Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello All, A contractor just implemented an AdobeSign solution for us and tells me that the AdobeSign user in our Microsoft tenant has to be a Global Administrator. This seems wrong to me on many levels. Can someone please tell me the minimum permissions required for this user that will still allow our Adobesign solution in SharePoint to function properly? Thanks.

I'm creating a patient agreement that will be emailed and sent to patients requiring their completion and signature, then returned to our office for my siganture. What tools and formatting should I use to ensure the patient signs their portion, DOESNT sign my signature line by mistake, and allows me to sign upon receipt of their completed form?Many thanks!

Hey guys, I am a the classic beginning user of Adobe Sign. I've never used it once in any capacity and would like to change that. I am currently faced with an issue that I cannot make sense of. As I go through the steps in Acrobat Reader DC to send a PDF to an email, I get an error message (see below). It happens only once I click the "Specify Where to Sign" button, which appears to be the last step in the Adobe Sign process. The ensuing loading bar reaches 60% before the error message appears. I've tried it probably five or so times. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a collegue with an Adobe Sign subscription and he would like to set up two-factor verification. He has his Adobe account (which he has an email, password and two-factor verification).I was told by Adobe that this would pull through to the Adobe Sign account and he woud have the two-factor verification on this too, but he doesn't. I've looked all through the user settings and I can't see an option to do this, can anybody help? I should also note: he has the same email for the two accounts but the password is different for both if that helps. ThanksCharley

Hi thereI am using a trial account for adobe sign. I am using the Trial account API credentials and using KevinEM library function for generating the Agreement. But it is always redirecting me on the login page. Is that possible in the trial account that we can send the agreement to the recipient without login into the Adobe Sign account itself? If I am using scope agreement_write:self agreement_send:self and agreement_write:account agreement_send:account. The API call redirects me on the Login page. 

Hi, I am trying to create a Power Automate for invoice approvals. However, this requires the PDF invoice to be linked to an approval email with the option to sign it & approve within the Flow from an email link. At the moment this is proving tricky and it appears that we need to go into the SharePoint document library, save the file down and upload again (which defeats the object of the approvals Flow), because the PDF is opening in the browser without the option to edit.  Essentially, the flow is: Document upload > Generates an email with a link to the document to digitally sign > Approve or Reject  If approved, the document moves into another folder and is emailed on for processing.  I am looking for some help to enable the link to the document to open in a way that means itr can be edited from the approval email to add the digital 'approved' stamp & signature. Goal: Send agreement with form fieldsProblem: In v6 it appears I need to update the form fields after creating the agreement in AUTHORING state. However, the request to PUT agreements/{agreementId}/formfields fails with a generic error CANNOT_PROCESS_REQUEST.I've tried the exact example from this post and get the same error. However, that post doesn't seem to match the documentation, so I've tried populating the assignee id from /agreements/{agreementId}/members.I'm able to update the form fields successfully when the agreement is in DRAFT state (rather than AUTHORING), but pulling the members data fails with the code AGREEMENT_IN_DRAFT_STATE, so the sent agreement doesn't have the fields displayed correctly.Any insight would be really appreciated, as for now I'm stumped.

I have a lease agreement that sometimes requires between 1 and 4 tenants to sign (depending on the household), as well as myself. I need to always sign last, and it needs to be on the designated line for landlord. Can I set up a template where my signature is always anchored on the landlord line? If I set up my template for 4 tenants, and it happens that there are only 2, then my signature ends up in the slot designated for tenant 3. I understand that I can go in and move the signature line on a case by case basis, but this document has over 50 pages with all of the disclosures, and multiple areas for signatures and initials. Also, use this lease several times a week, so changing it every time is a burden. Is there a way to anchor my signature, regardless of the number of signers?  

I attempted to log into the mobile version of Fill and Sign. I put in my username and password no problem. The boxes appear to put in the verification code but disappear very quickly before I can put it in and I get an erro message saying "Sign in operation failed."  It happens on my iPad Pro latest version and my iPhone XS Max. All of my software is up to date. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple time. I am able to sign into all of my other Adobe Creative Suit Apps.   Please help! This has been going on for months I have made calls, chatted with costumers service techs to only be given the link to the community forum.

I am displaying documents to sign within an iframe and have found a PDF that doesn't render correctly in Chrome and Firefox (Edge and IE are OK). Once loaded the document is zoomed out and the top portion is cut off and can't be scrolled to.I've also noticed that the "Start" labels don't appear correctly either. If I navigate to the URL directly (outside of the iframe) the document is rendered correctly. How do I determine what it is about this particular document that is causing an issue? It doesn't appear to contain form elements etc and all other documents I've used so far work as expected. Error in Chrome & Firefox, can't scroll to top of the document Expected result in Edge & IE 

Is there a WP plugin that allows website visitors to intiial and sign a PDF document online and then submit it to site admin? 

I can no longer access the Home or Manage tabs in the web-based version of AdobeSign. I was able to send documents for signature on Wednesday, 02/19/2020, and now I am unable to Manage them. Further, I had previously been able to access the Manage tab at least within the past month. I read earlier discussions that this was a known issue in November 2019 as well, but it does not appear to have been resolved. Please advise immediately how I can access the Manage tab.

I have a user in the organization that does not have a paid Sign subscription, but a free one.  If I were to send him a document to Sign, he could, however his title is incorrect in the signature block.  He has not held this title for many years.  Is there some instructions I can send him to change this?

Hi, I can't log in to adobe Fill & Sign on my iphone or ipad. When I enter my Username and Password I get the following error message: "Sign In Operation Fail"I have two form authentication turned on.I see the screen to enter the security code for a split second before the error message pops up. I also get a text message with the security code.Please help

So I've been having a lot of issues with Adobe Sign after they required the update in Salesforce. Specifically when it comes to multiple documents being attached after they have been returned as signed. In the Data Mapping I mapped it so that when the Agreement comes back as signed, the Status on the Lead comes back as "Adobe Application Received" and the documents will auto attach to the record through file mapping. It works just fine if you are sending one agreement, but if you send multiple agreements at once and they come back signed, the Status doesn't update and nothing attaches to the record. I'll attach the configuration I have set up. I have tried both "Signed Agreement - Merged PDF" and "Signed Agreement - Separate PDFs" under the "Which File to Add?" section on the File Mapping. What am I missing here? I tried updating with the Callback User too and nothing has helped. Any info would be greatly appreciated as it has caused a lot of issues for the users who are trying to keep
