Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is it possible to get the date and time when someone opens the document and completes the document with signature?

When I sign a PDF using a certificate-based digital signature, before I am allowed to sign I have to click the review button to view the warning and then click okay, before the sign button is clickable.The warning is the same every time. Is there a way to turn off the review feature or a work around to avoid the extra clicks?

Hi,I know users have the option to change from digital to written, but many people miss this, and then I have to resend the document as written signatures are required in my industry. I see this option on the help webpage, but is it not shown in Adobe Acrobat Pro (with AdobeSign) or using Adobe.com, see below. I would like a WRITTEN SIGNATURE to be the only option signers have.  How do I do this? 

I want to know how the chatter post are created when a document is send for signature and after that the cmments are generated in that post if the mail is undelivered or when the document is signed.The comment in chatter posts are generated automatically by a user  eg "ABC" commented on your post, so I want to change this user who will comment on the post. Please guide me how can this be implemented. All the adobe sign chatter settings are enable for the org, like "Post when recipient email bounces", "Post when agreement transactions done" etc...

I can't add files from Adobe Cloud to the "add files" field within Adobe Sign under the "more options" selection. I only have the option to take files from my computer itself, which is strange to me, considering it's all Adobe. I am trying to access the receipts I'm scanning with the Adobe Scan app on my phone, which are automatically saved to Adobe Cloud. I can access these scans on Adobe Acrobat via Adobe Cloud on my laptop, but it seems if I want to use attach these files to the Acrobat Sign doc on the "more options - add files (drag files here)", then I have to download them to my laptop first. It seems to be a lot of extra steps for something that should be integrated via Acrobat. Am I missing something obvious to fix this issue? The only thing I see aside from adding files from my laptop is the "Library" option that only has templates in it. Can the Library be integrated with Adobe Cloud or Adobe Scan?

When I send out a contract to be authorized echosign inserts its own email address. This approach makes it appear that my email address is echosign@echosign.com.Unsuspecting contacts may then use echosign@echosign.com to communicate further causing confusion and inconvience.If echosign must use an email address may I suggest do-not-reply@echosign.comCan you fix this?Hugh Cairnsechosign@echosign.com

I have a customer who has a document in Adobe Sign that already has a few of the required signatures.  This document was shared with her so she is not the originator.Is there a way to change the email address of an approver before it goes to that approver?  The approver designated on this document is no longer employed with us.Thank you,Donna Lively

Greetings, I had something very weird and disturbing happen.  I was sent an PDF doc to review by a vendor.  I opened it, in  AARDC and used the "Comment" feature to make notes for myself and my boss.  I then forwarded the document and original email to my boss and did not CC anyone. The vendor who sent me the doc originally, said they got some weird notice from Adobe and when they clicked on it they got the document I forwarded my boss along with my email and comments I made to him.  These comments where about the Vendor.  Not harsh but still things I did not intend for him to see. I am really perplexed by this as I cannot figure out what happened.  I re-checked the email I had forwarded to my boss and definately did not accidentally CC the vendor. Any help on this appreciated?ThxDavid

HI,recently have configured Adobe sign using RestAPI.I'm able to generate Esign URL which will be sent to the user.What I want is to get a PDF URL as well.  so the agent can see either document is signed or not. From Adobe we can click on PDF and view the document sent to the user. I wanted to know either we can get that URL in API or not?Thanks

Good Morning I have the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro plan. It allows me to fill out and sign the form and request signatures. Now, they have not charged me anything extra to use it. So, this would be adobe sign or should I request it separately?

My Adobe Sign Tool is missing from my desktop app. My coworker has it but I do not and we have the same version of Adobe. I have "Fill and Sign" but not "Adobe Sign" (circled in attached image). Please help.  

Our Signers/Approvers clicking on the hyperlink in their emails to fill/sign the Agreement, but the link is not working, It (the link) is not directed to the browser to fill and sign the Form. They are using Outlook.If anyone experiencing the same kind of problem or having any work around, please let us know.Thank you.

How do I create a form where a future date is automatically populated (excluding weekends and bank holidays) based on the number of days in another field?  For example:  Due date is 2 September 2020 where number of working days is 10 (from today as bank holiday is 31 August).  Thanks 

I have been having ongoing issues with my Adobe Sign product. In 8 ouf 10 attempts - having completed a document ready to send for signature, it refuses to send and finally times out. This has been going on for months. I can take up to 5 or 6 attempts before it will actually send. Each time I have to rewrite the email and reset all the fields and signature panel - NOT HAPPY JAN! I use a Mac (OS Calatina) and have tried using both Chrome and Firefox but have the same problem no matter which browser I use.I've tried removing all my extensions but this does not help.Does anyone knpw why this is happening, and how I can fix it? I will have to find another e-sign solution if I can't resolve this issue.Please help me!!!

Hello and thank you in advance for your assistance!  I have created several web forms and I receive automatic notifications when the forms have been signed and submitted. I also need an admin assistant (who is listed as a user in my group) to receive these same automatic notifications. However, I cannot determine how to configure this. My current workaround is to manually share each individual document when I receive it, but this is not a sustainable long-term solution.  Any instructions on how to automatically notify multiple group members when a web form is submitted - as opposed to only the original author of the web form?   

I'm trying to send out a form for 3 signatures. Every field is editable by anyone, but I only want the signature fields to be editable for my 3 signees. How do I prevent them from changing the other fields without manually having to go to each field and change it to me only?  

I run a business with using Adobe Sign daily...for the past 3 weeks I have been struggling with this opening, working, functioning properly.  I have tried Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome.  I have cleared cookies/cache...and had IT look at my computer, just to make sure it was not my compter.  I called into ADOBE and she told me the only way to get assistance is through here...ugh.  I honestly need this up and running now!  I pay for this service and truly use it daily.  Please, please, please find what is going on with this product and let us all know how it will be resolved.  Thank you!

I have paid to upgrade my Adobe Sign account to a paid small business one about a week ago.  Then my clients started saying the links are not working and when we checked the account it still says you are on a free account and need to pay.  I have the paid account details in my subscriptions.  I have tried contacting support and the only way is via the online chat.  They have just passed me from one person to another and finally they said there is no direct contact for Adobe Sign support.  They have not given me an email for logging my support query.  I have paid for a service and its not even applied to my account and we run a professional service that relies on the signature capabilities.  Does anyone have any idea how to get my account sorted so we can use what we have paid for.  The support has been very poor and I am reconsidering going back to Docusign.
