The documentshttps://helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/sign/faq.html#Throttlinghttps://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/api_usage/throttling.mdThey cannot help to predict the throttling limit and how long does it take to resume from throttling. How to predict the throttling limit, for example, getting the agreement status, https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/samples/get_agreement_status.md
I have a webform that I would like to share with another user at my organization. Because the user is a counter signer in the webform, they are considered a participant and cannot be shared with. This prevents the user from being able to edit the webform or downloading the form field data. Is there a way to get around this? Below is a picture as an example of what I see when I try to share the webform.
I have to send out separately overtime a number of different documents, often to the same people. Is there a way to save the "signature box / section" with the fields pre-positioned / assigned so that when I create a new document for signing I can somehow insert this signature box, rather than having to redefine the signature / signer fields everytime? Thanks
I have a form with a number of signature fields for different people depending on the use of the form. There could be 3 people with required signatures, or up to 6 signatures (the last 3 being optional fields). The issue arrives when there is 3 (less than 6) required signatures, and the 4th recipient is the "Acceptor" role. When the form gets to the "Acceptor", there are 3 signatures, and 3 un-used (optional) signature boxes, but the Acceptor gets assigned the first avaiable signature box.The end goal is to get the required number of signatures, and have the acceptor "accept/finalize" the document without needing to sign or interact directly with the docuement.from the Adobe documentation:```Acceptor (enterprise)Acceptors are mechanically the same as Approvers in that they do not need to apply a signature, but if form fields are assigned to them, they will be available as you would expect. The Acceptor role is appropriate when the Recipient needs to acknowledge an acceptance of the
Hey,I have a 7 Documents that I need to send. I have attached them individually so they will download individually when the form is complete. However, some of the form fields are the same throughout the 7 differnt documents so I want to clone these fields. When I do this the '7' seperate documents then merges to '1' document. Is there a way to clone the fields but to keep the documents seperate when downloading on the backend. Would save sooooo much time for the Signer!
Hi all,I've suddenly started receiving an error that prompts me to allow cookies (it says I have cookies blocked in my browser), but I've never had cookies blocked. I have followed the instructions to check my browsers for it to allow cookies, but I continue to get the error. This error pops up when I try to Preview & Send after adding the email to send for signature. Usually the button sends me to edit/add fields, but now I get this error page. I can't get it to stop! Again, I haven't changed any settings and I've verified the settings are correct. Thanks,
Hi! I received a work contract to sign and send back. I've signed it but I could not find any way or option to send it back. Thank you!
We need just Digital Signature API. As we are developing web application(c# MVC net framework 4.6) for our customer we are looking forward to call API from our software so that we can directly use Digital Signature.I have following questions1) Can our application user sign PDF document at different location on different time?2) Are these API will host on our application server or PDF to be signed will go to ADOBE server?

Hello, I am ne to Adobe Sign and I am trying to create a document for sending for signature through Adobe Sign. The document needs to have all the related list values from custom object's record as well. How can we add related list fields in the merge mapping so that it can be populated in the document to be sent?
Is there a way to upload a written signature PDF to an existing signed PDF? I have an issue whereby all recipients signed except for one person. He manually signed and sent me that PDF via email. I need to add that PDF to the PDF in Adobe that has the others that signed via Adobe Sign. The document is still in my 'Out for Signature' box since he didn't sign via Adobe Sign. How can I do this? I tried to follow the instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/help/upload-signed-copy.html, but I don’t have the ‘Upload a signed copy’ showing. Thank you for your assistance!
The Reports feature allows creating nice summary graphs of say, total signature transactions by month for a particular form, group or the whole account. When one chooses to export the data to csv, however, all the detailed transactions are exported, not a summary. This data can be manipulated, of course, but a simple summary would be useful.
I am developing an app in my webpage, which is basically an webform with email and files label, to send an email with a link to the recipient's signature. I need to integrate adobe sign with my webform.
Once my pdf is created and my signature fields designated, I can't sign the space I've added for myself. The button says to 'sign, then send', but I can't type in my signature field to add the signature. What am I doing wrong??
I have 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' as part of my Adobe CC subscription and I would like to make better use of the signing feature which I might only need about 10 times a year. For these, I will generally want two people to sign a document. Person A = another person Person B = myself or a 3rd person. I can set this up with the applicable email addresses for persons A and B but the email they receive comes from the email associated with my Adobe CC subscription. Without changing the Adobe CC subscription email, what do I need to do to get two people to sign a document without them seeing my Adobe CC email address?
I'm new to this and my workflow is going to be from a Microsoft Word document to 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' (that you get with the Adobe CC subscription) to organise signing. I'm happy that each person just needs to sign. Adobe then displays their signature as one block, and then automatically adds the signed date as its own block underneath. For this date, I can see how to change the date format. The signature field also prints the name and the signed date in brackets. This happens automatically by default. My question is how can I change the format of that date and time which is within the signed box? Screenshots shows I can customise the date format for the Date box. But I'm not seeing a way to customise this within the Signature box. And a screenshot showing the final output based on current customised settings.
Hi Friends, 1) I notice my Adobe-Sign FINAL AUDIT REPORT, HISTORY page GMT (Greenich Mean Time) zone is used on the individual occurrences in the document's history. How can I change it to read PDT (Pacific Daylight Savings) or PST (Pactific Standard Time)? I am not referring to Out of Signature and Completed Agreements lists which lists GMT &/or PST and the time (with date) under the actual signatures which is merely the correct PST. I mean the last page of any signed Adobe Signed document, i.e., the 'FINAL AUDIT REPORT, HISTORY. 2) Also, the time and date under the signatures in Adobe Sign use military time. How can I change this to non-military time?
i have a couple of queries:- 1. how to add a watcher to watch the whole signature process but doesnt need to sign the document 2. Add a group of users, among whome, if anyone signs the document then the document is marked as signed. it means that anyone among the approver can sign the document and then the document will move to the next step. Please guideRegards,Muhammad KHALID
Hi, I've created an App and it says to go to Credentials to generate the client_id and secret but nothing shows under this section. Trying to follow instructions from https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html but "Account > Adobe Sign API > API Applications" does not exist. Does a service need to be enabled? Please can someone direct me.
