I used the Adobe Sign feature through document cloud online for the first time. I signed the document using an image of my signature then sent to others; all required signatures are now complete. When I printed the final document, my signature was barely visible inside a black rectangle. Prior to signing, I didn't read anywhere that my signature was supposed to have a transparent background, but now I'm wondering if it was. 1) Is a transparent background required?  2) Is there a way I can replace my signature after all signatures are received? 3) Where do I manage my signature for future documents?Thanks in advance!

Ya me he guiado por la información de     Transfiera los campos a una nueva plantilla de biblioteca     y me fue muy útil hasta que al finalizar me da ese error.

I've prepared a document, but when I send it to someone it prompts them to either sign into their Adobe account or create one.  How do I set up the document so I can send it without that person having to sign in?

Whenever I or another user in my company uses the Fill & Sign tool to apply a signature or initials multiple times in a single document, the system memory usage goes up by about 10% of the current memory usage.  This gets out of hand really quickly when there are 10+ signatures or initials required and the program will either freeze or crash once the memory usage gets to around 2GB.  I have tried to uninstall using the cleaner tool and reinstalling fresh with no options changed and get the same problem.  I have also tried disabling protected modes and other signature options and nothing stops or slows this rapid memory expansion.  I have tried it on documents with 30+ pages each needing a signature or initial and with 1-page documents with many signatures on the single page with the same result.  This is happening on Windows 10 and Windows 7 machines, when logged into Gmail or not logged in at all.  The only thing I noticed that doesn't do this is if t

I have just signed up to the personal plan for Adobe Sign (Part of the Adobe Reader DC plan) and realised very quickly that the email of who the document is being sent by can not be changed. I.e, the email is the account associated with the Adobe account.My question is if i was to upgrade my plan to business or something higher, does this allow me to create users who have their own work email associated to the account? If so, will we have to pay for a license for each user in order to do this?The best way for me to describe it is that I have the 'Master' account in which pays the bills. I want to create a new user who can login to creative suite using their work email address, which is connected to the 'Master' account, and be able to use Fill and Sign which uses their email address as the sender.The trouble we have right now is multiple people in the office need to use Fill and Sign, but Adobe account email is being sent all the emails to do with tracking and returned documents.I woul

QUESTION #1Can I use a Salesforce Opportunity attachment for Agreement signing document? In the CRM Opportunity and creating a New Agreement, it does not allow me to search and find that Opportunity attachment(s).  It only let's me find the "Adobe_Sign_logo_1024px" Salesforce CRM files ... created during package install but not the document attached to the CRM Opportunity Attachment that I want to use.QUESTION #2If #1 is possible, it would also be great if it automatically added all attachments to the agreement when a new one is created from the opportunity.Thanks in advance!D

I shared my file using adobe cloud and accidentally created a shared link. I tried to follow the instructions by other forum posts to remove the file from my cloud storage by "deleting the file". The file is deleted, cloud is empty, but under "Shared">"For Signature", the file says it's Archived. When I access the public link on the browser, the link still works. I need this link to be removed urgently as it contains sensitive information. Please help.Delete or Remove Link Sharing

I'm trying to test an automated Sharepoint workflow that will upload a file (and later send for signature) whenever a user adds a new file to a specific folder the company sharepoint drive.When setting up the flow, I am missing an option to choose File Content as dynamic content. Is this a bug or because I am using a trial account? I have a Microsoft Flow triggers whenever a user creates a pdf attachment in SharePoint list. The content of the pdf attachment is different all the time. The Flow uses Adobe Sign to collect signature on the pdf attachment. My challenge is, there is one field that is common to all pdf files (let's say account number). This account number is also a column on the SharePoint list. I need to collect this information back from the signer and update the SharePoint list. For example, user uploads a pdf in SharePoint list, Adobe Sign sends out pdf for signature. Ideally, I want Adobe Sign to add an extra field (account number) at the end of the pdf along with signature field. When signer gets this pdf, he/she needs to sign and provide the value for account number. After it is signed, the value of account number will then update the SharePoint list column. I know adding additional fields can easily be done within Adobe. But is this possible to do in Microsoft Flow? Thank you.

Looking at my Salesforce orgs custom settings, I noticed that two of the settings packages did not install. I am missing the Adobe sign Agreement Recipient and Adobe Sign Agreement Update Settings package. Has anyone seen this happen in their org before? What is the best way to get the right settings packages added to my org?

I have made an apex trigger within Salesforce that creates an Agreement when a new account is created but I am unable to make it automatically send for signature. I receive the following error under Document Cloud Actions: Attempt to de-reference a null objectOnce clicking Send for Signature the agreement sends to the correct email. How can I fix this error to allow the agreement to send via Apex Trigger.The Agreement Template that I use has the field Auto Send checked and under "Map Data into Agreement Fields" the target agreement field - Background_Action__c has a target field value of "Send".
