Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,The 'send to someone else' function on normal 'send' document jobs is VERY handy, means the business I am sending to just gets the document to the person who needs to sign it and I don't have spend any of my time sorting that out.However, this is not an option on the 'MegaSign' jobs, so the very feature that allows me to save time by doing a high volume of agreements with data 'pre-filled' fields, takes away a key feature that would also help increase the time I save with this product. I am new to eSign and recently did 600 agreements out to my customers with MegaSign, I have already had recipients forward on the 'MegaSign' email they received to the correct person in their business, who then complained they cant change the email on the agreement...! All because the handy 'send to someone else' function is missing.Please can the 'Send for someone else to sign' feature be added as an option for MegaSign jobs on a future release Kind regardsAndy

How can the person I send the document decline to sign with some kind of reason to decline.?

I'm trying to upload a document from my library, but it only gives me options of the standard items that were in there, I9, W9, etc. How do I load items from my library into esign?

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat DC Desktop software, and later added the Send for Signature subscription plan.  The Send for Signature tool is not appearing when I'm logged into my account through the software.  Is it supposed to show up?  Do I have to re-install? 

Once a document is signed. Are all fields locked? If not, can they be locked? And if they can be locked, can they be unlocked by an Admin only?

‌Document path not valid, since the update, when using in-person signing for the second signer.  It is valid, because it worked for the first signer.  I have restarted the iPad and it will work once, and then the next document will give me the same error.  Since the update, it takes 5 minutes to think about loading the document for the second signer, if it loads at all.  Please help!

I am having an issue where I need to put a field on a PDF Document to allow the person to type in number and info for a credit card.  There are several lines on the document that I have been placing individual Data Field boxes and when the client is filling them out he will type in ONE and they ALL fill out with the same info.  They cannot be filled in individually.  So if he fills in his Address for example on the address line and then clicks next to fill out his credit card number...anything he does in the Credit Card field will change all the other fields both above and below it.I hate to have to go to DocuSign but I need this to work...any ideas?

I would like to use a Topaz wireless signature pad for customers we have in the office sighing EchoSign documents. Our forms are in NetSuite and use EchoSign; however, the documents aren't recognizing the signature pad as an input device.

I was just trying to work in Adobe Acrobat DC, and it gives me a message that I need Windows 10 to store my e signature. Is this true?

When adding text fields, if I edit the field and click save, the webpage resets and resets all fields.  Everytime.  It worked previously and I'm not doing anything different.  I signed out, closed my web browser, restarted my computer, deleted the document and started with a new one.  None of that helped.  I still can't edit a field.

how do you change or edit a document that has been sent out for signature, without having to delete and re-upload it? or is there a way for the person signing on the other side to cross off, mark up, or make side notes on the doc?

Hello,I had Adobe Echosign in the past.  I have some contracts saved there and I am paying a separate fee for that service.  I am now paying for Adobe DC for the redaction tool and see they have signature services.  My questions are:  1) How do I merge my old Echosign contracts with my new Adobe Pro account so I can cancel my Echosign account2) How do I use the signature tool?  I need to upload a contract and send it out to a client.thank you!Linds

Is it possible to tweak the wording on the "This Document is Password Protected" screen of documents sent out for signature. I'd like to tweak the language to my audience. Nothing fancy just text changes.

Is there a way that a signer in the chain can reject a document so that it won't go to the next person?

We have created a form which is a way of recording a list of passenger details, for each passenger there are 4 fields and we are allowing for up to 80 passengers.Whether these form elements show is also dependent on a radio button having a certain value so each Passenger field has a related conditional attached.Now the issue is when client chooses the radio button that does not show the passenger fields there is about up to a 25 second delay before the form reacts and takes the user to the signature panel.Is this purely a numbers issue – so many conditionals to work out (320 individual elements) before it can move? Or is there something else?Your help would be appreciatedThanksJohn

On a form we have a series of fields that contain calculations which the user fills in as they tab through. (works fine) These are required fields.The next section (a radio button) asks a simple yes/no question with a conditional text field underneath. A 'YES' and the user correctly fills in the text field, a 'NO' and they 'should' move to the next section. However if the user 'Tabs' from a 'NO' answer then the Tab action takes them to the previous field and not the next field.If the same process happens using the 'NEXT' label indicator then the order is correct and the user is moved through the form in the correct direction.This happens in two separate locations on the form - both times the user is taken to the first field even though the fields are completed.Anyone had a similar experienceThanksJohn

Please close the window and try again."It started on last Friday, the +6th November and I can't use it still. I have to use Document Cloud online. It's very irritating.
