Adobe Acrobat Sign

I'm trying to create a webhook. I'm working as developer and I don't have a SSL certificate. When the service tries to check my webhook, I got a INVALID_WEBHOOK_URL code due to certificate check while accessing my web service in WildFly.  I'd like to configure my developer account on AdobeSign for ignoring the SSL certificate but I could't find this setting in any menu option. Is it possible to turn the certificate checking off ? Thanks in advance.

HelloSometimes when we have documents to be signed by many people we select "Complete in any order", as otherwise the process will take to long time. In addition we have signers that are not able to or do not want to sign electronically. For those we want to print the signature page, have them sign and scan and use the "upload a signed copy" option.The problem is that when we select "Complete in any order", then the option to "upload a signed copy" is not available. It is only available if we select "Complete in order".Is this by design, or is there a solution for us?Thanks in advanceKim

For a different Adobe sign account that I have, it is saying that the password is expired and needs to be reset. It is sending the reset link to the email address  we have associated with the account (riowestagm@wecommunities.net) however that email address no longer exists.Is there a way to reset the email without being logged in or a way to reset the password without accessing the email?

Can no longer log into Adobe e-sign. Adobe cloud is fine but e-sign is missing from it. So If I log into e-sign I get an error message -  see image and if I log into Adobe cloud, I can get in but there is no e-sign button.  See image. Anyone any ideas on what is going on here and what the fix is?

Is it possible to have multiple Brands/Logo in Adobe Sign and tag each to different conga composer link.

Finding it impossible to sign in to my Adobe account. Have tried many times, reset passwords, Adobe ID etc -it's a complete nightmare. Is there a direct email address I can contact (WITHOUT SIGNING IN) that I can ask SORT THIS MESS OUT!!!!!!!

Good morning.I recently just moved from a trial with AdobeSign to take on a small business subscription (1 license). Having done this and signed in, I have lost all the templates and work that I had done whilst on the trial.Can anyone advise?Regards,JMBJ

Hi guys,  How do I clear local cache in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I've signed a document with a valid certificate, immediately after that I revoked the certificate. When I tried to sign a document again, Acrobat is reading the cache version of CRL. So this allowed the signing to happen. I would like to clear the cache, so that the new CRL will prevent the signing from happening as the certificate was revoked and updated in latest CRL. Thanks!

Hi   Since today I cannot access anymore my iPhone and IPad Fill & Sign app: after I enter user-name and password, the app skips the request for the 2-step code (that I receive regularly, but cannot enter), and sign-in returns an error     [Title renamed by the moderator]

When i click Sign-> Insert Signature/ Initials, it displays a black blank screen with No options.No error / options and unsure how to apply signature.

Hi,I have the following for a text tag:{{!NNumber_es_:signer1}} In the form, it names it:NNumber_162 How do I make it drop the extra digits at the end??   There are no other fields called NNumber in that form.

We currently use electronic signatures on our PDF forms and found out that anyone can create an electronic signature with another user's name and email address. We would like to start using a signature that is tied to your Adobe account so that the form is secure with a valid signature. I have been doing research and am still confused about the process. The only thing that I found was a cloud signature but not sure if this is what we need. I also want to minimize our workflow and was hoping this can ben done on the PDF and not via our cloud accounts.  I was hoping you could get me going in the right direction. 

Since this morning (UK Time), all emails from Adobe to get documents approved do not have the Links for signatories to view and approve

I'm having issues trying to set up the Adobe Sign add-in for Word (2013).I can authorize the add-in with Microsoft Office, but can't get to enter my credentials to login to Adobe Sign. Before I can enter them, an error message appears saying "Error: Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later." Restarting the app and trying again later have not been successful so far. Any ideas?

Hi all, Hopefully somebody can help me with the following. We are having some documents that have been signed by colleagues. All these signatures are valid and now it is my turn to read and acknowledge the documents. If i just sign, everything works perfect and all other signatures remain valid. However, when I expand/collapse a bookmark from the bookmark pane for navigation and then sign the documen myself, all the signatures of the others become invalid. Does anybody has experience with this? Your feedback is much appreciated! Best regards, Maikel

Hi, I've received a contract by email but I don't have a printer. So I figured I'll digital sign it.After that, I'll email back the document.But when checking the document in adobe acrobat reader, I don't see anywhere any mention of me. Only that it's certified by adobe and that the transaction is valid. I need the PDF to carry my name on it otherwise it's pointless. Everyone can pick up the document sign it with my name on it and send it back without ever knowing that it was not me. Is there a way to put the email I use to login and which my account is tied to inside the PDF ?

When i've created a comtract template for ADOBE SIGN previously, if I have to reuse the document (or similar), do I have to re-input the sign fields or will the previous document be saved from the time it was previously sent, and will that document be editable?  

The Adobe sign app is logging us into the document cloud rather than the adobe sign app. We have tried to update and reinstall the app and also tried updating our tablets operating system. Prior to this occuring there were no changes made to our account or email.  Please see image descriptions below.1. the initial logon screen2. when filling in the password on the logon screen in image 1 it "glitches" or refreshes and opens up this logon screen3. when details are entered after succesfully logging on through the logon screen in the second image it opens up this page/interface (the error)4. this is the page/interface that usually opens All of this occurs in the app, it does not open up a browser page 

Hello. For a number of weeks now, when a document for approval is sent to any local user (using outlook) there is no button to open the document and sign. Appovals to other email systems (e.g. gmail.com) seem to be fine.I've raised the issue with Microsoft (365 support) and they have talked me through deploying a new add in for Adobe sign, however, this has not fixed this issue and they have referred me back to Adobe to help with the issue.Can anyone please offer any assistance?RegardsIan 

The latest update has removed the ability to copy the URL if you cannot click the link to sign. You can see it, but you cannot copy it to paste into your browser. I have often NOT been able to sign (due to multiple logins) and when that randomly happens, I copy the URL and paste into a different browser.  The URL is visible, but not able to be "grabbed" to copy.  This is a major issue. Why are you able to see the link, but cannot copy it???  Anyone have any thoughts on this????

I routed some docs to my director for her signature.  I walked her through the process but there was no "Done" or "Send" button so she just closed the tab.  I have not received the completed documents.  Where are they stored?  Is there some special action she needed to take after signing?
