I am unable to sign the document because the client only signed with his first email.

recently all the sudden after I e-sign a pdf file on the signature panel it always shows a message "at least one signature has a problem" at it says that signature validity is unknown and it has not be included in the list of my trusted identities. How can I fix this problem?

can more than one person access my adobe account or can i save multiple signatures into my account

Document package is too large to send through salesforce after adding a new document.  How do I set up salesforce to send a large document package out for signature?

I'm having trouble with the updated version of E-Sign, I'm getting a message that says "unable to complete request. Per-recipient authentication is disabled for this account or tier." It was working fine before the update. When I create an in-person signing on my iPad (with the older version) it carries over to the iPhone but I can't create a new one on the iPhone.

In person signature doesn't work on mobile device. All other fields are filled in and I get this message.

The app in iPad was working perfectly for us before.  But after this new update, the "In-Person" signing is giving us an error.  It kept saying "Unable to complete request.  Access token provided is invalid or has expired.  Unable to send document."  Our account is current and has not changed, so I'm not sure what could be causing this type of error?

Everytime I try to send a contract through the app it tells me that per-recipient authentication has failed and I cannot send.  How can I send through the app again??  Let me add this has only just started happening since the update

i'm getting a transientDocumentId from   transientDocuments method .After that posting agreement using above  transientDocumentId .i'm getting this error.{  "message": "The Library Document ID specified is invalid",  "code": "INVALID_LIBRARYDOCUMENT_ID"}how can i get the valid Library Document ID.

Truthfully, this is probably more of a suggestion than a question, but if anyone has a reply I'd be happy to hear it.As an individual who has occasional eSign needs for legal, financial or other business documents, I really love the idea of being able to use a service like eSign. However I have such a low annual volume of documents that even paying the Individual Plan subscription rate of $9.99/mo annually stills makes this a financially unreasonable option.Have you given any though to perhaps offering an Individual Pay-as-You-Go Plan? The TextTag documentation shows :tooltip("Insert Tip Here") as the syntax for the tooltipso I did{{*Day_es_:signer:tooltip(‘enter a day’)}}When I upload the document to the management center as a template, there is no tool tip.I'm trying to get a description of what I want the signer to enter.  I know there are standard ones of company and title thay say enter your company name here.... but I can't get it to say what I want when I want it to say "Please Enter Day of Month"

When soliciting signatures from multiple contractors do I need to change the Signature field for each and every signatory?  Or will one signature field apply to all of the contractors?For example, I am requesting 9 signatures from each of my contractors.  I am sending this request to all 9 of them at the same time (in one email communication).  I want to know should I delete the Signature Field for Instructor 3 when it looks like that field is a carryover from the Instructor 2 entry?Thank you.Walter

Is it possible to enable a license to an internal database, so that when a request to send a document via email is completed, this automatically is sent via esign (obviously with the documents pre created with the signature panels but stored on the database for such requests)?

On a 6s iPhone on the mobile app I am getting "Unable to complete request. Per-recipient authentication is disabled for this account or tier.." plus alphabet soup.    Earlier I was getting Invalid Access Token.  The web portal works fine.  The help desk said the forum was the only support.-Rolando

Need help ASAP. Every time I try to send a pdf document out for signature, I get the following error message: "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits." There is no explanation of why it keeps erroring out, but none of my documents will send and I need to get these out immediately. I am using EchoSign from a PC. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.
