The Reports feature allows creating nice summary graphs of say, total signature transactions by month for a particular form, group or the whole account. When one chooses to export the data to csv, however, all the detailed transactions are exported, not a summary. This data can be manipulated, of course, but a simple summary would be useful.
I am developing an app in my webpage, which is basically an webform with email and files label, to send an email with a link to the recipient's signature. I need to integrate adobe sign with my webform.
Once my pdf is created and my signature fields designated, I can't sign the space I've added for myself. The button says to 'sign, then send', but I can't type in my signature field to add the signature. What am I doing wrong??
I have 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' as part of my Adobe CC subscription and I would like to make better use of the signing feature which I might only need about 10 times a year. For these, I will generally want two people to sign a document. Person A = another person Person B = myself or a 3rd person. I can set this up with the applicable email addresses for persons A and B but the email they receive comes from the email associated with my Adobe CC subscription. Without changing the Adobe CC subscription email, what do I need to do to get two people to sign a document without them seeing my Adobe CC email address?
I'm new to this and my workflow is going to be from a Microsoft Word document to 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' (that you get with the Adobe CC subscription) to organise signing. I'm happy that each person just needs to sign. Adobe then displays their signature as one block, and then automatically adds the signed date as its own block underneath. For this date, I can see how to change the date format. The signature field also prints the name and the signed date in brackets. This happens automatically by default. My question is how can I change the format of that date and time which is within the signed box? Screenshots shows I can customise the date format for the Date box. But I'm not seeing a way to customise this within the Signature box. And a screenshot showing the final output based on current customised settings.
Hi Friends, 1) I notice my Adobe-Sign FINAL AUDIT REPORT, HISTORY page GMT (Greenich Mean Time) zone is used on the individual occurrences in the document's history. How can I change it to read PDT (Pacific Daylight Savings) or PST (Pactific Standard Time)? I am not referring to Out of Signature and Completed Agreements lists which lists GMT &/or PST and the time (with date) under the actual signatures which is merely the correct PST. I mean the last page of any signed Adobe Signed document, i.e., the 'FINAL AUDIT REPORT, HISTORY. 2) Also, the time and date under the signatures in Adobe Sign use military time. How can I change this to non-military time?
i have a couple of queries:- 1. how to add a watcher to watch the whole signature process but doesnt need to sign the document 2. Add a group of users, among whome, if anyone signs the document then the document is marked as signed. it means that anyone among the approver can sign the document and then the document will move to the next step. Please guideRegards,Muhammad KHALID
Hi, I've created an App and it says to go to Credentials to generate the client_id and secret but nothing shows under this section. Trying to follow instructions from https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html but "Account > Adobe Sign API > API Applications" does not exist. Does a service need to be enabled? Please can someone direct me.

Hello All, this is my first post and I am only a week into using Adobe Sign in my new position. No one in my company seems to know very much about the system and are self taught. We put a large number of proejct docs through adobe sign and use it as a review and approve system..What I am looking for is an automated report showing everything that is currently out for signature that I can download and send out to the team showing the bottle necks. I can see this on the manage page but I cant see a way to extract the information so that I can share it. Its probably a really easy thing to do but I just cant work it out.. so any help would be appreciated! 🙂
Hi all I want to demo Adobe Sign to my customers as part of a Power Automate workflow that integrates with our document management system. I had a trial account that has expired and I'm unable to renew this. I don't want to use Adobe Sign myself, I just want to demo it to potential customers for Adobe. Can I get some form of license for free?
Hi all, How do I get rid of this error message? Even after I click OK - I then get another error message:"Server errorWe encountered an error while processing your request. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support." Obviously clicking on customer support does f* all - it instead leads to a random Adobe homepage with no means of getting in contact with actual customer support. Is there such a page? And if so, how many labyrinths do I have to walk through to get to an actual Adobe human? Oddly I have no draft documents that need deleting either and I have had this issue on and off now for quite a few months. It's driving me crazy. Any help or pointers (other than deleting cookies etc) would be greatly appreciated 🙂 Either of the above messages pop up after I click "request signatures" on the online version of Sign. All worked flawlessly for years Ado
Greetings, Is Adobe Sign included with a Creative Cloud All Apps plan? Thanks,Shane.
