Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have an Enterprise trial portal active, I want to add new users who have never had an adobe service associated and it does not allow me I get the following error message

hello, i am currently using adobe dc. i would like to send a document to many recipients at the same time so that the receiferscan sign the document independently. when i select the document and insert the different receifers, they are connected to each other. however, i would like to send a document separately from the different receifers. how does this work?

Is there a reason why I cannot use a csv of 40 recipients for a Mega Sign functionality? I have just signed up for a free 90 day small business trial, but didn't see any information suggesting a restricted number of recipients.

Howdy!I want certain folks to sign controlled documents. By their nature, controlled document files should not be downloaded or printed for "personal use" etc.They're all easily accessible in a read-only way for the person who is signing the document.Is there a way to prevent this prompt to download a copy after signing, and to remove the link to view the file in their Adobe Sign account from the confirmation email?Perhaps Adobe Sign is not appropriate for use with a quality management system.Bobby

Hello everyone. We are using Adobe sign for Salesforce. We were wondering if this process flow is possible using Adobe Sign for Salesforce.Process Flow:1. Salesforce user sends document for signature to two recipients (Recipient 1 and Recipient 2)2. Recipient 1 receives the document and opens it on his/her ipad and signs.3. Recipient 1 then physically hands his/her ipad to Recipient 2 in-person and then Recipient 2 signs. I have found an option for "Host-signing" but I am still unclear as to what that is. I guess is there a way to allow the recipient 1 to host the in-person signing? Thank you.

I have a need for a very basic form that almost acts as a coversheet.  The first person fills out a project code, a date, and 1 - 5 different subproject titles.  Then signs it and routes it to a second person.The second person reviews the form, adds some comments, attaches 5 pdf files, one xls file, and one csv file, and a "work" file for each project.  Then signs it and forwards it to the third person.The third person reviews the form and the attachments (he has the local programs that open those file types), makes some comments, and then signs off on it.  Environment:  All users have Adobe Reader.  All users have GlobalSign AATL certificates.Questions:  Can this be done without Javascript or special coding on the form? I was trying to use the comment field but not having much luck.IF this can be done, do I need Adobe Sign, or can it be done within Reader?

I signed up with the Small Business 90 day trial.  Everything was going well until today.  The Home page on Adobe Sign tells me my trial has expired while the account page tells me I have 57 days left in the trial.  Support says they can't help--because it's a trial.  Sales says they can't help--because it's a trial.   I'm told to post on the community in hopes that you can help me reactivate my trial?   I seriously doubt that's going to happen.  What's up Adobe Sign?  How come you slighted my trial by 57 days?

How do I get Users and Groups back as sub tabs of Accounts

I am evaluating Adobe Sign Small busines and it now says it is Adobe Sign personal. I was configuring my profile when this happened. I lost the ability to add users and groups. How can I switch back to small business?

I have been trying now for almost 4 hours to get my Acrobat activated. I have been pushed to change my eamil address 3 times. Verification does not get to me. The email addresses are active. No Spam, No Junk, No trash. Nothing. Adobe has my cash and I have an app that cannot be activated. No phone to call, chat seems to be dead!!!

Hello. I'm having problems using Adobesign in Sharepoint online. Its already installed but whenever i open it there is an error. Hi,I'm not able to download from field data when the agreement is based on a transient document. As far I see this functionality works only when the agreement is based on a document template placed library. Is there a way to make it work in both cases? Cheers

Our Salesforce integration stopped working today on its own. When I tried to link our account I get this: Adobe Sign Authentication Error: unauthorized_client : Please contact Adobe Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed. Any ideas as we've been using it for about 14 months without the problems and just renewed our license for another year this past February?

If I have a workflow, and one of the people wants to return the document because I found an error, is there a way for the flow to start again?

I have recently purchased a subscription to all Creative Cloud apps. I am holding a Swedish BankID - a smart card which we use for digital identifiation and signing. Since Adobe Sign claims to be a partner with BankID and that we can use it as a Cloud Based Digital Signature service, I wanted to sign a contract today but no matter what I tried I can't see that option when I want to add a certificated signature to my document. Only options I have are the regular ones: Use a card or token, use a digital ID file, create a digital ID. Any solutions to this problem? I will need to use this feature a lot in the upcoming days.

I created a pdf with "no security" and sent it to clients to be signed with Adobe Sign.  When it came back signed and with the certificate, it also had a password attached which neither I nor my clients set up.  I cannot e-file the signed document with our Court with a password attached.  I tried it with a few other documents to see if it was an anomaly and it happened each time.  I tried Adobe customor support but they were not helpful and I can't get a supervisor on the phone at Adobe Support.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi, I've been trying to use the Adobe Sign app since yesterday, I've been able to send the document for signatures, however the customer is being asked for Phone Verification, but I only have "email only verification" and he's getting the following error: "unhandled error: 200507063021523" any idea on how to fix it?

Hi!Im having trouble when trying to upload the .csv file in mega sign. I kept the first row identical as the sample and added the data below. When uploading it shows me error. I reviewed a similar post but didn´t help me. Additionally, I would like to incorporate different columns than the ones existing (title, company, etc), is it possible?Please your support on this. Sign activity reports still refere to individual users on the account tab - with the 365 integration, will it report on all transactions via SharePoint integration i.e I assume I do not have to manually upload all users from my AD into Sign portal. 

When an agreement is signed and saved to the signed agreements location in SharePoint the filename is appended with an ID, is there a way to format this to either:1. Push it to another list column or,2. Prefix ID with hyphen or underscore?

Hi there! I am a marriage celebrant, and I usually only have one of the party's email addresses to send my contract to, however, the contract has to be signed by both parties. I'm struggling to work out how to add two signature fields without having to send to two separate participants. I want to be able to send the contract once, to one email address, but have the couple sign individually. Cheers,Sam
