Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have used the system a few times with no problem, now when I go to preview and set field for signature, it is telling me to upload a document when its already there. Any idea what to do? I've signed in and out and tried everything basic and nothing will work.

While using the eSign Manager application for iPhone the uploaded document does not display on the app, whereas on the web version I can see the uploaded document to be signed (.pdf file). I am running the latest version of eSign Manager (3.3.1) and the latest iOS 9.3. Any ideas on why this is occurring?

Feature request: don't force us to choose between having the printed version and date when using a hand-drawn signature. Either allow the user to manually type name/initials after doing a "real" signature, or use some kind of OCR. And add the date regardless.

I would like to create a registration form that requires a signature that is either on my website or that I provide a link to for completion. Once the form has been completed and signed, is it possible for the customer to email me the completed form, in PDF format, WITHOUT the customer using Outlook, Apple mail etc?Thanks

My recipient was sitting across from me. I sent her an agreement thru Adobe esign to sign on her iPhone. She could draw her signature with her finger, but after tapping submit/send nothing happens. So she was forced to type her name in. What could the issue be?

Does my client need a tablet or does the e-signature work with a smartphone as well?

I have a document that requires signatures from two parties (primary and spouse). By default, every signature field assumes the same Participant Role. If two or more Signature fields are assigned tot he same Role, then they all take on the same properties and display the same signature. I assumed I could change the spouse signatures to a different Role, but doing so turns the signature field into a standard text field.What is the correct way to I've referred to other discussions on these forums and they have not answered my question:Re: two different signature fieldsCan I have a second different signature on the form using the widget?(I'm not looking for a counter-signature)

[UPDATE]: We've found that the merge failure seems to be related to the use of "signatureType" : "WRITTEN" (irrespective of whether "recipientSetMemberInfos" is set for delivery to a fax or email address). Switching to "signatureType" : "ESIGN" in the json below and delivering to an email address set in recipientSetMemberInfos allows the merge to proceed normally.This is very likely a bug in the API. Using "signatureType" : "WRITTEN" prevents the merge from succeeding.Any thoughts as to how to proceed would be welcome!--I am trying to send a PDF with pre-filled form fields for signature using the rest API v5 (see REST API — Document E-signature Software — Adobe Document Cloud).I create a TransientDocument without difficulty and can send an agreement for signature which leverages the same, but cannot manage to fill form fields using the API through the use of mergeFieldInfo. Hello to everyone. I'm having trouble with creating new api application, for some reason I'm getting error messages like this "Unhandled Error: 160322053400352.ord-prod-app17".I tried to set different option for Name, Display Name and Domain(tried both, CUSTOMER and PARTNER), but nothing, always this error message. Maybe I missed something in documentation, but creating API application should be first step as is says in account details under "API Information":"In order to call the Adobe Document Cloud APIs, you must first create an application."Thanks.

Currently I have a widget created under my login that I have shared with another user, however they are unable to collaborate or edit the widget on my behalf.  Is there anyway to allow access or transfer ownership from the administrator (myself) to the user in my group.Any ideas are appreciated

I understand we need an eSign Premium account to make use of the widget for webforms. We currently have a pro account. We need to install webforms in a website we are building. Is there a developer kit for this? In order to integrate webforms in the site for this client, do we still need to have the Premium Account. Have been trying to get this answer clarified with Adobe support for some time now, spending 30min to 1 hour each time on the phone getting shunted from one person to the next without resolution. I have no hair left to pull out!

We are integrating eSign into an Angular/C#.NET app.  Does the current version of the REST API support CORS requests in any way, or do I need to make my requests from the server-side?  I noticed that making a standard GET request from an external domain is rejected.

I filled it for two times but the Adobe spanish partner don't sell the e-sign solution (business or premium) only the DC license.What is the right channel to buy the license?Thanks in advance.Regards.

I just tried to process my first docusign to be sent out and it would only let me add 6 signatures and I needed to sent to 7 people.  how can i get one more added.is it too late?
