Hi,I've recently changed the primary email address associated with my Adobe ID and now can't send PDFs out for signature via Adobe Sign. The error message I get is this:We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.I've seen this posted already in this forum and the response is private message with the steps to take to fix it. I need to send a document out in the next 12 hours so I'd greatly appreciate the steps to fix this.thanks,Krisztina.
Dear all,Are the eletronic signatures generated by Adobe Sign legally valid in Brazil (according to the Provisional Measure no. 2200-2/2001)? I did a research on the documents made available by Adobe (specially the Global Guide to Electronic Signature Law) and also contacted Adobe's customer service helpline but no one seems to be able to answer this question. The Brazil chapter of the Global Guide also does not properly answer the question:"Are electronic signatures legal, admissible and enforceable?Brazil's law allows only for electronic signatures that utilize the Brazilian public key infrastructure (PKI). While these government-authorized signatures are legal, the use of simple electronic signatures is not provided for under the law.Summary of lawBrazil generally follows the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures. However, under Article 1, it imposes the additional restriction of allowing only its own version of PKI to be legally recognized. Documents and signatures that use th
Hi,We are looking at swapping from DocuSign to Adobe sign. It looks brilliant and the only issue we are having is that being accountants when we add in a tax return it is taking the client through each field in the tax return instead of just directly to the signing parts of the document. Is there any way around this? We know there is a way to scroll past this so you don't have to go through each field but it would confuse our end user and it would be much easier to have this avoided in total.Would appreciate any assistance.
I have a lease document where the end brackets mysteriously stick around on one page and I can't figure out why. The tag works fine when uploaded to Adobe Sign but I'd like to get rid of the brackets! It all works fine in other parts of the document (even with the extra spaces at the end between the text and end brackets), so I'm not sure what might be wrong. Any ideas? Here are the shortcut tags I used for the bottom two:{{#propertyAddress=*propertyAddress_es_:prefill:font(size=auto)}}{{#startDate=*startDate_es_:prefill:isdate}}I also tried taking out "font(size=auto)" on both tags, but that didn't seem to help.
I have been upgrading a number of users from Acrobat Pro 11 to Acrobat Pro 17 (University license). Many of these users had set up signatures to use on their pdfs. Here's the problem (which I wish I knew before the upgrade): I've been installing Acrobat 17 for under our deployment Admin ID account. That's the email address we've registered the computers under this license (we're charged by the number Full Time Equivalent Faculty/Staff - no piracy here). The problem is, their signatures are not available in 17. Getting one user setup with their digital signature meant THAT particular signature appeared when another user (a higher-ranking one) attempted to use their own digital signature. My question, for these (and other) users who might want to use their own digital signatures, is there a way for them to be available locally or must they now create their own personal Adobe ID and create their own individual signatures in the cloud (something i doubt I will ever f
Hi everyone,Do you need the enterprise version for FDA/ISO/HIPAA etc.? Or is this all covered in the basic signing behind the scenes. I read that you have to do "digital signatures" to be FDA compliant which requires more information than just a signature, e.g. email, name. But Adobe does capture this type of data including IP addresses.Any guidance appreciated, keen to hear from other organisations requiring these levels of compliance in order to purchase licenses
I do not have an option to set an expiration date on my documents to be signed. According to what I can find online it should be in these options, but it's not there. Has it moved? Is it available somewhere else? Do I need to upgrade my account?
We would like to send a bunch of letters for e-signing, however there is a 25 signature per user per month limit for teams and a 100 page limit. As it stands, we need to go over both of these limits, however we would like the signature request to come from one sender. Can I assign two acrobat licenses to the same user to collect additional e-signatures?
I have Adobe Pro DC and send estimates to my customers to sign. The estimates contain hyperlinks to web documents the customer needs to see before signing. However, in Adobe's signature screen, what my customer sees, the links are dead. My question is if it's possible to have live hyperlinks in the signature screen. See below: this is the screen my client sees and here is where the links are dead. Tech support told me the client has to download the document, then they can click on the links, then they have to come back and sign it. It sincerely defeats the purpose of making it easy for clients to sign for work. I am open to any and all suggestions, however.THank you,~~~Joslyn Pollock
I would really, really, really like to be able to set the default field characteristic to "Required". Is there a way? It takes me about 4 times longer to prep a document to send by having to right click on every blank and check "Required." I doubt seriously that signature or initial blanks are ever "If you feel like it", so it seems the standard should be to force an entry in the field. Thanks in advance,Melina
After I have added the Adobe Sign App to SharePoint Online I am getting this message when trying to access it to configure it. I have very recently added the app to a different tenant and that worked fine.
How do you connect using vb.net. trying to automate sending documents using vb.net in a background application.
In Adobe sign we create forms and were able to set conditions for fields. We are unable to set conditions in our form fields this year, did something change in adobe sign? The menu with the conditions does not appear when double clicking the field. Has this happened to anyone?

How do I add a click thru agreement before a pdf opens?
Hello, I received the following bounce back email when trying to send all contracts. "We were unable to create your agreement Island Realty Rental Agreement because we had a problem converting your document VacationRentalContract.pdf to PDF. This may only be a temporary problem. However, if you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, please visit our online support system."Anyone have any idea what causes this? Was this an outage of some sort?
I'm trying to figure out how to have someone just initial, no signature
Please can you assist me with this query on Adobe Acrobat DC. We have a number of QA forms that go through a process of getting initials from the client and the engineer on multiple sequential items and then once the entire activity is completed a final signature from both parties. The process is shown below:the engineer starts the process by confirming checks have been undertaken on first few items, then initials the document & submits to clientthe client confirms he has checked these same items by way of initialling them and sending the document back to engineer. This leads onto the next set of items on the document and the document goes through the same process as above.Once all items on the document have been checked (Initialled) each party will sign off at the bottom and the document is filed. The problem I have is that after the first run the document is locked and I cannot re-submit for further signatures from the same parties.
I have XLSX document that we are using for signature. When the document is uploaded and available for esignature, it is very blurry and the content is not readable. Can you recommend solution to make this more readable? Do I need to modify the XLSX file?

Hi, We require the date format to support UK and EU formats and not the US format, how can I make this possible?
Does Adobe Sign satisfy the requirements of the Digital Signature Standard established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, FIPS PUB 186-4, Digital Signature Algorithm Validation System (2014)?
Since the adobe echosign update a couple of months ago, is anyone finding the input of radio buttons and check boxes a LOT less user friendly? The buttons are "Sticky" for lack of a better description, and lining them up is a lot harder. They constantly overlap on top of each other, and the automatic size that is generated is a lot larger than they used to be. At least before, when the radio buttons were generated, they were easier to line up. Not sure if anyone agrees, but just an idea for people working at echosign, if you're going to change / update the system, please please have some UI/UX tests before you implement changes. I am slightly puzzled why an update would actually make echosign even less user friendly. Does anyone else experience this since the "update"?
I have one of my users getting this error message today:"Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed".I saw in the forums that the same error message was being generated back in August, 2017 with users and the servers needed to be rebooted... Is the same thing happening again?.
