Dear community,I am currently setting up a document with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (17.12.20098.240878) . I would like to have 9 assigned signature fields associated with 9 people/email addresses. While all this works perfectly fine with up to 7 signers, I struggle with implementing the total 9. The "participant's role" field lets me select signer, signer1-6 so a total of 7 signatures.Same goes for the "date" field and the associated participant's role. Maybe there is a way to manually implement the missing fields. I have a hard time believing that 7 is the cut-off for the maximal amount of signatures. This is a specific issue I have with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. By using Adobe_sign this issue can be avoided. However, I do like the flexibility and layout in Acrobat Pro DC better (Cambria as a font is useable etc.). Thank you for your help,Georg
In Adobe Sign, when I click on "Add Template to Library", I am taken to the "Create a Library Template" page, but the "Template Type" menu is not shown as illustrated in step 4 of the step-by-step tutorial for creating library templates.
I am trying to enter a calculated value based on a formula in a new document I am currently editing in Adobe Sign to save as a template. There is no option for "Value Type" so that I can input a calculated value! It only allows for text input. HELP!! Where is this option? How do I get it back?I looked this up in the help directory and got this link: Adobe Sign - Calculated Fields This page talks about the Value Type field as if it exists still however as you can see, it does not exist in the Custom Field options for this document. Argh! When I attempted to edit a pre-existing, older document I do have the "Value Type" drop-down menu available to me so that I can input a calculated value and Formula. This is not currently available (as shown above) in the document I am working with! What do I do? What's going on?
Hello,I am having an issue where I log in to Adobe Sign and the "Get a signature" box with the "Get a document signed" option within it has disappeared. I therefore cannot send any documents out for signature anymore and where I have tried to access this through the option in Document Cloud, I get the message "You are not authorized to sent documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator.". It should not be down to a payment problem either. Is there any way to fix this?Thank you.
How do I set up a recipient to receive a document after it has been signed by others but does not need their signature? Thanks

I am trying to send multiple templates that I've created in one single email. For example, I need to send the same type of contract to a client that has multiple locations. I can add the same template document twice for signature. The problem is that the fields from the first document are being copied to the second. If I change them in the second document, it reflects in the first document and vice versa.Am I missing an option???
I use the Adobe Sign app on an iPad Pro to gather client signatures (I'm a financial advisor). I have uploaded several templates that I have formatted with initial and signature fields. I was testing out one of the templates, but I couldn't complete the signature process. I got an error message that read as follows: "This transaction failed because of a server error: Unable to complete request. No value provided for field "Client Initials"."This error wasn't limited to one document. I tested out two other documents and encountered the same error message. These templates were working perfectly a few weeks ago, so I don't know what would be causing this error message.Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, what can I do to trouble-shoot the issue?

There is a step I need to add for Adobe Sign that allows 1 of 3 people to approve before it goes to the next step. It does not have to be all 3. The first one that opens the form approves it and will disregard the other 2 people. It will then automatically trigger it to go to the next level. Any ideas on how to do this or if it is possible?

So I recently bought Adobe Sign for my small business. I however then discovered I may want to buy Acrobat Pro. When I was going to buy it, the system told me it was a conflict with SIGN and I would have to upgrade so does this mean that I would be getting rid of SIGN and converting to Acrobat Pro only? I dont want to loose my files on my Adobe Sign account online and I do like Adobe Sign. I know you can sign stuff and legal docs on Acrobat, but just seems weird that its two separate things. Any advice is helpful! Thanks!
When using "Send for Signature" and dropping a signature field, is there anyway to avoid the signer from having to enter a typed name? We want to use this for a signature above a built in (software generated) signature line which already has signer's name and title
