Adobe Acrobat Sign

Am trying to send a document for signatures. When i click on the adobe sign field, I can only see a white tab opening.

I've made a fillable application form, sent it to my client. My client filled it in and sent it back to me, but this form now needs to be signed by me (I'm approving the form) but I can't edit it anymore, fillable fields are gone now? is it because my client protected this file? it has all of my clients info, just won't let me sign it and approve it

Hello,I'm new to Adobe Sign and I'd like to confirm whether in an integration scenario, my application can pass an arbitrary PDF without predefined signature fields, and have Adobe Sign prompt user to drag/drop their saved signature anywhere in the document and then have my application receive a modified PDF with the eSignature baked in. I don't require a digital signature at this time. Thank you in advance,Albert 

My company's sales team uses Adobe Sign to obtain signatures on service contracts in the field.  Lately, several members of the team have been getting an error that says, "This transaction failed because of a server error: Unable to complete request. Signing key provided is invalid."  It's not happening to everyone, just a select few.  Can anyone tell me what the solution to this is? Thank you!

Is there a way you and pictures tot a pdf with the adobe fill and sign app?If not is there a way you request this feature?

How to stop the user from accessing documents he/she routed and signed from another group? We have Enterprise Account but when we move the user to another group, the user can still access the documents from his/her previus group. Thanks

Hello,We manage an Adobe Enterprise portal and wanted to know, if we terminate a users access how do we set it up for someone else to see their documents? We found where to find the inactive users and delegate a signer but not how to see the documents they've been working on.Thank you.

I signed up for trial for Sign as we are looking for a solution and this looks quite good.I've logged in, but keep getting the following errors:"Server errorWe encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support." AND "Something went wrongThe server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." I contacted support as per the errors and explained my issue. They transferred me to Abhishek who couldn't have been more unhelpful and said I had to post here as I'm not an enterprise customer. If this is the quality of your products and service I can expect, we won't ever be an Adobe customer and will spend our money elsewhere.

Hello Team, With my cloud account associated I uploaded a pdf which I wanted to edit and sign. I used fill and sign option for pdf and then clicked on send a copy I saw message as belowCREATE LINK WITH ADOBE SIGNGet a link to a non-editable copy of your file and share it with others. Anyone with access to the link can view the file. How to use Page Size parameter in Get Agreemetns Api . what is the Maximum page size and where can we find it in the application settings level as they mention it works by default setting in application if not mentioned.

I have a PDF document in my application. Number of pages in the document is 6 six. There are 4 authorities who need to e-sign the document.  Authority 1 and 2  need to sign in page number 2.Authority 3 and 4 need to sign in page number 6.  How do we achieve this?

1. I sent out docs for signature and signatories advised me they signed but I can't find it anywhere  - not in completed?2. When I go into adobe sign it shows on the left Progress (21) yet it only reflects 5. How do I access the other 16 in progress?

Hello, Has any one came across this issue before?Trying to use adobe sign app on an android phone. Upon trying to connect to Google drive, it asks me for the account details. But after selecting the account, it goes cricket. You dont see anything. Tried restarting the app, phone  but no solutions so far.Please help.Thanks in advance. 

I'm trying to add a signature box to a pdf, save and then send from my personal email account for an internal signature within our organization.  Our auditing and IT process will not allow us to have these sent through Adobe and it's tracking. I have tried adding a signature box, saving and then sending via my email however the signature box does not save.  How do I do this?

I am trying to determine if the our document signing process can be completed using Adobe DC.  Goes something like this...1)  We receive an email with a pdf attachment2)  The user saves the file locally and applies his Digital ID (.pfx certificate)3)  The user then attaches that to an email and sends it on to the next userThanks.
