4.  Input password.  Select 'Continue'.5.  From this step, my experience changes - typically, I am now logged in, no issues.  Now, I cannot proceed, and the only message to appear on the screen is:  'The Acrboat Sign account for xxxyyy.com is associated with a different profile.  Click here (hyperlink) to sign in again and choose the Company or School Account profile."I cannot get any further, but when I select 'company profile' it does appear to re-direct me to an SSO page for my company.  I was not aware of my company creating an account on my behalf if this is the root cause.  Any thoughts on what I can to login to my personal Adobe Sign account?

I have sent a document to 5 reviewers to sign.  4 of the reviewers have signed, but then we need to change the 5th reviewer.  Is there a way to 're-assign' that 5th reviewer after the other four have signed?  Or do I have to create a whole new signature request for all to sign, causing the 4 reviewers to sign again.

Is there a way to customize the "Signer Info Fields" for a participant and save them? (Title, Company and Name specifically?

I have created an agreement with API V6 and the Agreemnet has the status "OUT_FOR_SIGNING".I Like to change teh expirationTime but I got the following message: MODIFYING_IMMUTABLE_FIELDSCould anybody help me?

problem with adobe-sign, it simply stopped letting me sign - kept asking me to download adope pro (and now I have a seven day free trial and then it wants to charge me!?! - never mind my computer has my own copy of adobe pro DC!),. and even after download, then it still would not let me sign - kept asking me to download again.So, I uninstalled the one I downloaded and reinstalled my own copy.  But, adobe sign still will not let me sign a document I initiateded in the first place!  it still wants me to download adobe!  (see screenshot attached) And it worked just this past week!Also, I do not want to be charged for new version of a program I already own.

Hello Members, We are using Adobe Sign in our Dynamics 365 online instance. When we try to create an adobe agreement from the opportunity screen we are receving below error message. The error shows that one of the AdobeSign Plugins in failing. We have configured the agreement template correctly but not sure why this error is coming. Agreement creation used to work before. We are currently evaluating the Adobe Sign APIs capabilities for a requirement and we are getting an Access is Denied error when invoking the /agreements API via Postman. We intend to invoke all of the APIs programatically so we are using the Integration Key (with all scopes checked) for the Authorization header.  However, if we invoke the same API through Swagger, it returns successfully. We are able to call the POST /agreements API without issues.
