Adobe Acrobat Sign

Are there certain countries that still require a paper hard copy to be stored even if you have the electronic signature?  If yes, what countries?

When I try to Send for Signature a doc in Adobe Acrobat DC > I Prepare Form for the PDF and add signature field > click Send for Signature > click Ready to Send > and keep getting "Could not send.  An error has occurred.  Please try again."When I try to send through https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature I keep clicking the Send for Signature button, but the page just keeps reloading/refreshing.Anyone have any idea of how to resolve this and actually be able to send a PDF for signature?

Hello:I'm wondering if there is a way to receive out of office replies from signers when I send them something to sign? This would be helpful because I would know that I'd need to delegate to another signer rather than waiting for a response. I need to create another widget but it says I am not allowed, I have 2 already and deleted 1 recently.  Ideas?

My clients are saying responses are getting pre-populated into the wrong areas and the form is changing some of the input they've already filled out.  What could be wrong?This started happening about 3-4 weeks ago.  Never had this problem before, but now every client is having the same problem.

When i send a document to be signed the recipient can't open the document to sign it. It asks them to sign into adobe but when they do nothing appears.

While importing the WSDL into Software AG webMethods we encountered following issue. This error is repeated for all namespaces. Is there any known solution like importing the XSD or something else? My adobe acrobat fillable fields get over-written with junk when I send it in Echosign with signature boxes on the page.  What's with that?  It never did that before.

I understand from Adobe Echosign technical support there is a hard max file upload limit of 20 separate files per transaction.  I would like a feature request to expose this limit to be adjustable.  Also, what is the explanation of why this is not available?  We are currently experiencing this issue and is limiting our ability to provide our clients with all the necessary documents in one transaction to be esigned.

I work at a University, which has a number of departments, each with their own set of forms and agreements. Most of these documents include a dynamic signer routing structure that flows one way or another based on the sender. For ease of use and availability to senders outside of the organization, we have decided to use Widgets for most of our documents. However, there are some documents that are not been able to create because of their routing structure. Here are a couple sample scenarios: Scenario 1:A student applies for access to one of three University services, managed by different people. This access form must be signed by the student's department chairperson and the Dean of his/her Division. The application is then forwarded to one of three service managers, depending on the service chosen, for signature. The final signed document is forwarded to a static processing center (the author of the application). We are willing to create three separate forms, one for each service manage

Suddenly my wife's ability to send a document back after signature stopped working on her iPAD 2 . It worked on 1 March, but now when she gets to the final screen to send back no "send" ( or egual)  button appears.

I have many forms in my e sign library and I want to send those unsigned forms to box.com.  Can I send them directly to box?  If not, how do I upload the unsigned forms to the adobe cloud?

I would like to know if the free trial period can be used for single individual user for e-sign services. I see it available for businesses and enterprises.I see the pricing is $9.99 per year for individuals but is there a free trial period before a user can sign up?Thanks.

recently all the sudden after I e-sign a pdf file on the signature panel it always shows a message "at least one signature has a problem" at it says that signature validity is unknown and it has not be included in the list of my trusted identities. How can I fix this problem?

Document package is too large to send through salesforce after adding a new document.  How do I set up salesforce to send a large document package out for signature?

I'm having trouble with the updated version of E-Sign, I'm getting a message that says "unable to complete request. Per-recipient authentication is disabled for this account or tier." It was working fine before the update. When I create an in-person signing on my iPad (with the older version) it carries over to the iPhone but I can't create a new one on the iPhone.

In person signature doesn't work on mobile device. All other fields are filled in and I get this message.

The app in iPad was working perfectly for us before.  But after this new update, the "In-Person" signing is giving us an error.  It kept saying "Unable to complete request.  Access token provided is invalid or has expired.  Unable to send document."  Our account is current and has not changed, so I'm not sure what could be causing this type of error?

Everytime I try to send a contract through the app it tells me that per-recipient authentication has failed and I cannot send.  How can I send through the app again??  Let me add this has only just started happening since the update
