Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have sent a document throught Adobe Sign to be signed , with the client signature space. I was not able to add my signature space. The client signed through Adobe sign process.but now I can't sign myself.How can I do that ?Thank you

I have a couple of documents that I've sent out for signatures from multiple people (about 25 in total, split between three documents.)  For most, it worked just fine.  But for three of them, it hasn't.  For all three, it shows that they viewed the document, and they say that they signed (including getting the "you're all set!" message after clicking sign) but I never get a notice that they signed and they show up as "waiting for signature."   I had one of them try again, and it went through, but the other two have tried twice now... nothing.  What could be causing this?  Do I have any options other than just having them repeately try to sign? 

I've been asked to setup a work flow for a web form that involves 4 parties, but the final party wants the ability to make edits to answers provided by the first party. The form being completed must be accurate for compliance purposes. Based on past experiences with the paper version of the form, the first party who completes it often accidentally omits information or provides inaccurate information, so party 4 regularly works with party 1 to insure the accuracy of the information before signing the document. Obviously, in the Adobe Sign environment this comes after parties 1-3 have already signed/approved the document, so modifying a transaction in-flight isn't an option. (Based on my understanding of how modifying a transaction in-flight works, editing answers provided by signer 1 isn't even within the scope of in-flight modifications, so this is a moot point anyway.)Is there something that I'm overlooking that would allow party 4 to edit the answers provided by party 1? Is there a way to create a template and use it for unique but similar documents? Example: I have a plea form, signatures and check boxes are in the same spot. But the defendant name and case information is different each time.  How do I create a template for that? I created a template, but it pulled the actual document with the last person's info.

Hello, If I send a document for signing using Adobe Sign, if one of the people in the trail needs to sign it but then also wants someone else to sign it (who I hadn't added in to sign) is it possible for them to route it to that person (whilst still signing themselves)? Hello I had recently (2 weeks ago) created an account using this email, created a document using Adobe Sign and deleted said account. However, the document link is still live and I can still see the document despite deleting my entire Adobe account.  I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone because for some reason, it only allows paid users, so the only way to have my questions answered is to put it on here. My question: How long after my account is deleted will my documents be deleted? It has personal information on here and I would like it gone.  Thank you.

I have built a workflow using PowerAutomate that takes response details from a user's input on Microsoft Form, creates an item in Sharepoint,  uses that information to create an agreement from a library template and sends it for signature.  The flow was working perfectly until yesterday.  Now, on the Microsoft side, it appears everything is working; the flow says it ran successfully; however, no agreement is created in Adobe Sign. I hope someone is able to help me with this; I am a novice and have no support from my IT Department on this.

In our Application we use integration with Adobe Sign service for e-signature documents. Our architecture allow us use multiple different Adobe Sign accounts for that. But I can't get a way to retrieve Account Name by certain Integration Key. Could you please clarify if it even possible, and how can I get it if so?

My integration created an agreement.  I have the logs recorded along with the Agreement ID When I call the adobe for a status update on the agreement, I get an error returned that I provided an invalid agreement.If I make a call to list all agreements, this agreement is not included in the result (Name or ID)My user can still see the agreement in Adobe Sign, and the agreement number in the URL matches what I have. What would cause an agreement created by my integration, to no longer be available for me retrieve the status from. My scopes is scope=agreement_read:account+agreement_send:account+agreement_write:account+webhook_write:account+webhook_read:account

The original source document sent via POST /widgets with the below JSON options appears to not work for me and a password is needed by the PDF returned (in Step-5). We have Adobe eSign installed in our Salesforce org.When an Agreement record is sent to a User for signature, email of the sender user and the account linked to the Adobe eSign should be same.Is there any way that we can add multiple emails to the Adobe eSign so that any one of the linked accounts can be used for as the sender user's email?  (My issue mentioned below) My Issue:Account linked to the Adobe eSign is one of my colleague's and I'm trying to add the Sender User as myself, but an error (Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header) is thrown stating the Sender User's email and email linked to Adobe Account in Adobe eSign are different.Example:My email: myemail@email.comEmail Id in Adobe eSign: someoneelse@email.comIf I add myself as the Sender Usre in the Agreement, afformentioned error message is thrown.

I want simple flow in our app, where there are 3 persons, A,B,C=> A should be able prefill the agreement  and then send it for signing to B and C (only sned documents permission)=> B will fill some data and then he/she will sign (order is 1st)=> C will outsider and sign the document after B only (order is 2nd)Current flowI am calling /agreements POST, x-api-user : A,  with groupId and specifying order of 2 SIGNERS with both having roles of "SIGNER" (both stands for B & C here), state => DRAFT & libraryDocumentId which I already added with many fields in adobe accountNext....I change state DRAFT to AUTHORING, and then AUTHORING to IN_PROCESS using x-api-user : Aexpected behaviour is to notify B as soon as A changes the state and send it out for signature to B & C, that he/she (referring to B user) has got some doc to fill and sign AND/OR the agreement state should get changed to OUT_FOR_SIGNATUREcurrent behaviour, B is not getting notified and
