Adobe Acrobat Sign

What would happen to incomplete (or in progress) agreements and the license term completes?

Hello. I recently uploaded a PDF document and signed it, thus creating an agreement. The URL link was generated. I wanted to delete it afterwards, however I was only able to delete the original PDF document not the agreement. I tried to hide it, however this did not delete the copy that was made. At this point, the URL still worked. Having returned, the agreement is still hidden (cannot be unhidden, from my research) and I no longer have the URL to the agreeement. However, I am able to find it in my Adobe Sign > Privacy settings. If I delete it from here, I understand it will be permanently removed from my account. My question is: Will the URL (that I have lost), in theory, still work if I delete it from my Privacy settings?Any help or insight is much appreciated. We use Fill and Sign to obtain customer signatures, at the moment we use it on two home computers but require to use it on a tablet when out on the road. Is there any way we can update our plan to allow this without signing out of one of the home computers. Fill and Sign comes as part of our Adobe DC Pro Package.Any help would be appreciated.   

This program was working fine before the recent update.  This new system is horrible. The search bar doesn't even work. I enter an email address in the search bar to find a client's contract.  I get hundreds of results, and only one of them is correct. And the client's names have been removed from the prefills (waiting for you) so I can't simply scroll and look for a file.  I have to open each one until I find the one I'm looking for......or try a search, which doesn't work as stated.This program is garbage now.  The signing process is confusing too.  I get it, but my clients struggle every day with what to click and the redundancy of the boxes and the next button pointing to what you just signed or worse, the phone app with the next button at the top so you're always losing place.  You guys should copy Docusign.  They get it.  The end user doesn't do anything but click....in one place.  It's completely idiot proof.  It seems

Hi allI would like to sign a document with a signature I generated and saved in my profile. But the system only allows me to type in my name and use a system generated signature (there are even no icons for adding a picture etc.) Are there any points I forgot to run through? Thank you

Over the last few months, more and more of my clients have a hard time signing my documents. I haven't changed anything on my end. I'm not sure what the problem is because I can't see what they are doing. They can fill everything out, except actually sign the document. Also, is there a number to call someone for assistance at Adobe? I keep being sent in circles to try to find some type of contact information.  Thanks in advance!

I need repeated sign offs of documents with the exact same signture and data fields. There are hundreds of documents, that follow the exact same syntax. I only have 4 options and publish a webform is missing. I need this fixed right now. I have already reached out to my support rep managing our company account, and heard nothing. 

Hi all, I am trying to send a document to several persons for their signatures (complete in any order). I have included comment boxes for them to comment before signing (text input).  I understand that we cannot "finish" a document without signing. I understand that once a signatory rejects the document, the entire document will be rejected (other signatories do not get to sign/comment). With this in mind, is there any way for a signatory to add a comment (into the provided text input box), not sign the document and submit the unsigned document back to myself? This should also happen without affecting the other signatories who have yet to sign or who have already signed. Appreciate your kind assistance. Thanks!

I am a Virginia E-notary and created my own digital signing certificate which is installed on m PC. I can use the Certifcate to add my Notary Signature and Seal to a document, and then send it out for signature, but I can't send a Document out of signature, then add my OWN certificate signature to the Document after it comes back. That order seems backward.  Is anyone using Adobesign for Virginia E-notarization? Marcus

I haven't been able to find what encryption Adobe Sign uses.  The link to the form will  be on a public website, we need to have the confirmation email and email to us with encrypted.

I need to be able to select "A Specific Resource". Does anyone know what account permissions/role configuration in the admin console needs to be changed to give me "A Specific Resource" as a scope option for the webhook? I want my truck driver to get his delivery notes signed by the customer.I found the Adobe Sign & Fill app for Android which is very user friendly but I don't find the correct info what this will cost me to have approx. 5000 documents per year signed via this App.The PDF synchronisation will be done by Dropbox in the background.

So there is one document where I let the other party sign first, but the signature of the other party locked the document, which blocks me from signing. How do I circumvent this without asking the other party to not lock the document after their signature? For example, I saw this article https://support.globalsign.com/aatl-document/multiple-signatures-adobe-acrobat-xi where you create pre assigned fields for digital signatures. If I created these fields, and let the other party sign first, would I be able to still sign the document even after the document has been locked? Thanks in advance.

My company has a business subscription with 7 licenses where I use one of those as an admin. My parent company has an enterprise account, which I am a part of, for the rest of the creative suite including Adobe Acrobat DC. When we got the Adobe Sign subscription back in '18 I was able to use Sign (not talking about Fill & Sign as I know the difference between the 2) within Acorbat DC without leaving and using the web based UI. I got back from furlough on August 1st and noticed Sign is no longer a tool in Acrobat - am I missing something here? Why was this working then and now no longer compatible? The tech I spoke with said that there was a software release in July that no longer supports Adobe Business Accounts with Enterprise Accounts. Not that I don't trust the tech but why is this not possible now - do I now need to be a part of the enterprise account for my Adobe Sign in order to link my Enterprise Acrobat? Someone please help!

In Adobe Sign, is there a way to solve this issue:I've created a web form where a paralegal will fill out all of the fields and then select an attorney from a drop-down list (with export values of their email addresses if that helps). I would like to make that selected attorney become the first signer of the form (as in, they become the next destination in the flow before heading to the static supervisor and admin) during the filling out without my intervention. But that attorney won't be known until the paralegal is filling out the form.I've tried Conditions where the Signature box should only appear if "Jane Doe" is selected from the drop-down (and carries the "jane_doe@email.com" exported value). Multiple, overlapping Signature boxes with matching Conditions for all of the choices from the drop-down either don't work or I'm doing it wrong.I've added all possible email addresses to Counter-Signers.I can't seem to make it work.Is there a better method or does Sign support variables th

Hi, we are so desesperate with this problem. The web version shows us 200 contracts in "Waiting for Others" but in the ipad version it only shows us those that have been created in the last month. I have tried everything possible and there is no option to avoid this.  I have installed the app on other devices and it keeps giving the same problem. We need this option so that our clients can sign on our ipad. Until 3 months ago there was no problem. The chat support closes my conversations and they hang up the phone on the phone. This situation is not acceptable ...

Can I set up a reminder email to the sender to remind them to sign the document? Ie for the system to automatically send a reminder email after 48 if not signed the document?
