Adobe Acrobat Sign

Previously, I had created an OAuth token with permissions to read, write, and send agreements for myself and I was able to complete the workflow through creating transient documents, creating and sending an agreement to be signed, checking the agreement status, and signing the agreement and sending completed documents to the signers. Now I've created an app with permissions to read, write, and send agreements for the group. I am a group admin, so that shouldn't be the issue. I'm able to create a token that's ostensibly compatible with these permissions. But when I submit to /api/rest/v6/transientDocuments using a dummy file and the Bearer token I received I get the following response:{ "code": "PERMISSION_DENIED", "message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation" }Why am I not able to create a transient document using the token I generated with an account that has the appropriate permissions?If I add an x-api-user header with email:&lt

I'm setting up a Send in Bulk, and while testing it, noticed that I can download/extract the form/field data from a single completed agreement to Excel. What I'm looking for is to be able to extract the data from all the completed agreements to the same Excel file. So if I had 100 agreements in my Send In Bulk, presuming all 100 people complete the agreement, I'd have a single Excel file with 100 rows of data (and a header row). As added note, since the recipients would be a defined group of people and we'd want to track completion status by person, I'm thinking a web form wouldn't be right solution either, and Send In Bulk is way to go?  Can't find in documentation how to do this -- is there a way? Thanks!!!

When setting up a workflow, the option to assign an approver is not showing up for me. What can I do?

Hello,I would like to create a document that has a list of names. When a user clicks only one of the names, this initiates the routing process for a signature from only that person (not from everyone on the list). Is there any way to do this? Or, is there any way for adobe sign to interpret an email from a field (typed in by someone starting a form) and then route based on this email? Thanks.

Hi all,I signed a contract this week, and my internet disconnected before I could download it. When I returned to the page, it simply said "this document has already been signed" but did not have a download option. I also did not receive a final PDF copy via email as it stated. I did not have a registered account, so I can't seem to find a way to retrieve a copy of this document. I simply want to download a copy at this time for my own records. Is this possible? Thank you.

I am having an issue where when I load my letterhead into Adobe Sign as a Word document, a line appears under the logo. The line does not exist in the Word document itself. If I save the document as a pdf prior to uploading to Adobe Sign, the line also does not appear. Any ideas?

I create adobe web forms for multiple people/departments.  Rather than reassigning the form to a "new owner", is there a way to designate an alternate sender on a specific web form?  If not, is it because it is a licensing issue?  Thank you.

Is it possible to access a workflow from the iPad app Adobe Sign? I have Adobe Sign - Enterprise and setup a workflow but I'm only able to see my templates from the document library.

Hi Adobe, I use Adobe Sign everyday, so that our invoices can be signed electronically. I select fill and sign, followed by request signatures to populate and send onto the recipients via email. With the changes as per the subject line - "Features End of Life in Adobe Document Cloud on 19th August 2021" - will I be impacted? Could you kindly advise before the 19th August, 2021 so I can make alternate arrangements if so. ThanksKatrina

I'm trying to create an adobe sign form that allows me to pre-fill fields and add a different signer for each agreement, but also has the same second signer for every agreement. Basically I get each new customer to sign the agreement, then it gets sent to the same second signer to complete. I'd like to do this without having to enter the second signer's email address every time so it's not accidentally forgotten. If there isn't a way to do this, is there a way to require 2 signer's emails before sending the agreement?

Hello, A bug in the Adobe Sign API has returned. I alerted Adobe to this problem in July and they released a fix for it but now it is happened again. The case number was 727457. Essentially the fields on a template pdf form are now mirror flipped along the center line when I recieve the form fields using the Adobe Sign API. This means that all of the fields are in the wrong place. For example if I set a filed at the top of the page it noew appeards at the bottom of the page when I get the field locations from the form fields. Is this happeneing with anyone else? Bethan

We want to create an agreement in DRAFT state and merge optional default values for certain fields on the document using data from our internal application. We want to then retrieve the document WITH the merged field values so the user can review it before sending out the agreement for signing. Is there any way to achieve this? We tried using the GET /agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocument but the file returned doesn't include the merge info until the agreement has been updated to IN_PROCESS (i.e sent for signature). Same with the image URLs (GET /agreements/{agreementId}/documents/imageUrls). Any help would be much appreciated!  

We want to issue pre-signed agreements to our tier 3 low risk clients, but do not want them to be able to download or print the pre-signed copy, only the completed and signed copy.Can we disable the download option when sending out a document for signing?I see it in the widget but not in the regular send document functionality.

I send to-be-completed forms (properly formtted with field names, etc) to cusotmers via Adobe Sign from within Adobe DC Pro.  When the customer receives the form via email, fills it out and signs it, it is completed, locked, and sent back to me.  Once I have the completed and locked form, I need to extract the date data the customer entered to each form field.  When I have the completed form open in Adobe ProDC, all of the tools are greyed out. How can I open a completed (and locked) form in Adobe DC and extract the data?  Thanks much!

I'm trying to develop an application using Adobe Sign and I can't get access to the developer API.I'm literally just trying to follow the steps set out in the documentation under Getting Started, but it won't let me create an application.It tells me to contact my sys admin. I don't HAVE a sys admin. According to this I should be able to create a developer account and then create an application. I have created a developer account using this form, which is linked from the documentation. I go to my developer console and Adobe Sign is greyed out - I can't create an application.How do I fix this? I literally don't know how to be any more specific about my needs, because I can't even complete the first two steps in the Getting Started guide.

I am having too many issues and none of them is being solved. The technical support is useless. They ask to explain the issue repeatedly and end up saying someone will call me back. On top of this, I changed the plan and the documents I was working on before changing the plan cannot be retrieved. I have to ask people again to sign again. This is so annoying, embarrassing and unprofessional. I will discourage people to get any license with adobe, especially, the one for teams.

I recently signed up for a 14-day trial of Adobe Sign Enterprise and am trying to add users from my organization but receive the following notice when adding users: "Your license allows a maximum of 1 active users and your account currently has 1."  Because I started my trial yesterday, and due to other pressing priorities, I have less time to research this than normal, so any input or suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to set up a favorites group on the page where you add the signatures to the document? Example: I use Signature, Date, and the Data Box 99% of the time. It would be nice if I could have those in a favorite box instead of clicking multiple boxes to get to those 3 items. Thanks 

Hello, The in progress status shows 18 in progress, however, I cna only see 6 documents in progress.  I can however search for the docuemnt in the search bar, but I am wondering if there is a setting that I cn change to enabe me to view all the doicuments in progress.

If you use the "noChrome" flag in the Adobe Sign API to open up a window, then it breaks the Adobe Sign UI for any sessions, which completely breaks Adobe Sign's dashboard for regular use, and there's no recovering or logging out without clearing session. Easiest steps to reproduce (in the examples, I'll be using the base URL that I'm redirected to after signing in to Adobe Sign, but you would replace it with yours): Go to https://graphite.na4.adobesign.com/public/compose?noChrome=true Try to go back to home: https://graphite.na4.adobesign.com/ (it will redirect you to https://graphite.na4.adobesign.com/account/homeJS). The page will be blank. You are unable to navigate to other pages or sign out without clearning your browser's cache/session/local storage.
