Hi, I'm considering to use adobe sign with the bio-pharma settings environment. It says that we need to use ID authentication everytime when we need to sign a document. So is this mean we cannot use Single Sign On settings for the bio-pharma environment to obey the Part 11 restriction? Best Regards, Nagata

While implementing Echo Sign. We are seeing two button (one yellow button Next and other one Blue  on top right as Next Required. We need to change yellow button as Next required. In other words we want this skip all input button except the ones with signature.    

I have a lengthy document for accounts to sign.  There is one section that if they check the box that is YES, they are supposed to email a specific form they have to verify the YES.   Is there a way, if they check the yes box, that after they sign, that it requires them to attach the specific document from their files?  It is their proof of Tax Exemption, and because they have several pages to read, they forget to send it after they have signed.  It would be real slick if there were a way that I could make it so that it made them attach their document, before it will send to the next signer.

According to API Change Log - "Form fields layer template and Merge Fields support have been removed in v6 for widget creation". Is there any way to apply form fields layers to widgets in API v6?

Before when an agreement was signed, I had the opportunity to see a miniature on the right. I had options over which, one to enlarge the document. Unfortunately these options over the thumbnail have disappeared. I'm usung Chrome 83 but some probleme with Edge 83.

Title basically says it all. Getting an access denied  message when I try to send a client over a document to sign. Saw this is an ongoing issue, so would like to know how to get in touch with support to remedy the issue. 

When attempting to add fields to a document or template, for some reason I do not have the options available under the "More Fields" section of the right menu.  Help shows it here:  But it's not available at all for me online or via Acrobat DC Adobe Sign: Can anyone help me access this option?  Thanks for the help.

Hello,   I sent a document that needed to be signed. Everyone was able to sign, until it went to the mother. She got a message 'na2.documents.adobe.com' she could sign but not submit. She said she thought it was waiting for me to sign, but I had myself last. Any help with trying to figure out why she cannot sign? When I opened up the 'in progress' document a very quick message flashed saying something about a network error, but to fast to read.

Can anyone point me out to the API call that I can use to specify who signs when? For example, if I have 5 signers, how do I specify in API sending document call taht Signer2 must sign first, after that signers 1,3 and 4 sign in parallel and Signer 5 signs last.Thank you

Is there a problem with Adobe Sign?  I use it everyday and I think it crashed yesterday.  I sent docs to several people to sign and they all had problems completing.  Anyone else had issues??

Hi everyone,  I was just wondering if there is such a setting whereby when a particular radio button option is chosen by the signer, a particular list of people will be informed via email from the system notificaition.  To put things into context, let's assign simple roles:Buyer Ice Cream Vendors Cookie Vendors Here's a very simple case scenario:If the buyer chooses radio option 1: "I want to eat Ice Cream", the list of Ice Cream Vendors email will automatically receive the notification of the signed document by the signer. Cookie vendors will not receive any email notification.Similarly, if the buyer chooses radio option 2: "I want to eat Cookies", the list of Cookie Vendors email will automatically receive the notification of the signed document by the signer. I signed up for the Adobe Free Trial, advertised as 90 days, but my welcome email only has it as a 30 day free trial.  Tried emailing support, but they only help with active (paid) subscriptions.

Using Adobe Sign, is there a way to set up the signature block so that when the signee signs the document, the signature is in blue and not black?  I know Fill & Sign has the option to change the color of the signature when you're signing it, I'm looking for a similar option when sending documents to other people to sign via Adobe Sign. Thanks.

Hello All, I used to have the ability to create one template to utilize to send out to multiple people; however, I recently lost that ability and have to individually format each form to then individually send out to each person. I click on the button that says "create template;" however, once it brings me to Adobe Sign, the actual button to create a template is not there. This has made the process much more tedious for me. Does anyone know why I may have lost this ability? Thanks!