I would like to send a few copies of the same form to people for signatures, and there are also boxes to check. However, the specifc information used to complete each form is different (so, someone may check "yes" on one form and "no" on another). I am also using the sender "prefill" feature. I have tried to use a template and so added it several times so I could send all forms at once. The problem is that whatever is done on one form automatically appears on all forms. For example, if I enter a name in a prefill field, that name appears in that field on all forms, and if a box is checked on one form, it copies to all the forms. I thought I could just renumber the fields on each form, but that did not help. Is there any way to do this (other than the sending each form separately?).
I want to create a document for our employees to fill out and sign and then have our clients sign. However, I keep trying to figure out why the PREFILL won't users put in a signature in the signature field if I mark it as prefilled. When I mark the field as SENDER it doesn't make it work either. Do I need to have the employ fields marked as Signer 1 in order for them to be able to add a signature? What is the difference between PREFILL and SENDER? Drew
I get a "server error" when I try to click "manage" and see documents I've sent. My clients are also unable access the documents I've sent. This has been happening since at least yesterday (possibly the day before, although it's plausible that the issue the day before yesterday arose from a client simply not understanding how to e-sign a document). If this is a widespread problem, I can't imagine that a company as large as Adobe would have not fixed this by now, so I can only surmise that there's a problem on my end. These documents are very time-sensitive. If I can't get them signed electronically (like...now,) then both my clients and I will have to actually show up in court for simple, mundane things. That'll represent a 3+ hour time commitment (per issue) on my end for something that I could do in <5 minutes if Adobe Sign was behaving properly. I don't have the time/resources to commit to spending 3+ hours on 5 minute issues (nor, I imagi
Est-il possible de signer un document qui a déjà été signé par une autre personne si il n'a pas lui même choisi l'option ''demande de signature''
I saved a document after encrypting it. Now when I open it, I get the above message. The product is Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (latest version) on a Windows 10 (latest version). I couldn't find the steps to install the Digital ID...but then why do I need to install it - I thought I already had it when I encrypted the document on the same device. The document has not left the device. Would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.TIA.MMJ
I would like to use MegaSign to send a document out to multiple recipients. I plan to use a .csv to merge recipient-specific data into their version of the document. I would also like to include several documents with merge fields in the single send action. Can a single .csv pass data to multiple documents? Note that I will have the fields and columns named correctly. I would also point out that the fields between the two documents could be unique and or could be the same (e.g. recipient name, recipient address)
I've been trying to use my template in Adobe Sign and continue to get this same error. I can reload until the cows come home but I get the same error. Any thoughts?Thank you
I would like to understand if it is possible, and how to:Manually delegate the internal signatory prior to the external customer signing. In this case, customer signs first, the sender would sign second; I've observed that the sender is unable to delegate their signing part prior to it arrive back.Delegate an Agreement, which is currently with a the person to sign, and they are "deactivated" by the Group AdministratorIn this case, when on "user edit" the Group Admin unticks user can send / user can sign & sets an autodelegate, I've observed that the the Agreements currently with the signer are not delegated for action.
"Something went wrong. The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." This is the error message im getting when i hit manage. Other parts of the adobe sign website area also not working.. i cant even select a template and send it out for signature. What is happening???
Hi, I'had a PDF (PDF/A1b, PDF 1.4, only with text, recent format doesn't help) which weighs 30 MB. I can read it, manipulate it easyly with Adobe Reader. But, when I sign it in PADES-LT (qualified, eIDAS). It becomes impossible to handle it with Adobe Reader (défault configuration) :Openning the file (only with 1 signature) : 5minutes (each signatures : 3/4 minutesThe user experience is not acceptable with this kind of delay. You can possibly change the configuration to remove the signature verification when opening ... but this is not recommended and the opening is still very slow. Any suggestion ?
