I am logged in the document cloud and i am trying to create and application to get an API KEY. I see no options in doing so:Also i went in my profile settings to see the signature menu and nothing only API InformationCan you please tell me how to create a signature with this free developer account?Thanks

Hi, i'm trying to set up Adobe Sign in the CSP payment model.I have bought the CSP Adobe Sign license from my distributor.I have added the Adobe Sign Enterprise application i Azure and started to configure it according to this link.azure-docs/adobe-echosign-tutorial.md at master · MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs · GitHubNow i get stuck in the part where i should proceed in the Adobe Sign company site. I really need to get in Contact with the Adobe Sign Support team by Chat/E-mail or Phone, but i cannot even localize where to do that.Because i need to sign in to be able to do that, and that's the part that's not working yet.Can anyone please assist me with an Active support e-mail adress or chat that is working and NOT require to sign in to get in touch with the Adobe Sign support department?

Looking at my Salesforce orgs custom settings, I noticed that two of the settings packages did not install. I am missing the Adobe sign Agreement Recipient and Adobe Sign Agreement Update Settings package. Has anyone seen this happen in their org before? What is the best way to get the right settings packages added to my org?

Looking in my Salesforce org I noticed when we installed the Adobe sign Agreements, that we are missing the custom setting "Adobe Sign Agreement Recipient Settings". Has anyone had this happen where a settings package was not installed, how should I proceed moving forward?

I am trying to integrate Sign API to my MVC C# application, but not able to get well illustrative document for the same.My requirement is as follows:Send a document for signatureNeed to have Integrated UI so that user can place his signature on his own.Send the signed document, so that I can store it on own file system.

My + icon (add user) has changed to another icon only letting me update users or adding users through CSV file - which just tells me, that the user I'm trying to add is not a user... I would really like some assistance, please.

I have made an apex trigger within Salesforce that creates an Agreement when a new account is created but I am unable to make it automatically send for signature. I receive the following error under Document Cloud Actions: Attempt to de-reference a null objectOnce clicking Send for Signature the agreement sends to the correct email. How can I fix this error to allow the agreement to send via Apex Trigger.The Agreement Template that I use has the field Auto Send checked and under "Map Data into Agreement Fields" the target agreement field - Background_Action__c has a target field value of "Send".

I have helped a customer of yours who has moved to Lightning Experience in Salesforce. She would like to see Salesforce Files (converted Documents) grouped by folders as the functionality for such existed in your Salesforce Classic app. I have created content folders (Libraries) that match the same grouping as Salesforce Classic but when we go to the Agreement creation page layout and add Files, there is no option to see the folders. Salesforce Classic view: Salesforce Lightning View:Are we doing something wrong or is that functionality not available in your Lightning Experience layout?If is not available, can you tell me if it is on the radar to add and when that might be? Hello, we want to use Adobe Sign with the MS SharePoint Integration. We follow the Installation guide and entered the Integration key in the Settings in SharePoint. If we start a signature process, we get an error "Unable to connect to the remote Server". Do you have any idea for the reason?Kind regardsEduard Wulfert

Hello,I was able to add form fields to a document using the REST Api v6. For the location of the form fields I have to specify the page, left, top, width and height value. This works fine so far so good. But furthermore I want to add a form field relatively to a specific word or tag working as anchor within the document, so my form field is automatically placed at this point, without defining a page. Is there already a way to do that or are there plans in future releases?Thanks a lot.Best regardsChristian

This is driving me nuts, since the recent update to Adobe Acrobat, the new quick "Click wherever your recipient needs to sign" just does not provide me the functionality or selections I need, and I have to every single time click on "Switch to Advanced Mode". It actually takes me more time to specify signature and date spaces in a document to be signed than the simple drag and drop of what is now "Advanced Mode".  This is tedious. Is there any way to specify in a setting to default to Advanced Mode for Adobe sign? Thanks!

Hi,I shared a signed doc using Acrobat.I shared the Public link (https://adobefreeuserschannel.na2.documents.adobe.com/public/fs?aid=XXX) and now I want to unshare it.In Document Cloud I entered in the left menu to 'SHARED' -> 'For Signature'then I select the archived document an press 'HIDE'.Now I can't see the document anywhere and its still shared via the public link.Need to delete it, PLEASE HELP.Thanks,Ben.

Hi,I am working currently on very simple integration via Adobe Sign API.My client wants to have his own PDF files signed with his own signature, as in standard Acrobat Reader fill & sign feature.I've digged through Adobe Sign API (for which my client has enterprise account) and tried to do things on my own, but I failed on just creating agreement for my own Adobe Sign user account's email.When I create agreement for someone else everything looks fine, but getting it work for just myself (this is intended) just not.Maybe I missed something in documentation, as Adobe Sign Fill $ Sign feature works for your own documents.Any help will be appreciated,Pawel

Hi - I am attempting to send a TEMPLATE out for fill & sign -- with name of person, company, signature, date etc.   As template fill in fields.  When I test this document with myself, there are no AUTO SIGN fields or  highlighted fields to fill out with text.  I am using Adobe Document Cloud subscription to create the template, and send it out for  Fill & Sign.   What am I doing wrong?  Why aren't the fields showing up?  I am new to this, but I can't even find tutorials that are recent to show me how, in the current configuration of the website, to achieve this basic task.  PLease help!

I send out a contract to teachers many times a year. On my part, the information that changes is the teachers name and pay. Is there a way to upload the template and change the name and pay on it each time I need to send it out?

I'm in Ireland and trying to get pricing information on Adobe Sign for my 450 people Company. I've completed the form on the Adobe website three times in three weeks. I also signed up for a trial and tried manfully to get through the labyrinth Support options (there aren't any). Does anyone out there know how to actually buy an Adobe Sign system from these people. I've found it to be impossible. Maybe Docu Sign know how to sell - Adobe don't. Jim G

We are using Adobe sign, currently in production and getting used by sales and marketing team. We are upgrading Salesforce and moving to new Salesforce instance, wherein we will be installing Adobe sign also. When we will start using new instance, we will like to move agreements from existing instance to new instance. We want to move all the data under Adobe to new Salesforce instance. Can we get your support in this migration? We need your support in this activity.We will be migrating data for other standard and custom objects also, which will take time, so we need to use same Adobe account on 2 instances, existing and new instance. Once new instance is fully ready, we will suspend existing instance. We will like to understand, rather confirmation from you whether we can use same account in multiple instances and no issue as such in this scenario.
