Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have a currency field - that is displaying as numeric but NOT currency? It is filled from Salesforce -when I have a formula that is just equal to this field it displays correctly as currency...but because I need to use it in a calculation cannot seem to 'fudge' the original field for correct formatting...thoughts? thanks

Hello guys, I trying adobe as a trial so far. But there's a problem when opening a document to sign. it display nothing.I tried everything i know so far.cleared cookies.opened firewall and security issues.installed flash.other browsers.Please help me as my trial period is about to end.

Several users on our team have agreements out for signature. When they navigate in Salesforce to the opportunity page and click "Send Reminder" on the created Adobe Sign agreement the contract recipient is sent dozens of reminders back to back. This is very frustrating and any help in resolving this would be helpful.

All of a sudden Adobe Sign is not forcing the signer to signed all the "required" initial and signatures on my forms for some reason. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I fix this to insure that all initials and signature and complete before submitted?

We send large (many times 300+ page) reports out to various outside organizations. We create a one page transmittal document for the recipient to sign and return to us stating they have received the report. When I have placed the transmittal into the "Send document for signature" after placing a signature field at the bottom and then "add a document", the report pdf, either I get an error that the pdf is over 100 pages and cannot be processed or the system adds a signature to the last page of the report. I want to have the transmittal only tracked and signed but need the added document attached with no signature required. I cannot find any answer to this in the user guide. I'm within my first 14 days and will need to cancel this subscription if I cannot get this issue solved.

I'd like to be able to enter the person's name so that it will show up when they click sign. It seems to only let you enter their email.Does it grab their name from their email account or something?

when you are on this screen, after you have uploaded your files, is there a way to replace one of the files or rearrange files on this screen?I have a template which has 4 files. But when i go to send i need to upload a 5th file, which is different each time. And this file goes in the 2nd position.I don't see a way to  add or rearrange files at this point?

The adobe sign offers the option to load a document manually signed but then does not provide the previous signatures obtained.  The individual physically signed a blank copy and I scanned it in.  The rest of the approvers do not get added to the original document but are annotated on a another page added to the new scanned in document.  Could not get the previous page from the product but had to go back to the last email before the one physically signed and save that.  Then I tried to combine the files using Adobe combine files, but it wants a password to import the signed files.  But this is unknown and I never assigned one.  So I can't get a complete file from Adobe sign only a version created when the physical sign copy was added.I can't use Adobe tools to correct it by combining them either.Can we correct any of this?  Otherwise I have to print everything out and rescan it after I

I am trying to attach an adobe Sign pdf in my email where the signature field still is a working link. When I do so it turns it into a normal pdf without the signature. How can I send this document via email so it still has working links to sign and fill in?

My email address was previously used to create a trial account, which has since been migrated to another email address. There is no Adobe Sign account attached to my email right now, but the system prevents me from creating one. The error is:"Unable to provision new Adobe Sign Developer AccountThe email address you entered to sign up has either:- previously been used for an Adobe Sign trial, or- you already have an existing Adobe Sign account" Creating a developer account with another email is not an option. It needs to be tied to my corporate email. This issue is rather urgent as I am working on a deliverable for a large enterprise client that is time-sensitive. I've had zero success attempting to engage Adobe via phone or chat (I've already been directed to 5 different people). When I create a API request to send documents for signatures to 2 signers by using only one email. I have found issues as below;The email received from e-Sign does not contain the signer’s name, not in the subject or body of the email.  The signer will not know which email was meant to be theirs. Moreover, each email has to authenticate by using the password so the signer does not know the correct password. In case there are more than two signers ,how the signer guess the correct password?The fields that should be signed / checked for each signer are mixed (the first signer is able to sign all of the fields, the second signer can see and sign the new block of signature that does not identify in the request field ).  I am wondering why the request I sent that states which field is for which signer (recipient) is ignored. Help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

When I log into my dashboard and click on the "waiting for me to sign" section, I am not seeing all of the documents that are waiting for me to sign.  I get emails for documents that aren't listed there.  If I click the email notification, the document comes up and I can sign without a problem.  Almost seems like I have 2 accounts but I don't, it uses the same custom signature no matter which way I sign.  Please help me figure out why they aren't all listed there.

I am filling out a W-9 form, have added my signature but when I try to enter the date I get a hand instead of a text box. Any ideas where I went wrong?

HiI have created my template forms which I need to send as a pack of documents to be filled in by one recipient.Every time I test this, I fill the information in the forms out and submit but when I receive the completed forms, the data keeps pulling through.The result is, I end up with contact numbers from one form appearing in another form about health.Please can somebody help me understand why this is happening and how I can sort the problem out.Thank you.[Moved from the non-technical Lounge Forum to the Adobe Sign forum...
