Adobe Acrobat Sign

How can I cancel reminders for my agreements? The guidance I've read says there is a bin icon when you click the remind button - this isn't there on my account. Instead I get a box that asks me what reminder I'd like to send. Screenshots below.  

OK - I want to look at using Sign to create some web forms for our website, but ideally want to test it out first to make sure it does what I need. Clicked on the free small business trial button, and it says 'We have identified that you already have an active account with Adobe Sign and therefore you are not eligible to sign up for the trial'. I don't as far as I'm aware, but I do have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription which it says includes Sign - but it doesn't do web forms - option doesn't appear in either the app or online, and when I try to go to the Sign url it flips me straight on Acrobat DC online. It really shouldn't be this hard ! Is there a simple way to sort, or should I abandon the whole thing and look at Docusign et al ?

I recently received a returned "signed" document that I created and I noticed in the audit report that there are two ip addresses one when the client viewed and one when she sent it back.  However, upon checking the client used the same computer why two different ip addresses? 

Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to save the e-signature docs on to your computer? When I try and save them an error message comes up saying it will save a blank document. Doesn't seem very helpful?

Hi there,I'm just wondering is there any way I can find out if I add some notes to the signed documents on the list of "All agreement"? There was small icon displayed for the documents I added notes with old interface of Adobe Acrobat Documents. I have to click document, click "See 3 more" then click "Add Notes" to see if any notes was added to the document. I wish I can see which document has note added on the list...Thank you,Hiro

I recently changed my email in adobe. Now I need to sign in and this message appearsIf you wish to immediately use xxxx to sign into Adobe Sign, click Archive. This will discard any prior agreements associated with this email address. You may then use this email address to access Adobe Sign going forward.But I cannot sign in to click on "archive". Basically, I need to sign in but am not allowed to until I SIGN IN and click ARCHIVE. Does this sound strange to anyone, it does to me!

we have setup a Trail version of  ADOBE ACROBAT PRO  DC and configured it properly after obtaining the integration key and followed the installation steps.I am able to view the ADOBE SIGN in sharepoint ribbon.when i click the "Send For Signature" i received the below mentioned error.Can you help in this regard???   

Hi, I would love some help with shared templates.  We will be creating 8 user groups, each of which need to be using their own specific templates available to share with everyone in their group only.  I am testing this with the first user group and it doesn't seem to be working as expected. I've added a few users to a new group - all Enterprise ID and not a member of any other groups. User 1 has created a template saved as available to "Any user in my group", but no one else in the group can see it. We have checked both the Templates tab under Manage and under Shared Templates when attempting to send out a form for signature.Likewise, User 2 has created a template in the exact same manner, also saved as available to "Any user in my group", and no one else can see it except for me (a temporary Admin but not an actual user of the group).  The ability for shared templates between all users of a group is crucial for us. Any ideas what we're doing wrong? 

I've made a template out of a form.  I need the sender to sign the form as well as the participants.  But the signature fields for the sender are all greyed out (see screenshot).  How is this meant to work?

Could SAML please be disabled, and someone help me with SAML set up. I'm having trouble logging a support case. Can i please have email address to contact support.   

How to collect signatures of several people for the same document using the digital ID as a digital signature? The standard structure of the adobe sign does not provide the digital ID as an option for recipients. 

When i try to send any pdf document to sign, the process start and it stops in 60% with the message:Notification Forbidden  the operation could not be completed please try again later. I read some posts and it refers to a network restrictions. I tried in several networks including my home when and don't have any restrictions and it says the same.Help please!

Is there a way that you can create a message on a template that is more concise than simply - Please Review and Complete this document.  I want it to be standard with that particular template such as:  Please review & complete this form.  Start at the beginning and tab your way through the form providing the required information and ensure you click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.  It would be helpful if this message could be "saved" as part of the template so that each time I send the form I do not have to type in that same message.

We have a form we are trying to connect through power automate and Sign.  The flow checker says Adobe Sign has an invalid connection and the connection eventually times out.  The account is an enterprise account but is getting this error.  Although the status is currently green, is anyone experiencing any issues with connecting power automate, forms, and Adobe Sign? Ethan
