Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I'm not able to download from field data when the agreement is based on a transient document. As far I see this functionality works only when the agreement is based on a document template placed library. Is there a way to make it work in both cases? Cheers

Our Salesforce integration stopped working today on its own. When I tried to link our account I get this: Adobe Sign Authentication Error: unauthorized_client : Please contact Adobe Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed. Any ideas as we've been using it for about 14 months without the problems and just renewed our license for another year this past February?

If I have a workflow, and one of the people wants to return the document because I found an error, is there a way for the flow to start again?

I have recently purchased a subscription to all Creative Cloud apps. I am holding a Swedish BankID - a smart card which we use for digital identifiation and signing. Since Adobe Sign claims to be a partner with BankID and that we can use it as a Cloud Based Digital Signature service, I wanted to sign a contract today but no matter what I tried I can't see that option when I want to add a certificated signature to my document. Only options I have are the regular ones: Use a card or token, use a digital ID file, create a digital ID. Any solutions to this problem? I will need to use this feature a lot in the upcoming days.

I created a pdf with "no security" and sent it to clients to be signed with Adobe Sign.  When it came back signed and with the certificate, it also had a password attached which neither I nor my clients set up.  I cannot e-file the signed document with our Court with a password attached.  I tried it with a few other documents to see if it was an anomaly and it happened each time.  I tried Adobe customor support but they were not helpful and I can't get a supervisor on the phone at Adobe Support.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi, I've been trying to use the Adobe Sign app since yesterday, I've been able to send the document for signatures, however the customer is being asked for Phone Verification, but I only have "email only verification" and he's getting the following error: "unhandled error: 200507063021523" any idea on how to fix it?

Hi!Im having trouble when trying to upload the .csv file in mega sign. I kept the first row identical as the sample and added the data below. When uploading it shows me error. I reviewed a similar post but didn´t help me. Additionally, I would like to incorporate different columns than the ones existing (title, company, etc), is it possible?Please your support on this. Sign activity reports still refere to individual users on the account tab - with the 365 integration, will it report on all transactions via SharePoint integration i.e I assume I do not have to manually upload all users from my AD into Sign portal. 

When an agreement is signed and saved to the signed agreements location in SharePoint the filename is appended with an ID, is there a way to format this to either:1. Push it to another list column or,2. Prefix ID with hyphen or underscore?

Hi there! I am a marriage celebrant, and I usually only have one of the party's email addresses to send my contract to, however, the contract has to be signed by both parties. I'm struggling to work out how to add two signature fields without having to send to two separate participants. I want to be able to send the contract once, to one email address, but have the couple sign individually. Cheers,Sam

Hello,I have a question. I've tried Adobe Sign for a few days. Everything was working great, so i've started paying for my account. An individual account.  At first i could create different signatures. To sign one  myself and to let the receiver sign. But now i only have one option. And that is to let the receiver sign. The same thing goes for the option: "adding a logo". I want to let the receiver add a logo. At first (when i had the trail version) this was possible. But not anymore.  Is it because i have the basic account? Do i need to upgrade to a business account? Can somebody help me out? Thank you in advance. Kind Regards,Sanne

I've seen several posts on this community about oAuth not working on the Adobe Sign Rest API, for the Free Developer Account, as outlined in the "Getting Started" instructions.https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/gstarted.md I have this problem and I have not seen a single solution. But there have been posts from Adobe employees stating that integration keys don't work on single user license, that an Enterprise account is needed.  I don't see how "integration key" or "Enterprise Account" are relevant to the issue. Is there something I'm missing? Does anyone here know of someone with a Free Adobe Sign Developer Account being able to use the oAuth process? And if so, how did they do it?  

Hey, Here's my scenario: user loads template from file into MS Dynamics CRM. Template has Adobe syntax, defined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html, for example prefill fields (you may find example in attachments). Template works fine (fields work on CRM side), but when they're sent to Adobe, fields marked as 'prefill' which were for sure filled on CRM, are blank in Adobe.We're using this add-on for integration: https://acrobat.adobe.com/lv/en/business/integrations/microsoft-dynamics-365.html Is there a limitation to using 'prefill' fields with the add-on specified above or should they work just fine? After calling API like this:{host}/api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formFieldsfields definition is visible, but when calling:{host}/api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formData  which should get their actual values, all the values which were not marked as 'prefill' are retrieved just fine, but all those which were marked as 'prefi

If a signer makes a mistake on a form, can it be sent back to them to fix without having to fill an entirely new form? Then proceed to the next signer after it's fixed? When I open their form, I do not see an option allowing a send back so I'm guessing it can't be done but I want to be sure before asking him to redo the whole 3 page document. Thanks

Hey Folks,I have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription and sign comes with it.  I want to be able to send the same document to multiple people for individual signatures returning individually signed documents.  I understand I can send out individual documents one at a time.  Is there an upgrade to the DC Pro subscription that will give me that?

Hi, Why do I get this message when trying to add some users to the Adobe Sign account? A customer of ours also get the same error. When trying to add a "dummy" user everything works.

Good morning,I am new to Adobe Sign and following training, I have sent a contract to two people to sign. I have set it so that it goes to one person 1st and then the other however the 1st person has got back to me saying he is unable to confirm the signature as it goes straight to the second "sign here" box.At the bottom of the email he received it says,“After you sign *************** contract - final, the agreement will be sent to helen.*********@********.**.uk. Then, all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email.”Is he doing something wrong or have I set it up incorrectly?Thank you
