when  I send a document for signatures, will it come back signed to my E-Mail?

When I send out a document for signature, I insert signature and text fields by dragging into document. Each field is labeled differently: "Signature 1" "signature 2" etc.However, once the document is signed and filed, some of the fields show a duplicate signature or text making it hard to read. Any ideas on how to prevent this?

Hi all,I must have set up a trial with adobe a while ago. I have gone in and changed the email address, from what I can see, yet the email address still seems tied to the free trial. I did a live chat and they verified it was still linked and that as it was a free trial, they couldn't offer support and I needed to ask here. Can someone please please help?! I need to use E-sign with Xero and when trying to create this function, I get this error.E-sign - Sorry, the email "example only" has already been registered with Adobe for another account, and so cannot be used for e-sign. Please use another email address, or view help for more optionsI want to use the email address as its my business email address - not I have replaced with example only. Thanks so much!!!!!

When using the "send for signature" option in Adobe DC that distributes a PDF with regular electronic signature blocks to multiple email recipients, is that e-signature considered Part 11 compliant? The fully distributed form appears to contain the required elements of Part 11 compliance, but confirmation is appreciated. If not, is it safe to say that only "digital signature" blocks used in (or added to) forms are considered Part 11 compliant? This would mean only 1 person could sign using the digital signature, correct (ie, it's locked down via checksum, etc, following signature 1 and another signature would modify the document such that it would negate the original signature)?Thank you,Mark

Hi everyone, So I have just upgraded to the Adobe Sign team plan, expecting:Additional team features:Ideal for a small team of 2 to 9 users.Create a branded signing experience for customers. Share document templates across your team.Manage user preferences and settings.How do I create a branded signing experience for customers? From what I can see there is nothing any different from the individual plan, other than I can pay to add more users now. Any advice and help would be great as the echosign email that arrives in your clients inbox is extremely clunky and non-user friendly. It confuses the heck out of our new clients so I was hoping the branded experience would eliminate that. If the branded experience is not available, can someone suggest alternatives? Thanks, Ian

I have a Customer Profile template/document created in Adobe Sign that I want to place as a link on my website (instead of sending this document to a specific user), the user can apply for membership by clicking on the link and filling out the document, sign it, and it would automatically email me the completed doc.  Is this possible?  Please point me in the right direction within Adobe Sign.  Thanks much!

Is it possible to have a document workflow, send a CSV of the data?  Or a more advanced HTTP post to a website with the details of the signed PDF, email address, document name, CSV fields?

My login only works when I change my password each time. When I go to http://secure.echosign.com/public/login and enter my info. it will give me an error message: "Invalid email or your account my be locked."

Whether I go directly to Adobe Sign, or start in my Document Cloud dashboard and select "Send for Signature", I can not access my Document Cloud files in Adobe Sign while on my computer (web browser).  I can only access Cloud files through Sign on a mobile device.  While on the computer, I can see the Library Documents, My Computer, Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive.  How can I access my Document Cloud files?  I guess this also begs the question, what is the difference between the Document Cloud and Library Documents?  Thanks.

How can I retrieve past signed documents?

I have sent the same file to my client 4 times already and it has not shown up in their email yet. They got one file earlier but the one we really need is hung up in cyber space apparently. What could be wrong ?

I'm trying to add a user and I'm receiving "you cannot add that email address to your account". The user or email address does not exist and is not pending activation.Joe

Hellowe have a similar situation , we would like to setup an esign  but send the url via internal email.We  also would like to attach document along with actual document to be signed , for some reason esign wants to merge these documents together .Please let me know if this is possible , This is my personal adobe ID but I will ask my business users to open a case with support if neededYatin

I do not have a "condition" box when I try to edit fields? Why?

This started for me about 2 weeks ago.  The document renders fine in Chrome and Firefox, and renders fine if the user is running Windows 10.  But if you are running something less than Windows 10, than any version of IE shows this error.  We have not updated our application in over a month, and customers across the US are calling us to report the issue.  Adobe is insisting they have not changed anything. We are currently telling callers to add "echosign.com" to their list of trusted sites, but obviously this is not ideal.Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Hi,I am trying to calculate a field in an Adobe sign form. The basic add, subtract, multiply, I am okay with.  However, when it comes to if, else statements I am a bit lost.Here's an example of what I am trying calculate for field W-A:If Intra-state-Airfare-Quote is greater than 0, move it to field W-AelseCheck if Out-of-State-Itinerary-1 is not blank, if not blank then move it to field W-AI know I am doing it wrong.  Your help is very much appreciated.JZ
