Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have a AspNetCore 2.0 web application that I have built to allow our clients to requests Adobe Sign for.I have the rest calls to:refresh the access tokenupload 1 or more transient documentspost a new agreement referencing those documents and setting the state to AUTHORING.I can use the https://secure.na2.echosign.com/account/documentEdit?aid={agreementId}I can't find how to get a url that I can embed in my application (iFrame) so that the user can place the signature locations (and other fields) on the documents without the chrome or other information. I see in V5 there was an InteractiveOptions object you could pass, but that has been removed in v6.Please point me to the API documentation on this.

Mgmt is requesting internal loan forms (i.e.Waivers, Loan Worksheets, etc.)be set-up such that lender may complete form, sign electronically, forward to approving office for electronic signing, then to Loan Ops.  I'm able to convert our loan forms to PDF, however, do not find that I'm able to set-up the form to allow the lenders to complete it, along with signature lines for electronic signatures. I'd like to be able to save these forms in our shared drive where each lender would have access, but think this is possible.  Please advise.It appears that I may set-up a template for each form and add all lenders to my user group, but wouldn't all the lenders need Adobe Sign on their computers, such that they have access to the Library Templates?Any suggestions greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi, on my adobe sign dashboard view, i don't see the button for "Add template to library".  This is all i see... Is it an account issue?

Hi, I am attempting to send an Agreement with multiple attached documents, however when I 'Send for Signature' I received the following error message:Cannot Modify AgreementA recipient has signed, approved, or delegated the agreement. This agreement cannot be modified.The strange thing is that I can 'Send for Signature' if I have NO attached documents with the agreement. but if I try to attach anything (doesn't matter what type of file) I receive this error message.Has anyone experienced this? Can anyone help me with getting passed this message?Thank you,Jackie

Hello, when I try to view an agreement in Salesforce, I'm getting the following error:Error in $A.getCallback() [echosign_dev1:AgreementEditor:4,35: String index out of range: 0]Additional exception on component load: echosign_dev1:AgreementEditor:4,35: String index out of range: 0. Hi,I'd like to format the fields that contain phone numbers.Particularly I'd like to have a phone number appear in this format (XXX) XXX-XXXX when a user enters their number.I already have the validation setup for phone numbers which allows 10 digits but the format is just 10 digits XXXXXXXXXX, which isn't very user friendly.I've also tried using tags to format the field but that seems to be limited to currency (example: total_es_:calc(fld1+fld2) :format(Number,”$,0.00”)).Any help on this would be much appreciated.-steve

Suddenly in the past two weeks, I keep getting told that I need to upgrade in order to use the Signing feature.  I have tried logging into the service.  I succeed and can view old signed documents, open them, etc.  But the system still demands that I upgrade if I try to sign a new doucment, unless I reboot the computer.This is becoming extremely annoying and it has only been happening for the past few weeks.Mark C. Someone once sent me a document via Adobe Sign. My understanding is this creates an Adobe Sign account for my email address, but I can't log in.I can request a new password by following the "I forgot my password steps": I receive an email to reset my password, I can enter and save a new password, but when I try to log in with that password at Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign I get this error:"Your account cannot be accessed from this computer. Please contact your support staff."I'm copy and pasting each new password so I know there are no typos. I've also tried doing this process after clearing my cache and in different browsers.I can log in to Adobe ID at Adobe Account​​, but the same credentials don't let me into Adobe Sign. If I try to log in with my Adobe ID password at Adobe Sign I get this error:"Invalid email or password, or your account may be locked."I googled the first error and found Getting the error: 'Your account cannot be accessed from this

Hi there, can anyone help please!I have created a staff questionnaire document on Adobe Sign. There's 2 different forms on there that I need staff to fully complete upon sending out.When staff are filling out the form it is automatically copying their answers over into other fields. If you then delete this out of the field it's been copied to, it also deletes the original field that the answer has been purposely entered into.Does anyone have any advice please?Could this be because I have used the 'clone' button when creating the answer areas on the document?Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been using send for signature for over 6 months with no issues. All of the sudden today  it gets stuck during the document upload process and won't go passed 18%. I've tried rebooting, I've tried different document sizes, nothing is working. Any ideas?

Hi everybody,I´m exeriencing some issues with having generic email addresses in the eSign workflow, which is necessary because anybody in that Team could be in charge of the Action.What we are doing is:- Opening from the library a form where we have pre assigned the fields to fill for Receiver 1, 2, 3.- Putting the Receivers with the role Form filler (usually 3 per form)- Attaching one more page (pdf) with Information that the receivers Need to read before completing their part of the formThe issue is: if the Receiver is a Name.surname@Company.com it works.. if the address is shared-email@Company.com only the page with the form is showing. The other page does not appear. I also tried to convert this page into a image (jpeg), but same result!Can anybody help me with this?Thanks in advance!

