G'day all, I've recently moved to Adobe Sign from the "Blue Signing App - (DS)" and one feature appears to be hiding from me....I tend to develop my workflows in the sandbox, and then export, and import into the live environment.Does a similar feature exist in AS? Is it something I need to do via the API?Any help appreciated!
For some reason when I add multiple pdf pages, the signer is only seeing the one page that has the signature box. The other pages are not showing. After they sign, I go into Adobe eSign and I see all the pages I sent including the one they signed. Is there a setting change or something we're doing wrong that is not allowing them to see the separate pages? I swear that this worked fine in the past.Thank you,Confused
I have used {{phone_es_:signer1}} for one of the phone number fields. what can be used for the second phone number field?
Hi there, Can I upload supporting documents (for instance approval email, workflow approvals) together with the contract for execution and make the supporting document (s) visible internally only and not part of the contract? That is, the third party will not see the supporting document (s). Thanks
My circumstance has many issues where I need assistance. I would like to create a "stack" of documents for my clients to sign in person that I can prepare in advance with their information and I need each document to remain separate with its own audit report. I can create templates, but each client's document is different so I end up editing the field they need to complete during the meeting while they are just watching me. I would rather assign all of these unique documents in advance and then simply open them to be signed during the meeting. Also, they each need to have their own audit report, so I can not just add all the documents then ask them to sign. If they have five documents, I have them sign one, then I setup another one and they sign that one...five times. Any guidance here is greatly appreciated!!!
Re-posting here for an issue originally reported at: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2185369I am using Adobe Acrobat DC via a CC subscription to create a simple form that is to be digitally signed by another party. I generated the PDF using Microsoft Word, opened the PDF in Acrobat, and went directly to Tools -> Prepare Form. I added 4 "sender" fields whose roles are "prefill", and then one group of three radio buttons whose roles are "signer". I used the radio button tool from the toolbar to add each button individually (no copy/paste). I completed the rest of the form which consists of one checkbox, a signature field, a date field, and two more text fields. Unfortunately, when testing the form through Send for Signature, the radio buttons were not available to be edited by the signer.I re-opened the PDF in Acrobat and again selected Prepare Form. When examining the properties for each of the 3 radio buttons, the role was now showing as Prefill and the dropdown for selecting a diff
I have created a form with text fields that must be completed by signers. For each of these fields, the properties are set up such that 'multi-line' is selected, but 'scroll long text' is NOT. I want signers to be limited in what they can type, so that they can only fill the box that is visible, with no scroll bars. However, whenever I test the form as a signer, the scroll bars appear and I can enter as many lines of text as I want. I tried setting a character limit, but the scroll bars remain. How do I get rid of those and have the features work as they're supposed to?
Hi, Im loving Sign and have seen a way it can help my business. I can use a template to send a receipt to my customers, so not just for booking forms that I bought it for.My question is how can I stop the second page appearing and it requesting my customer signs for the receipt? I don't need a receipt or proof of delivery for these. Apologise if it's already covered elsewhere, I did search but it covers everything but my question. Thanking you in advance Mark
A few ideas/suggestions are below:A simple way to require one of two/several fields would be amazing. (I envision it as paired text fields, not unlike how a radio button works). Please give us the option to edit multiple items! Going through and marking 30 fields as 'required' one at a time is unpleasant.Similarly, an editable list of field names would be great. Is it possible to make a template save without closing it? There's an issue where if you remove fields, then apply a template with identically named fields, Sign assumes that the old ones are still there, so it renames the new fields. (Example: Template has Name, Phone, Address. These fields are deleted. When a template is applied, the fields will be named Name 1, Phone 1, Address 1. To avoid this, the template has to be saved and reopened after the fields are deleted, a significant annoyance.)If possible, the option to include the pdf text for visually impaired signers would be fan
