Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello!  Is there a service-to-service style OAuth option (client_credentials) for authenticating to and consuming the API?  I'm interested in building a web API that interacts with the Adobe Sign API.  I tried posting this in the Adobe Developer's forum but have had no response after 3 weeks.  Thanks! !

I was given a temporary administrative account which has since been taken away because I didnt need admin permissions.  However, now I'm in a position where i cannot view and/or sign documents for approval.  The "Review and Sign" link takes me to the log in page, but since my account is deactivated I cannot view or sign.

It has been noticed that since last few days (weeks), any documents for signature triggered through echo sign, is reaching to junk to most of the clients (irrespective of what email they are using gmail, yahoo, hotmail). We have to chase up making call for signature. Even reminders reaching junk/spam. Something has changed since last few days and as it is affecting gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc., looking like not our or any other individual's fault. Need urgent attention.

Hello,We have documents that exceed the maximum file size allowed that still need to be routed in Adobe Sign.  I'm trying to see if there is a mechanism to store and sign the large document outside of Adobe Sign yet still use the routing features of Adobe Sign so that all recipients get to sign.      So possibly, enter recipients in Adobe Sign, put a link to the large document in the message field, have users get the email asking them to sign and then goto to the external location to sign.    If this doesn't work, has anybody split up documents?  

I am unable to find the adobe sign dashboard to manage my documents.  It used to be readily accessible, but now with changes is not.  Where is the link?  I want to manage my documents and not just see individual documents that need a password.  Help.

In the past few weeks, any documents which I have sent out to recipients generate an email which has no obvious link to sign the document.These are all recipients which have extensively used Adobe Sign previously.They get an email informing them that a document requires their signature, but no way of clicking through to the document to sign.This only seems to have started presenting in the past few weeks,

Hi, I did a forum search prior to posting this, and everything seemed to be unrelated or specific to a browser or Mac software. In short, I'm a premium user, but have never been able to use the Adobe Sign feature... I've just been paying the $15/mo for 2+ years and never taken the time to contact support (or what ended up being the forum, since I didn't see a support or email button in my dashboard).Windows 10Google Chrome

The classic experience has the option for the sender to upload a signed copy or replace signer of the document.  I do not see where that option is in the new experience. 

I created a pdf with an image field, but adobe sign just ignores it. It works fine on acrobat though. Would be strange if some of the form tools were not supported on the app version. I need to signer to take a picture of his/her licence.

I apologize if this has already been asked, but I didn't see anything when I searched.  We use Adobe Sign for surgical consents and contracts.  I understand that Adobe Sign itself is HIPAA compliant, but what about when it sends a copy of the signed contract to all parties?  My understanding is there needs to be some sort of secured link that you click on to view the documents to make it HIPAA compliant.  The fact that it is just an attachment would not make it secured.  Thanks!

I have several documents that show that they haven't been seen by the recipients. I question it because, I have one that shows they never looked at it, but I received a signed copy through snail mail.

Hi all first time here, hope you can help. I've used echosign for a few years with no problems. Recently I had to change my login email address and now I cant get in at all with the below error. "Your new Adobe ID <new email address> cannot yet be used to access Adobe Sign because this email address was previously used to receive or sign agreements. Please follow the instructions sent to <new email address> to resolve this conflict." All i get is an email advising what to do but the resolution implies you have to login in the first place to remedy this situation which I cannot do. Any ideas? I dont seem to have the ability to contact anyone in Adobe support even though i'm paying an annual subscription for this service. Your help is much appreciated. 

Have a cloud e-sign account that has been provisioned. It is a simple problem but after 7 days now of never ending contact with Adobe support am getting nowhere. I know what the problem is but try as I might I just cannot get Adobe support to follow through. Everytime I bring up the old ticket I get the same old advice from Adobe support about my brower, network etc etc. I know the problem is not my computer because I can't log into our Adobe e-sign account from any computer, be it mine, another network or a Mac. Moreover, we have set up a trial adobe e-sign account and it works fine. So, 2+2=4,  problem is our adobe e-sign account and what adobe have done to it not our local network and/or its settings. Adobe clould works etc it is just e-sign that we cannot use. My question is what do you do when adobe support is so incompetent and useless. I have tried asking for a senior person to ring but they either do not call and/or if they do are as clueless as the last adobe staffer and

Hello,I am leaving my organization in a few days and still have many documents out waiting for signature. In addition, I have others I need to continuing sending out until my last day. Is it possible to allow my colleague access (and notification) when documents come back signed? If not for the ones already out-then a way to CC her on all new docs? We are trying to avoid the method of having to use my login (account), if possible. Thanks in advance! 

I'm using Mega Sign to send out a bulk signature request. Each recipient (1000+ individuals) will receive a PDF with custom data fields populating the PDF, plus a check box and a signature field.  Is it possible to include a CC email address for each recipient that is populated through the CSV? Each recipient has an agent/representative that I want to include on the communication as a CC.  I haven't found any documentation or forum posts describing this scenario. Thanks in advance!S

Hi,  I am a little concerned that the email addresses of all of the signers required for my document are shared with one another without each others consent. Is this allowed? The are exposed on the initial 'Signature requested' email in the format "After you sign, and xxxx@xxxx.net, xxxx@xxx.net, and xxxx@xxxx.net complete [Name of document], all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email. And then on the 'Completed' email, Adobe sends the final PDF copy to all the email addresses so that all can see. Is this a GDPR issue in the EU? It feels like we are sharing personal email addresses unnecessarily.  All thoughts welcome. Thanks

I have an Adobe Sign template saved with fields for text input and number validation.  When someone types a number it is not formatted to have a comma or a decimal.  Is there a way to format this field to have a comma and decimal when numbers are entered? Thanks

I have about 120 documents that need sent out for signing every month.  Does adobe sign work with Visual Basic to fill in the workflow email address and fields and then send the document for signing? Thanks

My user clicks a link in an email from a trusted employee, asking for a signature.  The link in Outlook is clicked, up pops the default browser Edge.  The user logs in using Adobe ID.  Edge then presents a dialog box saying he needs a new app???  But it has worked in the past for this user, and other users on different PCs.  Chrome/Firefox are OK.  Screenshot attached.  It has worked before.  I have cleared caches, makes no difference.  Any ideas anyone?  Thanks.

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC that has the Adobe Sign capability. After sending collecting signatures on a document, the final document has the audit trail attached. Is there a setting to stop it from being automatically attached?Thanks,Michelle