Hi all, hoping for some help. We are unable to create Widgets or edit documents in our account - the following message is received: You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator.Adobe will not assist us because they are saying the email address on the account cannot be found, even though it is the same email address we use to login and I confirmed that while logged into the account. I was told there is no phone support and chat will not help me. We have had an account for years, so I'm at a complete loss as to what to do now.

Hello,I have an older version of the Adobe Sign JS SDK embedded in my application, and it is working for the most part. I have been creating Agreements dynamically using it, but  now I would like to transition to the Workflow creation process. My version of the SDK is missing the GetWorkflow function (somehow?) and I can't use it, so I tried to update. I tried following all of the steps on the latest GitHub release to browserify it and I can't get this to work. I understand the use of a code generator, to simplify the process of generating it and whatnot, but the way it was before where you could just get the JS files from a folder that was already setup to work with Browser JS was infinitely easier and actually worked. I can't seem to browserify these files correctly to be able to call the functions in js, I have spent the past few days working on this and it is getting frustrating.I install the latest version using npm install in the downloaded directoryThen npm linkthen npm lin

Hi all, I am experiencing an issue with the dateDiff function when trying to find the time between two dates in hours. So I have two fields, a time in and time out, these fields are set to validation type "time". I then have a field that looks like this: dateDiff("h", mon_lunch_start, mon_lunch_end)If the time in mon_lunch_start is set at 13:00 or anytime after then the function will display the correct number of hours between mon_lunch_start and mon_lunch_end, for instance if mon_lunch_start=13:00 and mon_lunch_end=15:00 the dateDiff will return "2". However if mon_lunch_start is set at any time before 13:00 then dateDiff will return an arbitrary number in the thousands. For example; if mon_lunch_start=12:30 and mon_lunch_end=13:30 then the dateDiff will return 69382. Changing it to 12:31 will then return another random number.Is this function broken? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Can you get a copy of a signed document without the signatures and audit trail to use as a template?*

I can ask someone just by specifying its e-mail adress to sign and to download the signed document.My Question:The thing is I can still open and edit the pdf  with Word and change its content after the signature.Do I need to do something to prevent users from modifying signed documents ?Thank youSerge Luca

I don't want to be redirected in my process, so I decided to use an embedded widget.I have included the iframe code of the widget in my html and added a event listener in Javascript as described in Documentation.When a user now signs the agreement, the eventHandler is triggered and my application knows that the agreement has been signed. I've been trying out the Adobe Sign API using our Enterprise account to create the API Application. In my testing, I've gotten a few invalid request errors and Permission Denied errors when trying to create a transient document. What can I do to reactivate my account?

I really need to be able to do this, I don't have time to delete 1 document at a time. After the document has been completed I do not need any other record of it and as the dashboard is not that efficient to use, I need to clear as many documents I can in order to work with the ones I do need.  I am serious about this feature, it seems simple enough to be able to incorporate so I can't see why this is not an option/feature.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing the Individual Plan for my home-based business, but I have not been able to reach customer service to speak with anyone. I own a medical staffing company and would need to send out a lot of contracts and applications to be signed. I would use it almost daily sending contracts to my new employees and the hospitals/nursing homes.I don't understand the signers portion of the app. I see it says 6 signers for this plan.-For one, does that mean 6 signers a month or 6 signers a year?-Secondly, if it does mean that I can only have 6 companies sign throughout that time frame, am I able to save the contract and delete that company to add a new company? I have a Mac [Mojave 10.14.4].  Yesterday, I created an account but realized the product wasn't available in my country so I immediately asked for the account to be deleted since I couldn't get what I needed anymore.  The account was successfully deleted yesterday, but now when I open my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC it has a pop up sign-in window.  I don't have an account.  And even before yesterday, it was never a window I saw when I opened the Reader.  I can't do anything with the Reader and I have a lot of work that I need to do.  I don't want to create a new account.  I just want to be able to look at my files without seeing a sign in window that's kind of forcing me to create an account.How do I get rid of the "Sign-In" window when I don't have an account?I really need help ASAP.

I was disappointed to see that Microsoft Flow integration is only available in the Enterprise plan.  Microsoft Flow is not just an enterprise tool.  Nor is Teams, nor is Sharepoint. Its all included in $5/mo Office365 plan, with Sign included as a standard Flow connector.  I have dozens of 5-15 user organizations using Flow/Sharepoint in some capacity (and all using Teams).  Now one of our larger clients is interested in an e-sign platform, so I was going to recommend this due to the Flow integration...  Until I saw it's limited to the enterprise plan.  They don't need a single feature from Enterprise aside from Flow integration, likely don't even need most of the features on the Business plan.Keeping Dynamics tied to the enterprise plan makes sense, or other large enterprise focused software and ERP platforms, but not Flow.Is there any plan to open that up to lower tier plans, or are there means to enable it for lower tier plans?Thank you