Hi,this is all very confusing to me but I think what I am after will be very easy for some of you.I am creating an order form with x3 services optionsI have x3 radio buttons, one for each service I am offering and would like a sum amount attached to each optionI would like the signer to select one option and have it auto fill the fee total field and then fill in the 50% retainer fee field automaticallyI have named my Radio Buttons:Deluxe, Cinematic, HighlightMy fee fields are named:fee, retainerhelp would be greatly appreciated, I have really enjoyed making a form for the first time but this aspect has me confused, would be great if you could click on fields and have them enter in a formula like in excel, anyway TIA
I have 206 Users, 3 Groups, and 93 Templates in my library. One of my Groups has 13 Users and 5 Templates. Those 13 users only want to see their 5 templates, not all 93 templates in the library. The Group Administrator created the 5 templates and marked the template properties "Only in My Group" however those 13 Users still see all 93 templates created for the entire Organization. Is there a way for Group Users to see only their Group Templates? Or, since a group is part of the organization, must they see templates for their Group and templates created for the entire organization? For example, there are 3 groups -- sales, operations, and human resources -- all in the same organization ABC Corp. The sales manager makes templates for his sales group and marks the template properties "any user in my group". The operations manager makes templates for the whole organization and marks the template properties "any user in my organization". So, even though the sales group only needs the sales te
Gracias[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Comments is to ask about the operation of the Forum, not a specific program][Moved from the Comments forum to the specific Program forum... I have a contract that requires a total of three signatures--mine (as the guy sending the document), and then two other individuals ("PERSON1" and "PERSON2"), who happen to both be represented by the same agent ("AGENT"). Is there a way that I can get AGENT to send the document to both PERSON1 and PERSON2?I tried listing the AGENT's address multiple times as a delegator and that didn't work. Outside of having the AGENT give me the personal email addresses of PERSON1 and PERSON2 and sending the document to them directly, which absolutely won't happen, is there any way to get this to work? Thanks!Joseph
I'm trying to make sure that all fields are correctly assigned, and I've discovered something odd about some of my templates. Most are fine, but for several, the Recipients section doesn't show "Signer" as an option. I can select Sender, Participant 1, Participant 2, or Anyone. Signer isn't there. Is there any way to make it show up? Any ideas about why it isn't?Edit: Figured it out. Those were the ones where Name/Title/Date fields had been added, but Signature fields hadn't. *headdesk*Edit 2: That was not the issue, that was a coincidence. However, if I send out two templates at once, one with Signer fields and one with Participant 1 fields, it correctly assumes they should all be going to one person, so I'm not as worried about correcting this error.
We're looking at using Adobe Sign for our asset release forms in our office - everything is great so far, I was just wonder if there is a way to change the completed form's filename using data from the form? For example, once the form has been signed, it is just saved as 'asset agreement form' - however pre-signing, we fill in the Serial Number of the asset and the user it is associated with. Is there a way for the filename to automatically then say 'Asset Agreement Form - USER - SERIAL' or even just the user's name if possible? Thanks in advance.
I have multiple templates I am creating. Each template will contain about 50 pages... Two of those pages are exactly the same. Is there a way to create the page with the form fields filled out, save it somewhere in sign or even on my desk top, and then be able to use that prefilled out file to create a NEW template.
I have prepared a document with all sorts of fields, and I am at the end of this process, and adding a signature and initial fields options are not available. I have made numerous other documents without a problem, so this is really confusing me. Thanks.
Is it possible to send a document using Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online to many people at once (i.e. similar to the Mega Sign functionality available via the UI)? I would like to use the SharePoint integration to allow senders to select a document in a SharePoint library and have this sent to several hundred people to sign independently and then be able to store all signed copies separately (i.e. one signed copy per signer).
Is fill and sign compatible with Samsung Tablets?[Moved from Adobe Experience Cloud and into a Sign forum - moderator]

Hi,So today on our Echosign site/portal I created a new service account and provided them with access to the templates they require and to view agreements which have been sent out to customers etc.We have an API in place for our CRM where any new completed orders are auto-sent an e-sign document, however because the document goes through our CRM's API and a system account it looks like the service team, who should really manage the agreements. can't cancel outstanding/unsigned agreements? From the this link...Cancel an agreement "Only the sender of a document can cancel it.Only the sender of a document can cancel it."is there a way around this or something I'm missing in the config?ThanksStuart
